Abstract

The transformation of culture to the younger generation is very important to be carried out through learning in schools by integrating culture and cultural values in the ethno-pedagogical-based learning process. Based on this statement, the purpose of this study was to analyze school teachers' perceptions of Ethno pedagogy and its implementation in learning in elementary schools. The method used in this research is the descriptive method with survey design. The subjects in this study were elementary school teachers in one of the cities in West Java with a total of 89 teachers. The research instrument is an interview sheet instrument to determine the perception of elementary school teachers on Ethno pedagogy and its implementation. The results of his research obtained several themes regarding Ethno pedagogy, namely learning based on local wisdom values, culture-based learning, and learning based on ethnic diversity, ethnicity, and customs, 81% of 89 elementary school teachers had implemented Ethno pedagogy-based learning, and 100% of 89 teachers stated that Ethno pedagogy is very important to understand and implement in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Metode Kooperatife tipe Example dan Non Example dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS materi Interaksi Negara-Negara Asean. Tujuan ke dua Kedua adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti-bukti bahwa metode pembelajaran Example dan NonExample dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS materi Interaksi Negara-Negara Asean. Berdasarkan pertanyaan penelitian dalam penelitian ini diantaranya pertama apakah Metode Kooperatife tipe Example dan Non Example dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS materi Interaksi Negara-Negara Asean. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahap penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan Tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi dan dilaksanakan pada 2 siklus. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Example non example pada mata pelajaran IPS dari siklus I sampai siklus II telah mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini dilihat dari hasil observasi terhadap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan keaktifan siswa. Kata Kunci: Metode Example Non example, Hasil Belajar dan Aktivitas Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of nomophobia on student motivation in Dukuh Waringin Village RT 01 RW 02 Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The problem analyzed in this study is related to the impact of nomophobia on students’ learning motivation. This study used qualitative methods and there were 15 informants consisting of 5 students, 5 parents, and 5  siblings. Data collection techniques in this study used observations, interviews, and documentation to determine the impact of nomophobia on learning motivation. The results of this study are elementary school students who experience nomophobia in the village of Dukuh Waringin RT 01 RW 02 Dawe District, Kudus Regency has low learning motivation. Students' motivation to learn decreased after they often played smartphones.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, especially the realm of knowledge in the provisions of the 1945 Constitution on PKN subjects with the Snowball throwing  learning model in class X Mechatronics A in the odd semester of SMK 2017-2018 academic year Negeri 2 Cimahi. The research subjects were students of class X Mechatronics A in the 2017-2018 school year with 32 students consisting of 30 male students and 2 female students. This classroom action research is planned to consist of 2 cycles. Each cycle studied was adjusted to the changes to be achieved, in this study each cycle consisted of two meetings. The results of the study obtained that learning outcomes obtained KKM 75, namely the average value of 72.94 before the implementation of CAR and after CAR became 74.15 in the first cycle, and 75.18 in the second cycle. The number of students who got the KKM score also increased, before 50% CAR increased to 64.70% in the first cycle and 82.35% in the second cycle. Based on these data, it can be concluded that applying the Snowball throwing  learning model can improve student learning outcomes, then there is a good response from students with the Snowball throwing  learning model, where students are actually placed as learning subjects so that student activity increases.

