This research aims to develop social capital through a political education model that involves urban female cadre communities in increasing political involvement based on Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). The research method employs a qualitative approach. This research involved 2 informants responsible for implementing political education regulations and 4 urban female cadre informants. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, which are subsequently analyzed through coding. The findings reveal that GEDSI-based women's political education serves as a benchmark for increasing the social capital of women’s mobilization partners, enabling them to acquire the abilities, skills, and political acumen necessary to boost confidence and empower women in formulating policies addressing the needs, challenges, and solutions for their communities. This research contributes by emphasizing that GEDSI-based political education for women encourages the development of political competence among female mobilization cadre partners advocating for gender justice, accessibility for people with disabilities, and the welfare of marginalized groups.

Wildlife Tourism is never loose from conservation and exploitation’s controversy. Many people debate this matter on social media or formal forums. The research was conducted with the aim of solving the contradiction problem relating to Wildlife Tourism business. The approach in this study uses a qualitative literature review method. The results showed that: (1) there is no bold action and strong regulation from the government to follow up on the animal exploitation; (2) lack of awareness from business actors and general public regarding animal exploitation, which makes the assumption that the practice is normal; (3) there needs to be synergy among components in the Wildlife Tourism industry to address issues related to exploitation actions that threaten animal welfare. In conclusion, the concept of sustainable tourism can be the way for Wildlife Tourism practices to be exempt from exploitation actions.

This research is motivated by the learning process which is still conventional. This research aims to determine student learning outcomes by implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in PPKn subjects in class V. This research approach uses a quantitative research type, Pre-experimental research design with a One Group Pre test-Post test design. Design. This research uses documentation study instruments, learning outcomes tests. Hypothesis testing using paired sample t-Test. The results of the hypothesis test on learning outcomes obtained a value of sig = 0.000. This means, the results of hypothesis testing on learning outcomes, pretest data, posttest data have a significant value 0.05, so Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in PPKn subjects. The test results of the average normalized gain (n-gain) of learning outcomes, the average score for increasing student learning outcomes calculated based on the normalized gain was obtained at 0.7761 with high criteria. Meanwhile, the test results for the average normalized gain (n-gain) percent of learning outcomes were obtained at 77.6067%, which shows the effective interpretation category. So, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model to student learning outcomes in Civics subjects is effective.

The 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have seventeen global goals for the sustainability of human life on planet Earth. One of these goals is to ensure access to water and sanitation for all. This article aims to formulate a grand design of Geography learning as part of social studies taught in the school. The context of the research is the east coast of Aceh Province. The research method used in this paper is a systematic literature review through books, scientific journals, and reports from several community-based water development programs. The grand design is formulated within ten years with three phases, namely (1) Acceleration; (2) Evaluation, and (3) Sustainable Education. The results of this literature review are expected to contribute to the management of water resources in the coastal area of East Aceh while at the same time increasing the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar (Independence Learning) policy at every level of education that is oriented toward local natural resources.

This research explores the impact of the transition to matrix management within history Uzbekistan's higher education system, marking a significant shift in its administrative and operational paradigm. The study posits that the adoption of matrix management will engender a range of positive outcomes. This approach uses a mixed-methods design with descriptive methods. Firstly, the author hypothesizes that the shift will improve operational efficiency through better resource allocation and interdepartmental collaboration. This is anticipated due to matrix management's inherently flexible structure, allowing for more dynamic resource utilization and encouraging cross-functional teamwork. This research suggests that this transformation will lead to heightened job satisfaction among faculty and staff. Matrix management, with its emphasis on open communication and collaborative decision-making, is expected to create a more engaged and motivated workforce. The results of this study could potentially inform other sectors in history Uzbekistan and other nations grappling with similar educational challenges, particularly those seeking to improve efficiency, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction within their systems. This research underscores the significance of administrative and managerial strategies in transforming the higher education landscape, paving the way for future educational excellence.

Tourism plays a pivotal role in the economic and social dynamics of destinations worldwide, including Nusa Lembongan Island within the Klungkung Regency, Bali. This study investigates the multifaceted impacts of tourism on the local community of Nusa Lembongan, focusing on economic and social dimensions. Using a mixed-methods approach, qualitative data was gathered through interviews and observations, complemented by quantitative data on tourist arrivals and local demographics. Results indicate that tourism has significantly bolstered economic opportunities on the island, particularly through increased employment and income generation, albeit with varying distributional impacts across different segments of the population. Local residents have transitioned from traditional livelihoods such as seaweed farming to diverse roles within the tourism sector, benefiting from higher earnings and expanded job prospects. However, challenges such as inflationary pressures on essential goods and uneven distribution of tourism benefits persist, affecting overall community welfare.
