Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to develop LKS SMA / MA grade X with emotional intelligence content in the material change and environmental preservation to improve HOTS. Research conducted at the Laboratory of Biology PMIPA FKIP Riau and MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru in March-June 2015.The research procedures are adapted from the R and D (Research and Development) with ADDIE model development, the procedures includes: Analyze, Design, Development, implementation and Evaluation. This research was carried out until the stage of development. Data collection instruments used validation sheets and students response questionnaire. Limited trials conducted to look at the feasibility worksheets that have been developed. The data obtained were analyzed to determine the validity of student worksheet. The tryout subjects in this research are 26 students of X Science 7 class in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. The subject in the research is KD 3.10 on the environmental balance, waste handling, fertilizer Bokashi and damage caused by pollution. The products content has been revised based on the result of the field test (tryout II) and the suggestions from the validators.The validation results namely (1) student worksheet 1: balance environmental, 3,25 with a valid category; (2) student worksheet 2: waste management 3,30, with the category of very valid; (3) LKS Bokashi fertilizer 3,16 with a valid category; (4) LKS 4: damage caused by pollution is 3,05 with a valid category. The overall response of students to the LKS is very good. Based on the results of data analysis showed that development of biology students worksheet SMA/MA grade x in change and environmental preservations chapter with emotional intelligence content to improve the student’s higher order thinking skills (HOTS) potentially as a source in the learning process and it can be used with a mean of valid criteria.Keywords: Biology Student Worksheet, Emotional Intelligence, HOTS

Abstract

Abstact: The purpose of this study is to improve student’s understanding about physic concept of fluid dynamic topic with implementation REACT strategy. There were 70 students of SMA N 7 Pekanbaru in XI MIA 2 dan XI MIA 3 participated as research subject in this study. We used lesson plan and student worksheet of fluid dynamic as learning materials. The instrument that used to measure the level of understanding physic concept was comprehension test. The data taken in this study analyzed descriptively. Based on the data analysis, we found that understanding concept of experimental class using REACT strategy better than control class using conventional learning. Thus it can be concluded that the REACT strategy can improve student’s concept understanding on fluid dynamic materials.Keywords: Fluid dynamic, REACT strategy, understanding physics concept

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted at TK Permata Hati, Sub-District of Inuman during April 2017. The research used experimental method that was one group pre-test post-test design with 15 samples (sample size was 15 children). The instrument type used in this study is using observation sheet to record the activities that occurred during the treatment. Based on hypothesis test results obtained there was the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district. Obtained t count value was 23,367 with sig 0,000, because sig <0,05 hence can be concluded that there was influence of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children. In Hypothesis test can be seent count = 23,367> t table = 2,145. cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district of 66.66%.Keywords: Comprehension Numbers Concept, Cube Numbers Media

Abstract

ABSTRACTScientific Writing became a way for teachers to develop their profession . For teachers who are able to develop their profession, among other awards given by promotions one of them made of Scientific Writing Classroom Action Research Reports. Difficulties experienced preparing scientific papers by researchers or teachers who did Classroom Action Research (CAR). The difficulties were mainly related to the lack of technical understanding in compiling Scientific Writing. The fewer people who know the essay, the development of scientific ideas is less widespread. The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties teachers in systematics writing essay on economics teacher state high schools in the city of Pekanbaru. The study population was economics teacher who never made a scientific paper of classroom action research ever conducted and the sample in the study of 20 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Analysis using descriptive analysis method. The study showed economic analysis master difficulty in making scientific writing of 40.6 % experienced considerable difficulty, 34% less experience difficulties, 14.4% had difficulty , not 6.7% and 3.9% have difficulty experiencing very difficult . It can be concluded that in general economics teacher in SMA Pekanbaru enough experience difficulty in writing Essay on Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Scientific Writing, Classroom Action Research, Congress Subject Teacher (CST) Economy In State Senior High School Of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: The need for contextual learning materials that are contextual and relevant to the characteristics of living systems that have authenticity and uniqueness to the natural environment in recent developments is increasingly felt important and urgent. This study aims to produce a design module for SMA Biology learning about the Conservation of Mangrove Ecosystems by The Orang Suku Laut in the Riau Archipelago. For this reason, a survey study in Penaah was conducted to obtain scientific facts and information as a module design material through a partially developed research method (only the Analysis and Design stage). Samples are determined through snowball sampling techniques. Primary data are collected through field observations and in-depth interviews. Secondary data is obtained through search results on printed and electronic documentation. Data were analyzed through qualitative-descriptive techniques. The results obtained show that most of the flora of the mangrove ecosystem is used for firewood, pillars of houses, traditional medicines. All fauna of the mangrove ecosystem are used as food ingredients. There are at least nine forms of local wisdom practiced The Orang Suku Laut in concerving mangrove ecosystem in Penaah Village. All scientific facts from the research can be utilized for the design of Biology Subjects Module for Class X using the Problem-Based Learning Model. However, before the Module Design is used on a broader scale, it is recommended that a feasibility and effectiveness test should be carried out on a limited scale.Key Words: High School Biology Learning Module, preservation of mangrove ecosystems, Orang Suku Laut, Penaah Village

