Abstract

This research was conducted because every teacher is able to follow the program that is the goal of education in improving the quality of students. Described through the achievements that have been achieved by students.  And this is inseparable from the leadership style of the madrasah head. This study uses a qualitative research design with an ethnographic approach focusing on social research. Researchers go directly to the field of data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Regarding data analysis, the author uses techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions.Data validity techniques with data triangulation. Validation is done by comparing statements from other parties. The principal of MAS Darul Amin madrasah in improving teacher performance through various well-structured programs with teachers and significant efforts. The madrasah head's contribution is designed to meet all the necessary needs of the teachers. The principal of Darul Amin madrasah makes every effort to ensure that quality improvement programs are optimally implemented, addressing not only those aspects managed by individual teachers but also the entire school system. These efforts include innovative strategies and systemic reforms that integrate all aspects of the education environment. By addressing these challenges through ongoing dialogue and collaborative problem-solving, the madrasah can develop an adaptive and resilient education program. The madrasah head plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of all communication processes within the institution.

Abstract

The influence of Islamic religion teachers in changing the behaviour and personality of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta and the efforts of Islamic religion teachers as a means of motivation, directing, analysing. Responsible for shaping the character, knowledge, faith and commitment of students. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) should be used as a means to teach noble morals to children by placing Islamic Religious Teachers (PAI) as teachers and providing appropriate methods and media related to Islamic religion. Factors that help and hinder student character building at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta come from teachers, parents, peers, and the environment in the community.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include understanding the stage of development of media games hidden treasure-based joyful learning through the application QR Code Reader, the validity of the development of such media based on aspects of media, material, and language, the effectiveness of its use in increasing the interest and learning outcomes of students, as well as the practicality of the use of the media in the learning of Akidah Class VIII moral material against themselves. This research is research and development, which is a type of research that uses the research and development (R&D) method. The model development in this study uses the ADDIE development design model. The results of this study are that media, material, and language validators state that this media development is valid with the following percentage acquisitions: averaging 89,285% of which belongs to the category highly qualified; materially obtaining a percent of 95,652% of which falls into the category very qualified; and linguistically obtaining a percentage of 84,615% of which is in the category extremely qualified applied in the education of the ethics of the eighth grade. In terms of media effectiveness, the hidden treasure game results in increasing student interest in learning by combining the results of a limited trial and an extensive trial, resulting in an average N gain of 0.8113 with a high category, as well as 81% with a highly effective category, while the media efficiency of the Hidden Treasure game results in improving the learning results of students through combining limited test results and a wide trial, resulting in a mean N gain of 0.5641 with a moderate category and 56% with an effective category. The conclusion of this research is that the learning medium of the hidden treasure game is based on joyful learning through the application of QR Code Reader on the learning of Akidah Akhlak Grade VIII. The material of akhlak discharged itself as a valid and very practical learning medium to use as well as effective in improving the interests and learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the madrasah head's strategy in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN Batu Bara, focusing on the understanding of the madrasah head and teachers, strategic implementation steps, and competence in using technology. The research method used is qualitative with a Phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the madrasah head, teachers, students and related documentation. The results showed that the level of understanding of madrasah principals and teachers about the concept and objectives of Merdeka Curriculum is relatively high, which is reflected in the implementation of daily learning practices. Strategic steps such as the formation of a curriculum development team, intensive training, and adjusting the madrasah's vision and mission are key to successful implementation. In addition, the competence in using technology by madrasah principals and teachers has supported the effectiveness of teaching based on the Merdeka Curriculum, although there are challenges in adopting technology by a small number of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning of Sirah Urjuzah Mi'iyah and its influence on the formation of prophetic character traits in Kuttab Al-Fatih Malang students. This type of research method is an associative quantitative method. The research was conducted for the entire population of Qonuni 3 and 4 classes totaling 68 students. The data collection method used is in the form of distributing questionnaires to students. The data analysis method used by researchers is normality test, linearity test, hypothesis testing using simple linear regression test. Learning Kitab Sirah Urjuzah Mi'iyah uses two methods: first, the tashih method in which students memorize the verses of the nadzam repeatedly; second, the syarah method in which teachers interpret, interpret, and explain the meaning of the verses. In the percentage of influence between variable X and variable Y obtained from the analysis of the coefficient of determination test which shows the results of the R square value of 0.419, this shows that the learning variable of the sirah urjuzah mi'iyah book has an influence of 41.9% on the variable character building of prophetic traits in students, then as much as 58.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted so that principals are able to make a habit of providing guidance to teachers related to all the problems faced so that teachers are able to maximally and professionally carry out their performance professionally, in the sense of being good but must be firm in carrying out their duties as principals. This research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive study This research includes field research with a phenomenological approach. In this case, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used in this research are 1) Data Reduction 2) Presentation of Data (Data Display); 3) Conclusion Drawing. The results showed that the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru included: 1). Teacher performance in planning the learning process. 2). Teacher performance in learning implementation. 3). Teacher performance in learning evaluation. 4). Efforts to improve teacher performance made by principals are by conducting training, workshops and also motivational seminars. The leadership styles applied by the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru are: 1). Democratic leadership type. 2). Visionary leadership type. 3). Transformational leadership type. Abstract

