Abstract

Taxpayer compliance and the e-filing mechanism remain challenges in the annual tax return submission. One of the strategies for Tax Awareness Inclusion in Education is the tax volunteer program. PKN STAN actively participates in implementing this tax volunteer program through community service (PkM). The program aims to provide understanding to Taxpayers (TPs) about the procedure for submitting Annual Tax Returns, explain the usage and procedure for validating the Citizenship Identity Number (NIK) to become the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and assist the Pratama Tax Office of Pondok Aren and the Regional Office of Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) Banten in improving compliance with the submission of Annual Tax Returns and Monthly Tax Returns for Individual Income Tax (PPhOP). PkM activities are conducted through face-to face and online (e-form) methods. The implementation of this Community Service Program received positive responses from the Pratama Tax Office of Pondok Aren and received feedback from the taxpayers at that office. Additionally, this PkM program has successfully identified several issues that can be used as input for improving services at the Pratama Tax Office of Pondok Aren.

Abstract

The village of Tulorantea is one of the villages where the community is engaged in tilapia fish farming. The tilapia fingerlings used are generally imported from other regions at a relatively high cost ( Rp. 1000/individual with a size of 3-5 cm), and they are often ordered in large quantities. This situation poses a threat to the sustainability of small-scale tilapia farming. In addition, the profits obtained by fish farmers at the end of the cultivation period are relatively low. One of the efforts to address this issue is the use of self-produced fingerlings. This can be achieved successfully if the breeding process of tilapia is well understood by the farmers. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide farmers with an understanding of the proper methods for tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings and strategies for marketing quality fishery products. This activity is conducted in the form of counseling, with participants from the village government and fish farmers. Two weeks after the counseling, 100 potential breeders (25 males and 75 females) and net cages for acclimatizing the potential breeders are handed over to the fish farmers. The results of the activity show that the fish farmers are very enthusiastic about participating in the program and becoming involved in tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings to support their farming activities. In conclusion, problem-based counseling activities aimed at addressing the challenges faced by fish farmers have increased the enthusiasm of fish farmers in their efforts to achieve optimal production.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Tukak is the vocational school in the field of fisheries in South Bangka Regency. Some training is really needed to increase the competency of SMK students, so that training is carried out that can improve students' abilities. One of the trainings is mapping using drones, because spatial data is needed in the fields of fisheries, agriculture, mining. The objectives of the activity: 1) provide students with an understanding of Drone Mapping knowledge, 2) increase the competency of SMK students related to mapping. Stages of activity: 1) training on spatial data collection using drones, 2) training on spatial data processing from drones, 3) training on introductory mapping, and 4) socialization of drone map results. The training participants were made into 3 groups according to class XI majors, namely: Brackish Water and Marine Agribusiness (APAPL), Fishing Vessel Nautics (NKPI), and Fishery Products Processing Agribusiness (APHPL). Each group was accompanied by a trainer from Bangka Belitung University. The process of learning to take aerial photos using drones is taught directly, starting from installation, drone flight and downloading aerial photos. Installed apps include DJI Go, Control DJI and Pix4D. The application is used for taking aerial photos using drones. Each group from the PBAPL, APHP, NKPI majors carried out drone flights and took aerial photos according to the trainer's instructions. The results of the aerial photos taken by each group were used to make aerial photo maps and contour maps. The enthusiasm of the students of SMKN 1 Tukak in PMTJ 2023 activities was very high. This is indicated by the active participation of the participants in making flight missions and flying drones as well as processing spatial data.

Abstract

Fried foods are prevalent among the public. This type of food is very cheap and can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. Other things about fried food include that it is practical in serving and can overcome hunger in a person's limited time. Fried foods are also a practical snack to serve to guests. Fried foods are generally fried using the panfrying method with sufficient oil. The result of the frying process using this method is that the level of cooking is uneven, resulting in less crispy and longer frying time. People generally use baking soda to get crispier products. Excessive use of baking soda harms health and can cause a bitter taste in fried products. This study offers a solution to overcome this problem. The study provides a solution in the form of technology: the deep fat frying method and the use of protease enzymes to improve the character of the fried food produced – application of this technology through service in a case study (Gumulan village, Jombang). Introducing this technology results in fried products (meat, shrimp, and tofu) with superior characteristics: tasty, crunchy, and attractive. By introducing this technology, it is hoped that the target community can apply it to produce products that have superior characteristics. Products with superior characteristics can become a source of income for the target community.

Abstract

The priority problem that needs to be overcome in Sungai Deras Village by the PKM team is to restore vegetation lost by land clearing activities in order to maintain the protection function of the area. The availability of nectar from flowering vegetation as a source of feed for kelulut bees cultivated by residents is still limited, the availability of sufficient feed will affect the volume and quality of honey produced. The knowledge of community members related to the technology and management of kelulut honey cultivation is still relatively low. In addition, the tourist area in Sungai Deras village needs the addition of better attractions and promotions so that it is increasingly known and in demand by the wider community in West Kalimantan and at the national level. The purpose of this community empowerment activity is expected that honey bee cultivation can also be of tourist attraction value by making the land around existing tourist sites into kelulut cultivation land. This business is not only economic, ecologically also has educational value because it can be used as a location for practice and research for students, lecturers and the general public who want to learn about forest ecosystems and kelulut bee cultivation while traveling (Ecoedutourism). The solution offered by the PKM team is to organize and plant to enrich the number and type of vegetation feed for kelulut bees using an integrated cultivation pattern between forestry, bees and fisheries in one location (SIlvoapifisheries) which also has ecotourism and educational values. PKM activities consist of technical guidance on kelulut cultivation, installing 20 kelulut colonies in stup which will be further developed communally, revegetating the land around kelulut cultivation with types of fruit, flower and medicinal plants. It is hoped that the enrichment of vegetation and cultivating kelulut can maintain the function of protection control and increase community income from the tourism sector.

Abstract

Tawangargo Village is one of the villages in Malang Regency which is located in the highlands, where the area is suitable as a place for fruit and vegetable cultivation. However, fruit and vegetable crops are only sold without further processing. In fact, if processed properly, fruit and vegetable production will increase the economic value ofthe fruit and vegetables produced, for example the manufacture of fruit-based functional drinks. For this reason, Community Service activities are carried out using the method of delivering materials, processing, packaging processes, and product marketing strategies. This activity aims to increase public knowledge and interest in functional drinks and increase the use of fruits and vegetables in the Tawangargo area. In addition, the results of this community service activity can also become new jobs that can increase people's income, and can produce superior products that are distinctive and authentic and beneficial to health. It is hoped that in this activity the community will really apply the knowledge that has been conveyed.
