Abstract

Greater autonomy give a more responsibility for region to fulfill people’s needs. At consequences, productivity and performance of public employee become a main factor that must be solved. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to increase the degree of job performance from public service employees in Bengkulu City. Sample of research include 60 civil servants in the Local Government Unit (SKPD) Bengkulu from Regional Employment Agency (BKD), Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Narcotics Board (BNN Kota Bengkulu) and Kesbanglinmas using multiple regression analysis. Sample determined by convenience sampling method. This research concludes that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant effect on employee performance in public sector of Bengkulu City . Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigated the influence of ability and role perception to employee job satisfaction) at Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu. This research use quantitative methods and qualitative methods. Data that used in this research is primary data of questionnaire. Population of the current research is 157 people. Distributing questionnaires to employees at Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu taken as many as 113 people with proportionate stratified random sampling methodsAnalysis technique that used in this research is Regression Analysis from software SPSS 17. The result indicates that ability have a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, role perception have a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction.Keywords : Ability, Role Perception, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Does Spirituality in the workplace (workplace spirituality) affect the performance of nurses in the General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?; (2) Does the quality of work life affect the performance of nurses in General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?; and (3) Does Spirituality in the workplace (workplace spirituality) affect the quality of work life (quality of worklife) in the General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Spirituality in the workplace and the quality of work life on nurse performance, and the influence of Spirituality in the workplace on the quality of work life in RSUD dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province. The total population target is 326 nurses. The sampling method or technique used is random sampling, which is random sampling. Based on the sample formula from Taro Yamane, a study sample of 180 nurses was obtained. The analytical model used to test hypotheses is path analysis and using LISREL as a statistical test tool.The results of the study found that: (1) spirituality in the workplace had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance; (2) Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance; and (3) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life. Because of that General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie needs to improve spirituality through: 1) creating an adequate work environment, 2) providing motivation to nurses through training including in the job trainning, 3) providing opportunities for nurses to reevaluate the results of their work assessment, and 4) giving understanding of the nurses about the organization's vision, mission and goals in detail. This can be done through workshops, or official programmed meetings. Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the consumers’ perception toward promotional mix at Matahari Departement Store Bengkulu. This research represents of survey which representing problem in the form of fact in this time from a certain phenomenon. The data was used primary data through distribution of questionnaire. The respondents in this research are consumers’ of Matahari Departement Store equal to 100 respondents. The sample taken was accidental sampling. The data analysis was used descriptive with frequency distribution, means, and percentages. Pursuant to result of data analysis obtained result of that the consumers’ perception toward promotional mix at Matahari Departement Store have an a good level.