Abstract

Abstrack: This research examines the ability to write text description of students of class VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. This study aims to find and describe the ability to write text description of students of class VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data of this research is the data of the result of doing the test (answer) the ability to write text description of the students of class VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. The instrument in this research is in the form of essay test about the ability to write text description of the students of class VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. Data collection is done by test technique. The population in this study as many as 143 students with the determination of a full sample of 105 students. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method through kruskall wallis test. The validity of data is obtained through data validation method. The results of this study seen from the test of the ability to write text description of students class VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. Judging from the ability to write text description of the students of grade VII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru included in the medium category with an average value of 65.81.Keywords : Ability, Writing, Description Text

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the authors' observation when the team conducts trials and official matches, championships between high schools in Pekanbaru city, and competition LPI (Indonesia Education League)many students are lacking in dribbling motion, the ball is often released and easily controlled or taken by the opponent , mastery of the ball at the time of dribbling. The purpose of this study is to know the contribution of VO2 max and Agility With Dribbling Skills Extracurricular Football SMK Negeri Kehutanan Pekanbaru Population in researching all students (son) extracurricular soccer vocal State Forestry of Pekanbaru which amounted to 17 people. The sample in this study is less than one hundred then the sample is taken by (total sampling) or technique of sampling fully student (son) ektrakulikuler SMK Negeri Kehutanan Pekanbaru which amounts 17 people. Based on the results of the research which the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows: There is a relationship between agility with dribbling skills, where rtab at significant level α (0.05) = 0.497 means rhitung (0.736)> rtab (0.497 ). With contribution of 54,24% with Medium category. Then there is relationship between endurance (VO2 Max) with dribbling skill, where rtab at significant level α (0,05) = 0,497, mean rhitung (0,560)> rtab (0,497) with contribution equal to 31,31% with category less, and there is a relationship between agility and endurance (VO2 Max) with student doling skills Extracurricular SMK Negeri Kehutanan Pekanbaru, where rtab at significant level α (0.05) = 0.497, means Rhitung (0.796)> rtab (0.497 ), with contribution of 63,36% with Good category.Keywords: Agility, Endurance, Dribbling Skill

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to determine the effect of servicequality and propmotion to the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously, with a sample size of 60 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, that taking sample by using specific criteria. Data analysis methods use of multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained F-value (30,911)> F-table (2; 57) = 2.47 means simultaneously servicequality and promotion have a positive and significant impact on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The results of the partial test for service quality variable t-value (2.170)> t-table (1.67) means servicequality influence on decision making. Pormotion variables with the t-value (4.595)> t- table (1.67) means that the promotion has a significant effect on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0.520 it showed that 52% change in the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru determined by the independent variable which is the service quality and promotion, while 48% is determined by other factors.Keyword: Service Quality, Promotion, Decision Making

Abstract

ABSTRACT. SD Negeri 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis is one of the schools that implement Penjasorkes learning process, but in the implementation of learning penjasorkes, there are students who are less enthusiastic in following these subjects, particularly the female student. This situation is possible because of many factors, including the lack of student motivation, background penjasorkes teacher education, the teacher Penjasorkes modification, facilities and infrastructure in Penjasorkes learning, support principals, and curriculum and teaching Planning. This research is a descriptive that aims to reveal about the picture female student motivation for learning in elementary school penjasorkes 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis. The study population was 47 people. Sampling was done by total sampling technique, so the sample amounted to 47 people. Instruments used to collect data was questionnaire or questionnaires using Guttman scale. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution formula in the form of a percentage. From the data analysis obtained the following results: The level of student achievement interests amounted to 80.74%, it means that the level of achievement of student motivation female against modification of existing PE teaching in primary schools 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis, located on either classification. The level of achievement modification of existing PE lessons in primary schools 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis amounted to 78.63%, it means that the level of achievement of the role of physical education teachers in public primary schools 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis currently on classification sufficient. The level of achievement infrastructure PE Lessons in SD Negeri 23 Meskom District of Bengkalis amounted to 65.61%.Keywords: Interest in Learning Students to PE

Abstract

Abstract: The background problem in this research is student learning outcomes are still low, students are less active in learning, students tend to be relaxed in accepting learning and less motivated students in mathematics learning because learning methods only use the discouse method. CTL approach are more motivated the students to learn because the learning directly linked to students' daily lives. Students are also more active in the learning activities because students to learn with the group. Therefore, by learning together will cover the deficiencies of students in the group can be covered by other students who have excess. The research is in the form of classroom action research (PTK) with research subjects third grade students of SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru totaling 32 students. The purpose of this research was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes after application of CTL approach in mathematics class III SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. The data in this research is the quantitative data obtained from the data on the activities of teachers and students through observation and data tests students' knowledge and understanding through daily repetition cycle I and II. The results of this research showed that the average percentage of activity the teachers for implementing the learning activities increased from 83.93% (Good) in the first cycle to 92.86% (Very Good) in the second cycle. And the average percentage of student activity for implementing the learning activities increased from 83.93% (Good) in the first cycle to 91.08% (Very Good) in the second cycle. The average student learning outcomes seen from the test results of students has increased from Basic Scores obtained an average of 70.69. at UH I increased by 3.06 points to 73.75. And at UH II increased again to 8.75 points to 82.5. Overall there was an increase of Fundamental UH III scores by 11.81 points (16.19%). While classically reaching KKM on Basic Score is 40.63%. An increase in UH I as much as 15.62% to 56.25%. And increased again at UH II as much as 28.13% to 84.38%. So it can be concluded that the application of CTL approach can improve learning outcomes third grade students of SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. Key Word : CTL Approach, mathematics learning outcomes
