Abstract

The method of this researh is qualitative decriptif in exploratively design. the aim of this research is to describe the pnomena in naturally  to find out the meaning and to analyze the data comprehencively, deeply naturally. The object of this research is the adat organizaton in Soasio village Kota Tidore Kepulauan and the village’ sociaty about 12-21 years. The variable is the custom organization role in character naming in five local culture. they are Mae se Kolofino (shy and afrai feeling, to the God), Ngaku se Rasai (holding belive), Budi se bahasa/oli se nyemo-nyemo (politely in talking), Suba se Tabea (politely behaviour), Cing se cingeri (merakyat dan rendah hati) and the youngers character from the sixth main character are religius, honesty, dicipline, tolerance and socially.The result of the reseach showed that the local wisdom value as the same as the main value of nation still use and anderstand well by the Soasio society. But, the value is  just used and understood by the old generation and the youngers do not use and understand. In addition, it is coused the process of encilturation the Tidore local wisdom value to the Soasio youngers still lack. Abstract

Model pembelajaran Think Phair Share (TPS) adalah  suatu  model  pembelajaran  kooperatif  yang  memberi  siswa waktu untuk berfikir dan merespon  serta  saling bantu  satu  sama lain. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar sains siswa kelas V SD Tunas Barito Sidangoli melalui penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) pada konsep perubahan sifat benda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa  dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa tersebut terdlihat: Aktivitas siswa dalam hubungan kerja kelompok meningkat sebesar 55,5%. Dari siklus I dan Siklus II, peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 42,5 % dan menjadi 97,75% pada siklus II. Hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 82,75% pada siklus I menjadi 96,55% pada siklus II. Peningkatan aktivitas guru sebesar 87,49% pada siklus I dan menjadi 100% pada siklus II.Kata kunci: Think  Phair  Share  ( TPS), Hasil Belajar, aktivitas siswa

Abstract

The teacher responsible for realizing quality of education. Quality of education can be realized, when the teacher is always in synergy with the tasks development of quality of education in the form of design elements in developing education programs in the form of (1) the content of teacher education; (2) the learning process; (3) the context of learning, which is based on the essentials of teacher education programs. In addition, teachers are required to optimize its main task as a teacher of teachers and build capabilities, which include: content knowledge that is taught; conceptualization level; the ability of teachers in implementing the learning process; last interpersonal communication capability. Capabilities associated with the business knowing yourself and attempt to build responsibility to the environment, and realized the teacher as researcher on classroom action research. This research aims give way to the teachers to develop quality in order to develop quality of education.Key words: Quality of teachers, development, quality of education

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian pengembangan media video tutorial model-model pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil uji kelayakan media video tutorial model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi kalor dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik non tes dengan instrumen lembar validasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk angket tertutup yang ditujukan untuk ahli materi fisika, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli pedagogik dan guru-guru fisika. Teknik ananlisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil uji kelayakan media menurut ahli materi fisika dikategorikan sangat baik (81,9%), menurut ahli media pembelajaran dikategorikan sangat baik (85,2%), menurut ahli pedagogik dikategorikan sangat baik (90,02%), menurut guru fisika untuk aspek desain media dan keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dikaterorikan baik dengan besar persentase masing-masing sebesar 74,6% dan 73,8%. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi disimpulkan media video tutorial model pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang dikembangkan telah layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Media, Video Tutorial, Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah

Abstract

Statement of the problems are: (1) How to learn Poetry at the second Class Students of Madrasah Aliyah Man Model through the use of strategy creative problem solving ? (2) how is the result of lerning poetry at Madrasah Aliyah Gotalamo Morotai Selatan Through the use of  strategy creative problem solving ? this research aimed to  (1) to know the learning poetry through the use of strategy creatife problem solving at Madrasah Aliyah Gotalamo Morotai Selatan. (2) to know wether the result of learning poetry through through the use of strategy creative problem solving at Madrasah Aliyah Gotalamo Morotai Selatan.This research is locaed in Madrasah Aliyah Gotalamo Morotai Selatan which is in Desa Darame. Analyzing data by using descriptive parentage. The subject of this research is the Second class student of Man Model constist of 45% students. The Sample was taken randomly, data collecting technique include of (1) observation (2) angket.The result shows that the students who are interesting in  the use of strategy creative problem solving in learning poetry, it can be seen from the result of data analysis. After data collecting, then analyze through the formula of the presentage, the result of students scores are 65% it can be concluded that the students are interesting in learning poetry through creative problem solving at the second class students of Aliyah Gotalamo Morotai Selatan. Key Word: Creatif Problem Solving, poem

Abstract

The background of this research is speech act as one important aspect in achieving a desired outcome by the speaker to the hearer. This research aimed to determine the use of locution, illocution, perlocution, in the movie “Small Letter to God” by Harris Nizam. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection procedure in this study refers to the method to obtain data on the use of language by listening, and implication af speech act against Indonesian language learning at school. Basic techniques in this method are tapping and recording. Data were analyzed using the unified method. The techniques used are referential techniques to describe speech act conversations in the film, and pragmatic techniques to explain the speech acts and intentions of speakers based on speech act theory. This research conclude as follows: (1) in the film of  “Small Letter to God” by Harris Nizam dominating by locution act; (2) speech act illocution found in film consisting of speech act of illocution are representative, directive, komisive, and expressive. The act of illocution speech act was not found in this film; (3) a speech perlocution also found in film conversation. Beside that speech act consisting of locution, illocution perlocution also found in  “Small Letter to God” by Harris Nizam; (4) the findings speech act should be used by teachers in teaching Indonesia language  communicatively  related to pragmatic  topic. Keywords:  Speech Act, Locution, Ilocution, Perlocution, Film.