Abstract

Citizenship cultire is a virtue that includes activie citizen involvement, equality or egalitarian relation, mutual trust and   tolerance, cooperative life, solidarity, abd community spirit. The concept of civic culture or Pancasila for Indonesia is closely related to the development of democratic civil society or Pancasila civil society. Citizenship Education has and is in line with the three main functions of civic education as a vehicle for the development of democratic citizens, namely developing civic intelligence, fostering civic responsibility, and encouraging civic participation. Three competencies of citizens This is also in line with the three components of good citizenship education, namely civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic disposisions. Citizens who have knowledge of citizenship will be smart citizens, participatory citizens, while citizens who have citizenship characters will be responsible citizens. Citizenship eduction must be designed, implemented and evaluated in the context of developing civic intelligence, which then radiates and crystallizes into civic civilization (civicvirtues/civility). This is a provision for every citizen to consciously carry out civic participation as a manifestation of civic responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the sociodrama method on learning outcomes in the cognitive domain and attitude of responsibility at SMA Negeri 8 Kediri City, East Java Province. This research was conducted in learning Citizenship Education on the basic competencies of analyzing efforts to promote, respect, and enforce human rights in class X in the 2016/2017 academic year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The technique of collecting data on learning outcomes is a test using multiple choice questions, while the data uses a self-assessment and peer assessment questionnaire technique. The data were analyzed using a two-sample t-test that was not correlated. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the sociodrama method with the teacher's written script on the learning outcomes of students in class X in learning Pancasila and citizenship education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Role-Playing learning methods in an effort to increase student learning motivation in the Standards of Competence Indonesia democracy in Indonesia ’PSIK Bina Husada Palembang. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) taken in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the research is the Bina Husada PSIK students in the second semester of 2018 totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, and interviews about the implementation of Role-Playing learning methods. Based on the results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Role Playing learning method has an effect on increasing the learning motivation of the second semester PSIK Bina Husada students as evidenced by an increase in the percentage of observation results of student learning motivation score of 11.25% from the first cycle of 70.97% increasing to 82, 22% in cycle II. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the score of student learning motivation by 9.04% from the score of the cycle I by 72.38% to cycle II by 81.42%. When viewed classically, student learning motivation categorized as moderate and high also increased from 72.38% to 81.42%. The results of interviews with lecturers and students regarding the implementation of the Role Playing learning method also received a positive response.

Abstract

Strategi serta implementasi  penguatan karakter nasionalisme warga negara muda sangat diperlukan salah satunya dengan pendekatan Trihayu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalissis serta mengembangkan  strategi dan implementasi dalam memperkuat karakter nasionalisme warga negara muda  yang selaras dengan ajaran Tamansiswa khususnya  dengan pendekatan ajaran Trihayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif bertempat di prodi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Dengan narasumber mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Tamansiswa mempuyai beberapa pendekatn dan ajaran serta fatwa yang bisa dijadikan cara dalam memperkuat nasionalisme salah satunya dengan pendekatan ajaran Trihayu. Strategi serta implementasi  penguatan karakter nasionalisme warga negara muda yang selaras dengan pendekatan Trihayu dilakukan dengan berbagai cara seperti pembiasaan, keteladanan, penggunaan media serta pemberian contoh-contoh secara kontekstual dengan demikian diharap kedekatan warga negara muda dengan nasionalisme terjalin dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's problems in the character habituation program for the students of SD 5 Jekulo Kudus. The method used is qualitative, the data collection in this research is direct observation, interviews, and documentation according to research needs, this research took place at SD 5 Jekulo, Kudus Regency, the subjects in this study were teachers and students at SD 5 Jekulo. The results showed that SD 5 Jekulo had a regular system of habituation of polite character, starting from the morning when the students went to school until the afternoon when the students came home from school. Internalization of teacher problems in the character habituation program for elementary school students 5 Jekulo Kudus can be classified; (1) problems in the role of students' behavior that does not respect elders; (2) problems in students doing mischief; and (3) teacher problems in patience. The solution that can be given is to provide understanding to students so that they do not have disrespectful feelings towards elders and the teacher sets a good example for students, directs students to always be polite to anyone, and teachers should always pay attention to the background of students in behaving and doing actions, and teachers should always be role models for students and be able to protect themselves from bad traits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya pengguanaan referensi otomatis dalam penulisan naskah jurnal. Kenyataan yang ada di lapangan masih banyak yang belum memahami penggunaan referensi otomatis baik menggunakan referensi otomatis Microsoft Word ataupun menggunakan referensi otomatis software Zotero. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penulis menggambarkan secara rinci berrupa gambar terkait langkah-langkah pengoperasian referensi otomatis Microsoft word dan software Zotero. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penulis jurnal harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting dalam penulisan jurnal, seperti template yang digunakan oleh jurnal yang dituju, model sitasi yang digunakan, dan pengoperasian model sitasi referensi otomatis Microsoft Word dan software Zotero perlu digalakkan dalam rangka menunjang kualitas publikasi jurnal di Indonesia.
