Abstract

Electronic auction is an activity to provide goods / services by creating fair competition among providers of goods / services by complying with the principle of utilizing the facilities of communication and information technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation and acquisition of project contracting in the electronic auction to determine the relationship between the qualifications of the contractor, the contractor characteristics and conditions of participation in the electronic auction and acquisition projects, and to determine the factors that affect government contractors to participate in the auction. The study was conducted in the city of Denpasar. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews addressed to contractors who have experience in the electronic auction. The method used is descriptive analysis, product moment correlation, regression and factor analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the characteristics of contractor availability factor of human resources project that comes with a certificate of availability of skilled experts and heavy equipment together to increase participation in the auction and acquisition projects. Lack of equipment auctions and bad internet connection is a factor that can degrade electronic participation and acquisition projects in the electronic auction. Factors affecting contractors to participate in the auction consists of 9 major factors such as: human resources and corporate confidence, and the location of the project, the contract system and auction system, Level Competition auction, capital and time, experience, government policies and economic conditions, The type and amount of equipment, construction market conditions

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has high numbers of car parking users, however land availaibility is limited to accomodate entire vehicle. This research was conducted to study about the characteristic of parking and future parking needs. The aim of this study was to analyze the characteristics of parking on weekdays, weekends, and public holiday at Ngurah Rai Internasional Airport, also future parking needs. The method used to obtain data throught direct survey and recording primary data from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The analysis was performed by comparing characteristics on weekdays, weekends and holiday on motorcycle (2 wheelers), car (4 wheelers), and bus (6 wheelers). The highest parking indexs of motorcycles in on working days is 4.75. The highest parking indexs of car is on the weekend day is equal to 1.84. The highest perking indeks of bus is on the public holiday is equal to 7.54. I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport still requires parking lots to meet parking needs. Based on characteristics parking, for motorcycle there was deficiency of 3.092 SRP, total parking lots requirement for car is 1.897 SRP and for bus is 42 SRP. Abstract

Abstract: Mangupura region as the central government of Badung regency, the last few years has developed very fast. Increased development is a result of market demand for homes is high and land prices are relatively affordable. This study aims to determine what factors are dominant to affect the selling price of the home, assess the influence of public facilities to the selling price of the house has to offer developers, as well as assess the suitability of public facilities provided are in accordance with the selling price of the house has to offer. To get data in this study using two different methods, quantitative data (answers from the questionnaire) and qualitative data (the answers of the interview). The data were processed using a statistical test, with five score classifications, then the data is presented with the relative frequency distribution and the analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis performed indicates that public facilities provided by the developer significantly effect on peoples satisfaction in Mangupura. The dominant factor that affect consumers in buying a home is public road facility with average level 4.159. Each factor with influence level of selling price has positive linear relationship, except on public wastewater disposal facilities (-0439), assuming the higher needs of residents for these factors, the higher the level of satisfaction of the inhabitants of the factors of public facilities in residential areas. Advice that can be given of the results of this study is on the development of a region should pay attention to public facilities to be provided should be adjusted to the standard housing legislation.

Abstract

LABORATORY SCALE MODELING OF GROUNDWATER CONTAMINATION BY WASTE USING GEOELECTRIC METHODABSTRACT Research has been carried out with physical modeling using the geoelectric method to monitor the problem of water resources namely water pollution by waste. Pollution caused by industrial waste is a big problem, if the waste seeps into the soil and contaminates ground water consumed by humans, animals and other organisms. Decreasing groundwater quality can affect the fulfillment of community needs for clean water. Because the impact of industrial wastewater can not be directly felt, making people less aware of the dangers of waste that can pollute the presence of ground water. The purpose of this study was to identify the spread of liquid waste using the 2D type geoelectric method and find out the resistivity value. The tools used are type G-Sound Resistivity meter (GL-4100) and used liquid waste material used oil. Data processing was processed using RES2Dinv ver 3.3 software and obtained medium type resistivity values contaminated by liquid waste from geoelectric data of resistivity type was 0.962 - 12.4 ?m and from the geoelectric cross section (pseudosection) visible boundaries or areas contaminated with liquid waste contained in depth of 0 - 0.44 m from ground level (ground surface). On the results of data processing, there is a high value of species resistance, 44.5 - 84.3 m, which is interpreted as iron sand found in the clay sand medium used.

