Abstract

Poverty in underdeveloped countries are characterized by rapid population growth. In Indonesia, the government's role in population to be submitted to the National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN). One of the programs is to Increase Revenue BKKBN Family’s Welfare (UPPKS). From 2010 to 2013 a decrease in the number of groups UPPKS. Based on the problems identified factors researchers focused on strength (strength), weakness (weakness), chance (opportunity) and threats (threat) in order to optimize the achievement of program outcomes UPPKS the Directorate. The purpose of the study was to look at factors weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities and choosing the right strategy to optimize the achievement of program UPPKS. The method used is the SWOT and AHP. The results showed the best strategy is derived from the power factor and the opportunities (SO): (1) take advantage of the availability of technical guidance for the development of work by local partners; (2) maximizing the data base to cooperate with other agencies that have programs that are compilance empowerment; (3) utilizing the integrated use of the website to attract cooperation as a form of technological development and utilization of information. Utilizes the integrated use of the website to attract cooperation is priority.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the ability of village apparatus in compiling village profiles and utilizing village profiles in village development planning. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the profile of Tarai Bangun village had not been arranged accurately, actual and comprehensively because in filling out the village profile it had not fully used the correct data sources and procedures. This is inseparable from the low level of village apparatus capacity and lack of community participation and the lack of budget used in collecting village profile data. Furthermore, in utilizing village profile data which is expected to be used as a baseline with village development actors in supporting planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, evaluating and policies, programs and activities in Tarai Bangun village, it cannot be realized. Another obstacle is the lack of attention of the regional government in collecting village profiles so that the use of village profile data cannot be used as inputs or sources of information in village development planning. Therefore, there is a need for local government policies to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials through the provision of training and training or assistance in filling out village profiles in accordance with the format of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 12 of 2007.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dinas kesehatan kabupaten pelalawan. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kabupaten pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kabupaten pelalawan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 83 pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kabupaten pelalawan

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan inilah yang selalu dituntut agar selalu bertambah baik. Hal ini tidak mudah, karena terdapat persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi diawali dari kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE). MBCfPE merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus.MBCfPE.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa mengenai pengaruh masing-masing keenam kriteria MBCFPE (kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses.) terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan deskriptif analisik dengan pendekatan metode mix method dengan sequential explanatory design. Jumlah jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keenam kriteria MBCFPE :kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam artinya semakin baik hasil variabel tersebut akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan rumah sakit.

Abstract

This research was conducted at junior school 8 Mandau Kecamatan Mandau. The purpose of this study was to determinance the effect of discipline influance the performance of teacher working in the office Mandau.The population in this were 45 teacher. In this study the sampling using saturated sample. Is aqual to 45 teacher. Data analysis in this research use descriptive and quantitative method.The result showed that the discipline of positive and significant of teacher working. The amount of influence of teacher working is disciplined by 53,9 percent while the rest 46,1 percent describing other independent variables that are not observed in this study.Recommendation can be submitted to the public junior School 8 Mandau Kecamatan Mandau, for even more attention is disciplined, this is because the disciplined has agreat influance, that is 53,9 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 UKUI. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja guru SMK Negeri 1 UKUI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pada SMK Negeri 1 UKUI, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja guru pada SMK Negeri 1 UKUI. Pada uji regresi didapat persamaan Y = -2,588 + 0,898X, dan pada uji koefisien determinasi bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja sebesar 90,6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the motivation of employee productivity and to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Area Distribution Manager Sulselrabar Makassar.The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + e. Results of analysis and discussion obtained significant values for the variable X1 of 0.010 <0.05 and for the variable X2 of 0.047 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. there is an influence between motivation and work discipline on work productivity. this explains the purpose of this study. and regression model Y = 1.529 + 0.296 x1 + 0.188 x2.Research limititation/implications : This research is only limited to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Control Area of South Sulawesi, Makassar City.It is suggested for future research to compare also with other regions outside of Makassar so that it will also be known whether there is influence of motivation and discipline on productivity. The research sample was expanded using different parameters and theories.This article gives us an understanding that there is a relationship between motivation and discipline towards employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competency factors on performance. The location of this research was conducted in Pekanbaru. While the time of the study was conducted January 1, 2016 until February 28, 2016. The source of this research data is the Construction Consultancy Services Employee in the city of Pekanbaru. With 87 respondents as the research sample. Data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heterokedacity test), and hypothesis testing namely t test (partially), F test (simultaneous test) and test coefficient of determination). The results of this study are partial; Knowledge (X1), Skills (X2), Self Concept (X3) and Personal Characteristics (X4) influence Employee Performance (Y) construction consulting services in Pekanbaru city. And Simultaneously Knowledge (X1), Skills (X2), Self Concept (X3) and Personal Characteristics (X4) affect Employee Performance (Y) construction consulting services in Pekanbaru city

Abstract

Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2018 concerning waste management with a partnership between the Pekanbaru City Government and the private sector, better known as the Public Private Partnership Policy (PPP) is full of problems. Termination of employment contract and training employees because it is not in accordance with the contract for failure of policy implementation. Carry out qualitative research with data publication techniques, literature studies and in-depth interviews. So the decision that the PPP Pemko Pekanbaru policy involving the private sector, namely PT. MIG in managing waste in the city of Pekanbaru does not run smoothly or effectively. The failure of the Pekanbaru City Government in a partnership pattern with the private sector caused by anomalies in the benefits of the political elite in interpreting policies.

Abstract

Public service innovation policies are still new in the implementation of public services at this time. Puskesmas Jaya Mukti is one of the government institutions that innovates through the Optima cycle. The research method used is a qualitative approach, analysis of interactive models and interactive analysis in various qualitative analyzes as a continuous, repetitive and continuous effort. The results of the study showed that the policy implementation of the Proven Health Center using the Optima Cycle had gone well, automatically not making the patient's satisfaction in the Puskesmas increased. The inhibiting factors of the application of cyclical optima are the length of the report download from sikda optima, and in the application of the cyclical optima application there is still no recapitulation of the patient's history below 2016. And the latter requires a supportive policy such as the policy generator used to turn off the lights.