The existing research tends to discuss only towards improving teacher professionalism, while this research will discuss, explain and examine human resource management (HRM) in improving teacher professionalism at An Nizam Junior High School can be implemented in various ways. One way is to use the school management system (SIM Sekolah) to manage teaching schedules. This research fulfills the characteristics of qualitative research. This research is a field research using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by: 1) Observation; 2) Interviews and 3) Documentation Studies. Analysis consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity test in qualitative research includes, data credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmablity test. the results of the research findings found several core components carried out by An Nizam Private Junior High School in the teacher recruitment process, among others: 1) Digitalization of brochures, 2) Academic/Non-Academic Requirements, 3) Having the same vision and mission as An Nizam Private Junior High School, 4) Evaluation. In the teacher selection process, among others: 1) The existence of a selection instrument, 2) Implementation of selection and ability, 3) Micro teaching, 4) Job description. As for what An Nizam Private Junior High School does in developing teacher education and training: 1) External education and training, 2) Internal education and training, 3) Education and training related to teacher competencies. In the development of teacher education and training, among others, 1) Salary, 2) Umrah rewards for qualified teachers, 3) Intensive for teachers who have memorized at least 1 Juz of Qur'an

Abstract

After the Halal Product Guarantee Law in Indonesia was created, halal supervisors became one of the new jobs needed because they are important in developing the halal ecosystem. In 2023, more than four thousand halal certificates will be issued to those who have passed the training, but this is still very small compared to the number of business actors who have not been halal certified, which is even recorded as more than 15 million micro and small business actors. The important role of halal supervisors in the halal ecosystem is currently very much needed. The question is, what are the opportunities and challenges of the halal supervisor training in the development of the halal ecosystem? This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. As a result, opportunities for the halal supervisor training can be seen from the need for human resources in the halal ecosystem and career aboard. Meanwhile, the challenges faced are related to gain participant causes of public halal awareness, lack of information about halal supervisors, and the costs that must be spent on training halal supervisors.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia must engage in various initiatives in order to enhance its comprehension of its position within the national education system. It is imperative for Islamic education to endorse and augment general education in grasping the complexities of the contemporary world, rather than concentrating solely on religious identity. National strategies need to acknowledge education as a critical element in addressing societal and environmental transformations. The analysis of Islamic education policies has commenced following the enactment of the National Education System Law in 2003. A more profound insight into these policies has the potential to fortify the education system, ensuring the adaptation of Islam in parallel with its doctrinal teachings. By catering to current requirements and fortifying the education sector, particularly Islamic education, there exists significant potential for substantial contributions to sustainable economic advancement and the fostering of human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the joyful learning method. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the subject of 32 students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, and data validation techniques use source tringulation while data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study improve critical thinking skills with the application of joyful learning methods, because from planning the teacher has implemented the learning process well as the teacher has applied, namely 1. Preparing the classroom atmosphere 2. Motivating students to take part in learning 3. Delivering learning objectives, As for the learning implementation stage the teacher applies. The joyful learning method emphasizes the use of approaches that make the learning process more interesting, interactive, and fun for students. With games and discussions in learning, teachers can encourage students to think critically, collaborate, and gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