Abstract

Abstract : Tourism is the main sector to increase the economy of Province of Bali. A lot of components involved in this tourism industry such as hotel, restaurant, and other tourism objects. The function of tourism transportation is to connect those places. The objective of this study is to analyze the investment feasibility on the torusim transportation in the Province of Bali.   Analysis was performed on PT Gd Bali Transport and PT Amanda Legian Tours using interest rate at 15% and investment duration for 7 years. The outcome for PT Gd Bali Transport was the value of NPV Rp.(-) 11.866.640.000, IRR uncountable, BCR : 0,37 and PBP 21 years. While for PT Amanda Legian Tours was NPV Rp.(-) 875.310.000, IRR uncountable, BCR : 0,77 and PBP 9 years. That outcome indicating that tourism transportation in the Province of Bali was not financially feasible.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Plate Loading Test adalah salah satu pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur kekuatan dan deformasi tanah, dan digunakan untuk mengetahui daya dukung tanah serta penurunannya terutama untuk pondasi dangkal. Nilai daya dukung, penurunan, dan angka keamanan (FS) yang diperoleh dari Plate Loading Test untuk pondasi 10 cm x 10 cm adalah 14.50 kN/m2, penurunannya adalah 0.000037 m. Sedangkan pada pondasi 20 cm x 20 cm, nilai daya dukungnya adalah 29.95 kN/m2, penurunannya adalah 0.000149 m. Dengan beban kerja sesuai beban ijin Terzaghi dengan angka keamanan (FS) = 2, maka uji Plate Loading Test pada pondasi 10 cm x 10 cm memberikan angka keamanan lebih besar dari 2 yaitu (FS) = 2.30 dan pada pondasi 20 cm x 20 cm memberikan angka keamanan lebih besar dari 2 yaitu (FS) = 2.38. Untuk Persentase perbandingan antara Plate Loading Test dengan Metode Terzaghi pada pondasi 10 cm x 10 cm, nilai daya dukungnya adalah 56.52 % dan penurunannya adalah 63.49 %. Sedangkan pada pondasi 20 cm x 20 cm, Persentase perbandingan daya dukungnya adalah 57.90 % dan penurunannya adalah 63.74 %. Untuk Persentase perbandingan antara Plate Loading Test dengan Metode Meyerhof pada pondasi 10 cm x 10 cm, nilai daya dukungnya adalah 54.83 % dan penurunannya adalah 62.07 %. Sedangkan pada pondasi 20 cm x 20 cm, Persentase perbandingan daya dukungnya adalah 56.26 % dan penurunannya adalah 62.32 %. Untuk Persentase perbandingan antara Plate Loading Test dengan Plaxis 2D pada pondasi 10 cm x 10 cm, nilai daya dukungnya adalah 56.52 %, dan penurunannya adalah 59.46 %. Untuk pondasi 20 cm x 20 cm, Persentase perbandingan daya dukungnya adalah 57.90 % dan penurunannya adalah 61.74 %.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) wajib dilaksanakan pada setiap proyek infrastruktur yang akan berdampak pada biaya konstruksi. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah berapa biaya yang akan dikeluarkan untuk melaksanakan SMK3. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya SMK3 pada proyek jalan dan prosentase biaya untuk penerapan SMK3 terhadap biaya proyek. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan kuesioner yang melibatkan 70 orang responden/sampel. Item kuesioner disusun berdasarkan surat edaran Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat tahun 2015 tentang Biaya Penyelenggaraan SMK3. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan site manajer, petugas K3, cost estimator, quantity surveyor, pelaksana lapangan dan konsultan pengawas. Besarnya estimasi biaya SMK3 diperoleh hasil survey pada 32 proyek. Data dianalisis dengan analisis relatif indeks dan analisis faktor. Persentase terhadap biaya proyek dianalisis dengan regresi. Ada 9 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap biaya SMK3 diurut berdasarkan nilai tertinggi sampai terendah yaitu faktor asuransi dan perijinan, faktor sosialisasi dan promosi K3, faktor personil K3, faktor penyiapan RK3K, factor rambu-rambu, factor lain-lain terkait pengendalian risiko K3, faktor fasilitas sarana kesehatan, factor alat pelindung kerja dan factor alat pelindung diri. Subfaktor yang dominan mempengaruhi biaya SMK3 adalah pembuatan manual prosedur kerja, pengarahan K3, pembatas area, sepatu kesalamatan, surat ijin operator, ahli K3/petugas K3, peralatan P3K, rambu–rambu peringatan dan lampu darurat. Selanjutnya, persentase biaya SMK3 terhadap biaya proyek dapat diestimasi dengan persamaan y = 1 x 10-9x^2 – 6 x 10-5x + 1,3406 dan nilai R2 = 0,4586.