Abstract

This research is conducted to detect the health level of Bank listed in indonesian stock exchange using RGEC period 2014-2015. RGEC is the aspect that most influence on the financial condition of banks, which also affect the health of banks. By using the NPL, LDR, IRR, NPM, ROA, NIM and CAR. Population in this study are all companies of Bank listed on stock exchange totaling 42 companies. Based on sampling criteria finally obtained sample is 21 companies of bank publish financial reports continuously in the period 2014-2015. The results obtained that the NPL from overall of bank sampel in 2014-2015 categorized is healthy. The results obtained that the LDR from sampel there’s counted 6 healthy categorized company enough. Companies categorized as unhealthy counted 6 bank. The results obtained from IRR variable there’s counted 2 healthy expressed bank and there’s counted 9 bank categorized as unhealthy. NPM variable obtained get result counted 8 bank categorized as unhealthy, there’s counted 7 bank categorized very healthy and 2 bank categorized healthy. ROA variable there’s counted 2 bank categorized as unhealthy and 3 bank categorized very healthy. NIM variable there’s counted 4 bank categorized healthy and 17 bank categorized as very healthy. CAR variable there’s counted 1 company categorized healthy and 20 company categorized very healthy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between demographic factors and switch motive based on variabels pricing, inconvenience, core service failure, service encounter failure, response to service failure, attraction by the competitor, ethical problems, and involuntary switching. A questionnaire was utilized on 93 respondents of one-star hotels, 61 respondents of two-stars hotels, and 59 respondents of three-stars hotels in Bengkulu City. Analysis technique used is a test cross tabulation. According to the results of this research, the average responses of respondents to switch motive based on variabels pricing, inconvenience, core service failure, service encounter failure, response to service failure, attraction by competitor, ethical problems, and involuntary switching is in high category. The results of this analysis indicate that the overall demographic factors have a significant relationship with the switch motive based on variabels pricing, the core service failure, response to service failure, and ethical problems. However, overall demographic factors exist which hasn't relationship with the switch motive based on variabels inconvenience, service encounter failure, attraction by competitor and involuntary switching.Keywords: Demographic, Pricing, Inconvenience, Core Service Failure, Involuntary Switching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the effect of habit and perceived enjoyment, mediated by behavioural intention on adoption in students using BNI mobile banking at university of Bengkulu. This research is a casual quantitative study. The total sample of the study is 150 respondents, data were collected using snowball sampling and analyzed using SEM PLS (partial least square). Based on the results of the study explained that habits and perceived enjoyment mediated by behavioural intention support the use of mobile banking at Bengkulu University. This study has several limitations such as, uneven distribution of respondents, and the theoretical scope of research. Subsequent research can determine respondents more evenly, and can expand and modify the research framework to be able to measure or study more deeply about the related variables in this study.Keywords: Habit, Perceived Enjoyment, Behavioural Intention, Adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health level of PT. Bank Bengkulu in the 2014-2016 period if measured using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). Based on the results of the assessment of bank soundness by applying the RGEC method at PT. Bank Bengkulu is seen from factors, namely 1. Risk Profile, the results of the 2014 NPL ratio of 0.39%, in 2015 amounted to 0.39%, and in 2016 amounting to 0.33% can be said to be very healthy. The results of the LDR ratio in 2014 amounted to 85.79%, in 2015 amounted to 91.05%, and in 2016 amounting to 93.31% this could be said to be quite healthy. 2. Good Corporate Governance in the 2014-2016 period of 89.33% can be said to be very healthy. 3. Eanings, the results of the 2014 ROA ratio amounted to 3.69%, in 2015 amounted to 3.29%, and in 2016 amounting to 3.02% this could be said to be very healthy. The results of the BOPO ratio in 2014 amounted to 74.10%, in 2015 amounted to 80.54%, and in 2016 amounting to 77.71% this could be said to be very healthy. 4. Capital, the results of the 2014 CAR ratio amounted to 16.99%, in 2015 amounted to 21.39%, and in 2016 amounting to 19.07% can be said to be very healthy. The results of the health research at PT. Bank Bengkulu in the 2014-2016 period showed that PT. The Bengkulu Bank gets PK 1, which is very healthy.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know attitude consumer about attribute evaluation and belief at Hand & Body Lotion Mustika Ratu. The object of this research is consumer who used Hand and Body Lotion Mustika Ratu. The analysis methods used Fishbein Multi attributes approach with “Attitude Model” (Ao) and respondent from this study were obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that evaluation and trust to in attributes have an effect toward consumer attitude. Abstract

Abstraksi: Dalam dunia Perbankan pelayanan tentulah salah satu fasilitas yang diutamakan oleh banyak nasabah ,pelayanan sangat bergunabagi nasabah yang mengalami kesulitan tentunya. Salah satunya adalah para pedagang  pasar atas Curup yang tidak bisa selalu meninggalkan barang dagangannya untuk sekedar bertransaksi ke perbankan, dikarenakan para pedagang biasanya menghabiskan waktu mereka  ditempat mereka  melakukan kegiatan usaha. Oleh karena  itu penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelayanan jasa antar jemput uang tabungan kepada pedagang pasar atas curup terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang  diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT.BPRS SAFIR Bengkulu Cabang Curup yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang Pasar Atas Curup sebanyak 200 responden. Menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling yang diambil secara acak sebesar 15% dari jumlah populasi 200 responden yang  menggunakan pelayanan jasa antar jemput uang tabunganya itu 30 responden.  Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran angket yang disebarkan kepada pedagang pasar atas Curup. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan SPSS16.0. Dari hasil analisis angket mengenai pengaruh pelayananjasa antar jemput uang tabungan kepada pedagang  pasar atas Curup terhadap loyalitas bahwa R square (R2) adalah 0,491 yang  bila ditulis dalam bentuk persentase 49,1%. Angka tersebut menjelaskan bahwa determinasi atau sumbangan pengaruh variable pelayanan jasa antar jemput uang tabungan terhadap loyalitas adalah sebesar 49,1%. Jadi hipotesis Ha diterima dan hipotesis Ho ditolak.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, PT. BPRS SAFIR Bengkulu Cabang Curup, Pedagang, Loyalitas Nasabah
