Abstract

This study aims to develop learning devices using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model based on Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) to enhance students' digital literacy and self-efficacy in a valid, practical, and effective manner. The developed learning devices consist of lesson plans (RPP) and student worksheets (LKPD). This development research employs the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) model, which includes three stages: 1. Define, 2. Design, 3. Develop. The research instruments include validation sheets, practicality assessment sheets by teachers and students, learning implementation observation sheets, and test instruments for digital literacy and self-efficacy. The trial subjects are teachers and sixth-grade students of SD Swasta Kartini Handayani Pematangsiantar. The research data were analyzed to determine the quality category of the developed learning devices. The data analysis is divided into three criteria:1. Validity analysis of learning devices, 2. Practicality analysis of learning devices, 3. Effectiveness analysis of learning devices. The learning devices are considered valid if expert assessments of the lesson plans (RPP) and student worksheets (LKPD) meet the "good" criteria, and the digital literacy and self-efficacy test instruments are declared valid based on expert judgment. The practicality criteria are met if teachers' and students' assessments fall into the "good" category. Meanwhile, the learning devices are considered effective if the learning mastery exceeds 60%. Data collection was conducted through observations, tests, and interviews. The research results indicate that the developed learning devices are valid, practical, and effective in improving students' digital literacy and self-efficacy. This study contributes to innovative learning strategies that support student-centered education in the digital era.

Coding is becoming an increasingly important skill in the digital era, so it is introduced in extracurricular activities to improve understanding of programming concepts, creativity, and structured logical thinking skills. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches woth evaluation methods. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies with research subjects including principals, teachers, coordinators, extracurricular assistants, coding tutors, and students. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The evaluation results show that the extracurricular coding program has been running in accordance with predetermined standards with a very low level of gap or discrepancy in each aspect analyzed. Nevertheless, there are still some obstacles in its implementation, such as the delay of some students in completing the coding project and technical technical constraints related to facilities and infrastructure. However, the program is still considered to provide significant benefits for both students and schools in improving 21st century skills in technology. Therefore, the coding extracurricular program at SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa is recommended to be further developed with improved facilities and more optimal learning strategies.  This study evaluates the extracurricular coding program at SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa using the Discrepancy Evaluation model, to see the level of gap between the standards and objectivies that have been set and the implementation of the program, which includes five aspects: design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit. Abstract

Education plays a very important role in life; nothing can be separated from education. Education is a planned process that aims to develop knowledge, skills, attitudes, and moral values. The aim of this research is to explain the application of regulatory fishing media (PAPAN) to regulatory material in the surrounding environment in fostering learning motivation for class IV at SD Sultan Agung 4 Semarang. The type of research uses case studies with a qualitative approach whose collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using three techniques, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then it was checked using triangulation techniques in the form of triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the research show that Media Fishing Rules (PAPAN) has proven to be effective in increasing the learning motivation of class IV students at SD Sultan Agung 4 Semarang. This media helps students understand the rules of everyday life in an interesting and contextual way and encourages active involvement, self-confidence, and participation in discussions. However, its effectiveness depends on resource support and teacher skills in managing the classroom. Obstacles such as limited tools and lack of teacher experience need to be overcome through continuous evaluation and improvement. With careful planning, PAPAN can create learning that is interactive, relevant, and has a positive impact on students.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools often faces challenges in improving students' understanding of the concept of decimal fractions. Conventional methods that focus more on procedural memorization tend to be less effective in helping students understand the relationship between ordinary fractions and decimal fractions. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the application of the inquiry learning model with the help of student worksheets (LKPD) based on puzzles in improving the understanding of grade 4 students of SD Islam Sultan Agung 4 on decimal fractions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, the subjects of the study were grade IV students who had difficulty understanding decimal fractions. Data were collected through observation, anchorage, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of the inquiry learning model with LKPD based on puzzles significantly improved students' understanding by identifying the form of ordinary fractions to decimal fractions showing the place value of decimal numbers, converting ordinary fractions to decimal fractions, and comparing fractions using a number line. In addition, 85% of students found it easier to understand the concept of decimal fractions, 78% were more confident in working on problems, and 90% stated that learning became more enjoyable. Thus, the inquiry learning model with puzzle-based LKPD can be an effective alternative in improving students' understanding of decimal fractions.
