Abstract

This research aims to develop an e-learning platform that is adapted to the Merdeka curriculum for Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects in class V at SDN Banjarwangi. The development method used is Research and Development (RD) following the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The analysis stage of this research involves collecting information about student needs and characteristics as well as the availability of facilities. Next, the E-Learning design is created based on the results of the analysis to ensure conformity with the Merdeka Curriculum and learning needs. The development stage involves creating interactive learning materials and modules according to the designs that have been created. Implementation was carried out by testing the E-Learning platform in class V at SDN Banjarwangi to evaluate its effectiveness and usefulness in supporting science and science learning. Evaluation is carried out by collecting feedback from teachers and students and analyzing student learning outcomes before and after using the E-Learning platform. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to the development of learning technology that meets the needs of the Merdeka curriculum and improve the quality of science and science learning in class V at SDN Banjarwangi through the use of an interactive and easily accessible E-Learning platform

Abstract

This research aims to map the research products of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) lecturers from 2021 to 2023 as a basis for determining effective science communication strategies. It examines the research products generated through a grant scheme, emphasizing their downstream application and commercialization to achieve academic, economic, and social impact.The research employed a quantitative approach to organize research topics and a qualitative approach to describe research trends. Data were collected through documentation of research reports from faculty members of Yogyakarta State University (UNY), which were downloaded from the DRPM UNY system, totaling 1,845 documents, with 724 from 2023, 590 from 2022, and 531 from 2021. The collected data were then analyzed to identify the most frequently discussed research groups, keywords, and topics.The research results show variation in research groups over the years, with a dominance of innovation and learning groups in 2021, development and literacy groups in 2022, and analysis and learning model groups in 2023. The most frequently appearing keywords were "learning," "development," and "COVID-19" in 2021; "development," "learning," and "Yogyakarta" in 2022; and "development," "learning," and "model" in 2023. The most discussed topics included the COVID-19 pandemic, physical fitness, and the development of learning models. This research concludes that mapping research products can facilitate the grouping process, thereby aiding in the planning of effective science communication strategies. Such strategies are essential to ensure that research findings are accessible and understandable to the general public, thus increasing the appreciation and utilization of research outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve speaking skills using the Garuda Indonesia pop up book media for class III students at SD Negeri 02 Ngembal Kulon. Pop up book media is media with 3D elements when the page is opened. The problem that researchers found in their research was that there were still students' speaking skills that were relatively low.The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis Mc model. Taggart. The research was carried out through two cycles, and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects in this research were class III students at SD Negeri 02 Ngembal Kulon, totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, tests and documentation.The results of the research showed that there was an increase in speaking skills using the Garuda Indonesia pop up book media for class III students at SD Negeri 02 Ngembal Kulon. The results of the students' speaking skills obtained an average percentage score of 70% in cycle I, then continued in cycle II, increasing by 10% to 80% in the skilled category.Based on the results of Classroom Action Research or CAR which was carried out in class III of SD Negeri 02 Ngembal Kulon, it can be concluded that the application of Garuda Indonesia's pop up book media can improve students' speaking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the appreciation process and describe the results of the appreciation of fifth grade students in the work of Troso woven art at SDN Demangan Jepara.The research method used is qualitative narrative. Data sources were obtained directly through observation and interviews with all fifth grade students. This research was conducted in July 2024 at SDN Demangan Jepara. Data validation in this study used triangulation of data sources. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles Huberman model with a flow of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification.The results of this study indicate that fifth grade students at SDN Demangan Jepara have high potential in appreciating torso woven art. This research can be a source of learning for students in learning fine arts through project-based learning by creating two or three-dimensional works of art inspired by troso woven motifs, field visits that allow them to study the form and aesthetics of troso weaving directly by observing the weaving process, interacting with craftsmen to gain deeper knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of theater acting through fairy tales as a medium for character education at PKBM Omah Dongeng Marwah.The research method used is qualitative. Primary data sources are interviews and observations of educators, learners, and related parties. Secondary data are obtained from literature studies. The research was conducted at PKBM Omah Dongeng Marwah, located at Jl. Ngasinan No. 9, Purworejo Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency. The research subjects were 15 people who were selected purposively according to research needs. The research instruments used included interview guides, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The research was conducted for three months from January to March 2024. This study also compared data from interviews, observations, and documents to ensure the validity and consistency of the data.The results of the study showed that this approach was effective in developing the character of learners, improving communication skills, creativity, and teamwork. The main conclusion is that this method can have a significant positive impact on the personal and professional development of learners.