Industrial activities develop from all sectors, both formal and informal sectors. The informal sector has an important role in developing countries including Indonesia. Every type and place of work for both formal and informal workers has a risk of hazards that can cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases. In the tofu production process, there are activities that pose a risk of occupational disease and occupational accidents, so choosing the right work method is very important to ensure the health of workers. This research was conducted to determine whether the ergonomically oriented work method in the process of making tofu can reduce musculoskeletal complaints in workers. The research was designed with the same subject design (treatment by subject design). The research was conducted at the Tofu Factory located in the Tonja Village, Bali in September 2020. Sample were seven workers in the tofu factory. The difference in conditions before and after activities using non-ergonomically oriented work methods and ergonomically oriented work methods were compared and statistically tested. The comparative test was carried out on the musculoskeletal complaint score. The results showed that the ergonomically oriented work method caused a decrease in the score of musculoskeletal complaints by 40.03% (p<0.05). It can be concluded that ergonomics-oriented work method significantlyreduced musculoskeletal complaints of the tofu factory workers in Tonja Village.

Medical errors caused by human can occur in health services at the hospitals. Various solutions can be applied to avoid the problem of medical errors. One of the solution is Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) which is a systematic method that analyze errors made by humans classified in several categories of error factors. HFACS also assesses all damage that occurs to the system resulting in work accidents. This study proposes the handling of priority factors of accidents caused by humans where the priority is based on a classification system on identifying HFACS. Selection for the priority of increasing human error factors in HFACS uses the Multi Criteria Decision Making method, which is an integration of F-AHP and F-TOSPIS, that able to combine historical data and expert opinion so as to get priority on human error factors. It was found that the weight calculation results for the effect criteria were 57%, reproducibility was 25.3 % and prevention was 17.7% with the main priority of human error factors is inadequate supervision of 10.7%.

Hot and noisy physical environment can cause heat stress for the operator, one example is heat exhaustion such as symptoms of dizziness or headaches. This research aims to improve physical environmental conditions so that it provide a better, convenient, and support to work activities. The results of the analysis showed that the current condition has not fulfilled the standard of lighting in accordance to Kepmenkes RI No. 1405 year 2002, has not fulfilled the standards of Kepmenkes RI No. 1405 year 2002 about the condition of noise, has not fulfilled the standard of Kepkemenakertrans Per. 13MEN/X/2011 regarding temperature conditions using WBGT. The temperature and humidity conditions are far from the optimal point on the psychometric chart according to AYAF (The Australian Institute of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating) 2007. Air circulation is also not good and there is a smell of lead combustion. Therefore, there is a need for the addition of 20 lamps to illuminate the casting station, the use of ear plugs to reduce noise, the use of two evaporative cooling and four pieces of exhaust fan to reduce heat by calculation of heat reduction according to ASHRAE, 2007. Temperature drops as much as 7.68°C, approaching the optimal point is 25°C with humidity 80% if the company will use evaporative cooling. In addition, it is proposed to mount the walls surrounding the casting station to avoid heat spread to other stations with a hole underneath it for cool air inlet spilled out by evaporative cooling.

In the work process, the work position is maintained for a long time and complaints of pain due to this position often appear in the soft tissues of the body and joints, from mild to severe due to prolonged loading. This condition is called Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD). The prevalence of MSD disorders is reported to continue to increase in young productive age. Therefore, the risk factors need to be known so that the relationship between the risk of a sitting position with MSD complaints on office employees, namely Malang Regency government employees can also be known. This study had an observational analytic design with cross sectional method. A total of 71 respondents were obtained using random and purposive sampling. The results of the data normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. From the results of the correlation test, the value of p> 0.05 (p = 0.644) was obtained, so that H0 was accepted. So the conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between sitting work position and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) in Malang Regency Government officials and the factors that affect MSD need to be further investigated.

A good quality of cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is crucial to success in restoring breath and heart function that has rested. High workload among nurses can cause fatigue and reduce the quality of CPR. The cardiovascular workload the rescuer when performing CPR should be measured, so it can be used to provide recommendation on workload reduction. One measurement of cardiovascular workload is Extra Calorie due to Peripheral Temperature (ECPT) and Extra Calorie due to Peripheral Metabolism (ECPM). However, there were no previous studies has discussed about the ECPT and ECPM among rescuer. This study aims to measure the ECPT and ECPM of rescuer during performing CPR. This was a pre-experimental study with one-shot case study. Sample consisted of 20 students of Nursing Study Program and Professional Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University that were selected using purposive sampling technique. After performing CPR for 10 minutes, the students’ recovery rate on the first and fifth minutes were recorded. A univariate analysis was performed, and result showed that the median of ECPT was 22.97 and the median of ECPM was 31.53. The result means that cardiovascular workload during performing CPR at 24oC is more likely influenced by metabolic processes.

Interpersonal relationship and work stress are important elements in occupational health. To study the correlation of interpersonal relationship and work stress among female health care staff. This research is a cross sectional analytical study carried out in Surya Husadha Hospital Denpasar among female health care staff from 5 strata of professions; ICU doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical lab technicians and administrative staff. About 82 samples are involved in this study which are drawn by multistage random sampling. Majority staff (28%) are known to be experiencing moderate interpersonal relationship with moderate level of work stress. The value of correlation coefficient of Pearson between interpersonal relationship and work stress is r = -0.572 and p = 0.001. The p value indicates a significant correlation between interpersonal relationship and work stress whereas the value of r = -0.572 indicates a negative relationship with a moderate strength of correlation between the two variables whereby stronger the interpersonal relationship, lower the stress level or vice versa. Hence, the hypothesis of this research is accepted. There is a moderate negative correlation between interpersonal relationship and work stress among female health care staff in Surya Husadha Hospital Denpasar. The negative correlation means if interpersonal relationship decreases then work stress increases or vice versa. This study can benefit the future researchers to determine ways in enhancing the interpersonal relationship in order to decrease the level of stress among female health care staff also in improvising health care provider to the society