Abstract

The Denpasar One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service of Denpasar city often hears public complaints about the quality of Building Construction Permit, both regarding requirements that are deemed unclear, late issuance of permits, and facilities and infrastructure considered inadequate. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of Building Construction Permit services and find out the indicators that are priorities for improving service quality so that efforts can be sought to improve the quality of Building Construction Permit services. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire survey of 95 respondents with 26 questions. This study uses Servqual analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of Servqual analysis, it was found that public satisfaction with Building Construction Permit service quality was classified as dissatisfied, both seen from tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty variables. Of the 26 indicators that require quality improvement, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis obtained 7 indicators which are the top priorities in improving the quality of Building Construction Permit services. Efforts that can be made are the addition of seats in the waiting room, conduct re-examination of files, socialization of regulations and requirements for IMB, conduct training and counseling for employees, and impose strict sanctions on employees who commits a violation.

Abstract

One aspect of transportation used is public transportation. It is good that public roads can affect user choices. In 2015 passengers who used Trans Sarbagita services were students and students, which was 28% of the total number of passengers. The purpose of this study is to find out how perceptions about services to public services and services of Trans Sarbagita Buses on Corridors I and II. This study uses two data techniques that are used, namely primary data consisting of data used and secondary data used to process the wrong data. Trans Transkolita that uses the results of processing questionnaires from respondents. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Service Index (CSI), and Heterogeneous Customer Satisfaction Index (HCSI). Based on the IPA analysis, almost all service attributes need to be improved, for service users' satisfaction with services obtained from the analysis using the CSI method where the current level of satisfaction of Trans Sarbagita Bus service users is 75.60% in corridor I and 80.31% in corridors II which means needing attention. From the results of HCSI the results were 38.9% corridor I and 38.1% for koriodr II, ease of reaching the Trans Sarbagita bus stop, attention of the instructor in enforcing the passengers professionally, the timeliness of the departure of the Trans Sarbagita Bus and the harmony between service hours and time which is needed by the community

Abstract

Kegagalan pada kolom dapat menyebabkan keruntuhan suatu struktur bangunan. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kemampuan kolom menahan beban adalah dengan perkuatan. Material beton, kawat kasa, dan fiberglass merupakan material yang mudah dikerjakan dan tersedia dipasaran. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi bentuk penampang kolom beton persegi menjadi bulat dengan tambahan kekangan kawat kasa atau fiberglass terhadap kapasitas aksial kolom. Pada penelitian ini dibuat 18 buah benda uji kolom yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok. Benda uji berukuran 76 mm x 76 mm x 300 mm yang terbuat dari beton polos disebut KP. Kolom KP diperkuat dengan concrete jacketing menjadi berdiameter 150 mm dengan tinggi 300 mm disebut kolom KB. Selanjutnya kolom KBT merupakan kolom KB yang diberikan tambahan perlakuan treatment sandblasting pada permukaan core kolomnya. Kelompok lainnya adalah kolom KK yang merupakan kolom KBT dengan tambahan 3 lapis kawat kasa sebagai pengekang internal pada jacketing. Kolom KF merupakan kolom KBT dengan tambahan 3 lapis fiberglass yang dilapisi resin sebagai pengekang internal pada jacketing. Kelompok keenam merupakan kolom KF dengan tambahan pin dari serat fiberglass terpasang kearah luar jacketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kapasitas kolom akibat perlakuan sandblasting sebesar 10%. Penggunaan kawat kasa atau fiberglass sebagai pengekang memberikan peningkatan kapasitas pada kolom KK, KF, KFP masing-masing sebesar 21%, 29% dan 30%. Keruntuhan kolom pada kolom KP, KB, KBT, KF dan KFP adalah non-daktail sedangkan kolom KK menghasilkan perilaku keruntuhan yang lebih daktail dibandingkan dengan benda uji kolom lainnya.