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the steps of implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in the skill of writing simple sentences in French; (2) describe the results of students' ability to write simple sentences after implementing the TGT cooperative model; and (3) inform students' responses to the TGT cooperative learning model.The study used a pre-experimental method with a one-shot case study design. The research instruments included observation sheets for researcher and student activities, a test of simple French sentence writing skills, and a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 30 students at one of the SMKN in Bandung City. The results of the study showed that the treatment stages included: presenting material, dividing students into 6 teams of 5 people, facilitating group discussions, providing games in the form of simple sentence writing skill exercises, summarizing student scores and writing test results on the board, and giving awards to groups.The test results showed an average score of students' simple French sentence writing skills of 8.83 with a mastery level of 8.83% which is included in the good criteria. This shows that the TGT type cooperative learning model can help students achieve good French simple sentence writing skills. The results of the questionnaire showed that 96.67% of students liked learning French with the TGT type cooperative learning model, 86.67% felt helped in improving their French language skills through French simple sentence writing skills, and more than 96.66% felt enthusiastic about learning French with the TGT type cooperative learning model. Thus, this TGT type cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative in language teaching, especially French simple sentence writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the cultural adaptation and methods of the multiethnic community on the banks of the Kapuas River in Pontianak City in the context of education and learning.This study uses a qualitative case study method. The research population includes multiethnic communities involved in formal and non-formal education. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity through triangulation of techniques and sources, with instruments in the form of semi-structured interview guides, field notes, and document checklists.The results of the study show that the multiethnic community on the banks of the Kapuas River has a rich and unique cultural diversity, with factors that influence the formation of this diversity including geographical location, history, and interaction between tribes. However, this cultural diversity is a challenge in the context of education and learning because of differences in language, ways of thinking, and values adopted by each tribe. To overcome this, an inclusive and responsive approach to cultural diversity is needed, as well as the role of teachers who understand cultural diversity and the ability to design appropriate learning. Interaction between students from various ethnicities, the use of technology in learning, and synergy between the government, educational institutions, and the community can facilitate cultural adaptation in education.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze conceptual understanding in the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model using the Quizizz PKN Lesson application at SDN Tedunan.The research method used was a qualitative approach with a type of classroom action research carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted from November 2023 to May 2024 in class IV of Tedunan State Elementary School, Wedung District, Demak Regency. The subjects of the study were teachers and 15 students. Data validation with experts by filling out score sheets on each aspect related to the study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques by determining the mean or average.The results of the study showed that: (1) Concept understanding in cycle I showed the acquisition of 4 students with T/High criteria, 6 students with S/Medium criteria, and the remaining 5 students with R/Low criteria. There was an increase in cycle II with the acquisition of 5 students with T/High criteria, 7 students with S/Medium criteria, and the remaining 3 students with R/Low criteria. (2) Student learning outcomes in cycle I were 10 students who experienced learning completion with a percentage of 66.70% increasing to 12 students with a percentage of 80.00% in cycle II. (3) Teacher skills in cycle I obtained a percentage of 62.50% with a total score of 20 good criteria increasing to a total score of 27 very good criteria with a percentage of 84.37% in cycle II.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of understanding the trading company accounting cycle, intensity of practice questions, and computer knowledge on accounting computer learning outcomes and to investigate the indirect influence through the mediation of the self-efficacy variable in class XI AKL students at SMKN 6 Surabaya.This research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach and data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Data analysis carried out included research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, t tests, coefficient of determination tests, and Sobel tests.The results of this research are that Understanding the Trading Company Accounting Cycle, Intensity of Question Practice, and Computer Knowledge partially influence Accounting Computer Learning Outcomes; Understanding the Trading Company Accounting Cycle, Intensity of Question Practice, and Computer Knowledge also partially influence Self-Efficacy; Understanding the Trading Company Accounting Cycle influences Accounting Computer Learning Outcomes with Self-Efficacy as an Intervening Variable; Question Practice Intensity influences Accounting Computer Learning Outcomes with Self-Efficacy as an Intervening Variable; and Computer Knowledge influences Accounting Computer Learning Outcomes with Self-Efficacy as an Intervening Variable.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities, WASAKA character, science process skills, and student learning outcomes. This research employs classroom action research. This study uses classroom action research with 22 students from Class VA at SDN Telawang 3 Banjarmasin during the 2023/2024 academic year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The approach used is both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis is calculated based on a percentage scale and the specified indicators of learning completeness. The research results showed that teacher activities scored 59, students' classical activities 91%, and classical science process skills 95%. These gains impacted classical cognitive learning outcomes at 100%, classical affective learning outcomes at 91%, and classical psychomotor learning outcomes at 95%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that in science content, using the combination of Problem Based Learning and Talking Stick models integrated with STEM can improve teacher activity, student activity, science process skills, WASAKA character, and student learning outcomes. It is hoped that the combination of Problem Based Learning and Talking Stick models can be used as a reference to improve teacher activity, student activity, science process skills, WASAKA character, and student learning outcomes.