Abstract

This research is making use of descriptive qualitative method. The data are collected with the method of Sudaryanto (1993) that is listening and interviewing method, make use the technique of free listening and interviewing with a list of questionaire. This research makes use the theory of Burning (1970) and Koentjaraningrat (1980) to answer the first problem, and of Spradley (1979) and Casson (1981) to the second one. The result of this research shows that the consanguinal kinship terms are Baba (father), Tou (grandfather), Wos (ego’s father), Galawewe (father of ego’s grandfather), Karekare ( grandfather of Ego’s grandfather), Baay (ego’s mother), Nene (mother’s mother), Nenewos (mother of nene), Nenegalawewe (mother of nenewos), Nenekarekare (mother nenegalawewe). Nikmapin (wife of masculine ego), Nikmon (husband of feminine ego), Tamno (ego’s elder brother),  Thano (ego’s younger brother), Damo 1 (ego’s sister), Damo 2 (ego’s brother), Mtu (ego’s child), Bbu (ego’s grandchild), Bbuwos (child of ego’s grandchild), Bbugalawewe (grandchild of ego’s grandchild), Bbukarekare (buyut dari ego). Afinal kinship terms: Nikmon (husband), Nikmapin (wife), Tafu (brother in-law), Hono (sister in-law), Iho (in-laws), Akmomon (wife’s father), Akmomapin (wife’s mother), Haliha (mother/father in-laws), Kanglolo (elder brother of father or mother), Kangkutu (younger brother of father or mother), Baaylolo (mother’s elder sister), Jojo (mother’s younger sister). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengelolaan kelas, motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah strategi belajar mengajar fisika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik regresi ganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan fisika tahun akademik 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 44 mahasiswa. Variabel penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan kelas (X1), motivasi belajar (X2) dan hasil belajar mahasiswa (Y). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes untuk variabel hasil belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan untuk variabel pengelolaan kelas dan motivasi belajar menggunakan angket.Hasil pengujian dengan statistik regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Serta pengelolaan kelas, dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah strategi belajar mengajar fisika, maka dosen perlu mengelola kelasnya secara baik dan selalu membangkitkan motivasi belajar mahsiswa dengan menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan konsep yang dibelajarkan.Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Kelas, Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether there is significant difference in teaching writing skill between the second grade students of  senior high school who are taught by using field trip technique and those who are not taught by using field trip technique.The effect   field trip technique in teaching writing descriptive text is hoped to build students background knowledge through the real situation such bringing students outside the classroom so that the students can explore their mind through what they see and face directly. Field trip technique in teaching writing skill is an activity which involves students to share ideas through the school environment in order the students can achieve learning goal.This research is an experimental research which was held at SMA N 3 Kota Ternate. The experimental research involved two groups of students, they are experimental group and control group. The research subjects are the second year students of science class at SMA N 3 Kota Ternate. The sample of this research was taken randomly. The the experimental group belong to experimental group included of 30 students while the students of control group belong to control groupwas 30 students. Both classes were given pre-test at the beginning. Then, the students of experimental group were taught by using field trip activity while the control group is taught without field trip  activity.The research findings indicated the results of the research, as follows:  The analysis result of experimental class shows that the mean score of pre-test in experimental classis 45.47 and the means score of post-test is 71.82. It shows that the experimental class experiences improvement in their writing test, and the hypothesis testing indicates that the score of the experimental class students are higher than the control class. It can be seen that the value of p is 0.000 lower than the value at the significant level 0.5. or 0.000<0.05.Andvalue of p is 0.183. It is higher than 0.05 (0.1830>0.05). So the hypothesis testing indicates that the score of the experimental class students are significantly higher than that of the control class. It can be said that using field trip    teaching writing descriptive  is effective. Keywords: Outdoor Classroom Activity, Writing Skill and Descriptive Text.

Abstract

This study is aimed to answer the question in this research such as: (1) wha problems are faced by the teachers in learning mathematics at Senior High school of Morotai? (2) what kinds of effort by the teachers in learning process? (3) what is the solution for the problems in learning process ? data collecting   technique   in   this   research   is   anklet,   questioners,   interview,   observation,   and documentation. The subject of this research is the of Mathematics subject at Senior High school Morotai Island which is consisted of 8 teachers. There are several angket which is possible to have as problem in learning process include of teachers, learning process, facility and learning evaluation. Generally, the result of this resereach shows that all the factors who have the potential to influence unsuccessable in learning mathematics subject. Otherwise, the dominant part here is the students who have a very low motivation and interest to learn mathematics subject. In overcoming   that problem, all the teachers in Morotai Island do not yet carry out an real action to solve the problem as well wich is only SMAll meeting that carry out in learning process. Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded that learning problem is a complex problem which must be paid attention. That is why, even the SMAll barrier can also influence the learning success as well. And the teacher at once has very big responsibility that must innovate students in learning process as well. Key word: Faktor penghambat, belajar-mengajar, matematika
