Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship of Learning Based on Three-Dimensional Visual Media (3D) with the Critical Thinking Skills of Students in Mathematics Learning in Public Elementary Schools. The problem of this research is the low critical thinking skills of students in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to see the critical thinking skills of students when learning using three-dimensional (3D) visual media and to find out the relationship between visual three-dimensional (3D) based learning and students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning at SD Negeri 3 Perumnas Way Kandis.. This type of research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population numbered 195 and the study sample numbered 60 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and documentation. Abstract

Abstrak:The Effect of Principal Leadership on Improving School Quality in MAN Bintan. This study aims to determine: the effect of leadership of the principal in MAN Bintan and how the effect of principal leadership on improving school quality in MAN Bintan. This research is a quantitative study. Data collected through questionnaries and documentation. And analyzed with technical analysis of validity test, reliabitily test, prerequisite test, and simple regression test. The conclusion in this study is thate there in an effect between principal leadership to improving school quality with the result of the correlation test, it is know that there is a positive relationship between principal leadership and quality improvement with the pearson correlation coefficient of 0,916 which mean that the effect is very high. With the percentage of determination coefficient og 84%. Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Team Characteristics and Personality on Work Motivation of Teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) of Vocational High Schools (SMK) Negeri Jakarta Timur I. This study aims to examine the effect of team characteristics and personality on work motivation at State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in East Jakarta I. The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaire data. The population in this study were civil servant teachers in 7 State Vocational High Schools. The sample selection technique used is proportional sampling and obtained 170 teachers. The data analysis method in this research is data regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the characteristics of the team and personality had a significant effect on work motivation. Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship between Pedagogical Competence and Work Motivation of Educators on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers, Gugus Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo. The problem in this study is the low performance of educators. This study aims to determine a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence of educators and teacher performance, work motivation with teacher performance, pedagogical competence of teachers and work motivation with teacher performance. This type of research is ex-post facto correlation with a population of 61 educators, sampling techniques using probability sampling techniques and obtained as many as 38 educators as research samples. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence of educators and work motivation with teacher performance, which was at the level of "High Enough".Keywords: teacher performance, pedagogical competence, work motivationDOI : 10.23960/jmmp .v8.i3.2020

Abstract

Abstract: ANDROID BASED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY MIDDLE SCHOOL IN BANDAR LAMPUNG. This study aimed to analyze and describe an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI (Industrial Technology High School). There are four elements described, namely (1) planning an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (2) organizing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (3) implementing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, and (4) monitoring and evaluation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained from two sources, namely researchers and 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by: (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) document study. The validity of the data was obtained from the findings that were carried out by testing the credibility, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that, (1) the SIM planning at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung accommodated the needs of steakholders obtained through brainstorming and selecting them according to school objectives. (2) SIM organization at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung socialized Android-based SIM according to users such as teachers, students and parents. (3) the implementation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung could improve education quality services that are effective and efficient. Abstract

Abstract: Management of Practical Learning Facilities and Infrastructure in the Vocational Education Study Program of Electrical Engineering, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, procurement, inventory, utilization of practical learning facilities and infrastructure in the electrical engineering vocational education study program, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources, namely the head of the PVTE department, the head of the laboratory and the assistant of the PVTE laboratory. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data in this study is the credibility test with observation persistence techniques and triangulation methods. The findings in this study state that the management of practical learning facilities and infrastructure carried out in the PVTE study program is quite good. This can be seen from: 1) planning of practical learning facilities and infrastructure through needs analysis, determining priority scales, budgeting, preparing proposals, (2) procuring practical learning facilities and infrastructure by first disbursing the budget according to the activity plan and the faculty budget. , then procure by purchasing equipment directly to the shop or factory using operational assistance funds. (3) inventory procedures for practical learning facilities and infrastructure are carried out by recording, coding, and reporting quarterly and annually, (4) practical learning facilities and infrastructure according to the schedule of practical courses and to achieve effective and efficient practical learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the management accountability Yaditama of vocational schools in South Lampung regency with sub focus studies were: Curriculum Management, Student Management, Personnel Management, Financial Management, School of Management Infrastructures and Public Relations Management. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case studies desain. The data were collected through interviews, observation and assessment documents. Model analysis in this study was using an interactive analysis of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Results of this study were: Management curriculum is done through four phases, student management run well, personnel management, finance, management infrastructure, and PR management going good.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis akuntabilitas manajemen sekolah kejuruan Yaditama di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan studi sub fokus: Manajemen Kurikulum, Manajemen Mahasiswa, Manajemen Personalia, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Prasarana Sekolah dan Humas Manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis rancangan studi kasus. Data akan dikumpulkan Melalui wawancara, observasi dan penilaian dokumen. Dalam model analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis interaktif dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Manajemen Kurikulum dilakukan melalui empat fase, manajemen kesiswaan dikelola dengan baik, manajemen personalia, keuangan, manajemen infrastruktur, manajemen humas dan berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: akuntabilitas, manajemen, manajemen sekolah

Abstract

Abstrak: Human Resource Development in the Engineering Study Program. This study aims to describe the formulation of human resource development planning (HR) in the Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Sumatra Institute of Technology with a higher education administration management function approach that aims to improve superior learning services. The problem raised is the lack of synergy between the fields of learning and the work needs of graduates. The focus of the research is the indicator of permanent lecturers according to the adequacy of the value of increasing the accreditation of Study Programs by BAN-PT in the achievement of the superior category in 2024 as an effort to qualify themselves for the realization of the excellence of Study Programs. The research method using the approach model is descriptive qualitative. Minimum quality standards in scanning research data based on the Strategic Plan. The results of the study indicate that there is insufficient adequacy of lecturers on the Doctoral and Lecturer indicators according to the accreditation assessment. Efforts to improve it require the strength of individuals who have contributed to the achievement of study program accreditation to manage internal quality clusters in utilizing the potential opportunities of existing human resources. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of distance learning policies at SMAN1 Tulungagung schools in terms of aspects of constraints and advantages. Online learning is an open and distributed systematic learning by using pedagogical devices (educational aids) via the internet and network-based technology. user needs, for example downloading various source requirements for soldering. Online virtual learning is an alternative policy that was forced to be taken by the Indonesian government as an effort to break the distribution chain of COVID-19 in the community, especially in the school environment. which was originally mostly face-to-face learning in the context of classroom atmosphere schooling into online/online-based learning called the application of Blended Learning model learning which is often defined as an optimizing system in integrating oral communication that exists in face-to-face learning with written communication in online learning. The learning policy that is implemented, of course, all parties must work well together so that the implementation of learning restrictions becomes an effective policy so that student learning outcomes during online learning do not deny the results of face-to-face learning in classrooms as during the pre-pandemic in our country. Various positive responses were conveyed by students regarding online learning. In addition, teachers and parents also play a role in providing support and guidance to children's learning efforts.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of the Mindmapping-based Lecture Method assisted by Crosswords on Short Term Memory in terms of the Visual Type Learning Styles of students in Civics Class VII Subject at SMPN 1 Boyolangu. This research is motivated by the application of the lecture method by Civics teachers at SMPN 1 Boyolangu which is still conventional and does not really follow the development of students in the current era. As a result, students feel bored and bored because learning is less interesting and more varied. As a result, now students become less responsive and tend to choose silence without any desire to respond to every question asked by the teacher, besides that students also look quite difficult or unable to remember clearly if asked to convey their own ideas about what is being taught. The research method used is the Pre-Experimental Design type One Shot Case Study. The population in this study were 398 students. The sample used was 76 students from class VII A and B at SMPN 1 Boyolangu. Data collection uses tests and questionnaires while hypothesis testing goes through several stages such as instrument testing, prerequisite testing and data analysis. The results of the study were obtained if the mindmapping-based lecture method assisted by crossword puzzles on students' short term memory in terms of the visual learning styles of class VII students of SMPN 1 Boyolangu had an effect simultaneously or partially with positive significance. So that it can be concluded that if this method is applied in learning Civics subjects it will further encourage student enthusiasm in learning and be able to increase short term memory more sharply when absorbing information conveyed in the teacher's learning process of Civics subjects.
