Abstract

Recently wine tourism products are being developed in Bali. Bali’s Wine is produced from the wineries, processed and produced in Bali which can be used as a tourist activity. This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses in wine products marketing and opportunities also, threats and know the strategy and marketing program of wine product that can be applied in PT. Sababay Winery. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, literature study, questionnaire, and documentation. Determination of the sample in this study is to use purposive sampling. Informant determination using key informant. This research use descriptive qualitative data analysi combine with likert scale analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of tourists, to find out the factors those influenced the decision of tourists to buy some souvenirs and also to find the most influenced factors. The methods of collecting data were through observation, interviewed, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study methods. The methods of analysis data were using descriptive quantitative method, through validity test, reliability and analysis of factors those supported by SPSS program 17.0 version. From this research, there are fourteen strength indicators and two indicators of weakness and indicators of opportunity as many as seven indicators and three indicators of threats owned by PT. Sababay Winery. Strategies and marketing programs that can be applied by PT. Sababay Winery is a product creation and development strategy, a strategy to increase wine product promotions, market expansion strategies, and marketing enhancement strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses and examines potential identification and package tour in Tabanan regency. Qualitative approaches were applied in this research. The data were collected by using observation techniques, in-depths interviews, and documentation technique. Informant and key informant techniques were used to determine the informantion. This study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques with three steps which are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. In this study, showed potential identifications taken place in Alas Kedaton, Jatiluwih, Batukaru Temple, Subak Museum, and Tengkudak Village. The packaging of this package tour with itinerary such as visit the Subak Museum, Tengkudak village adventure, visit Jatiluwih, sightseeing in Batukaru temple, sightseeing in Alas Kedaton and shopping in Krisna oleh-oleh. This package tour was presented in tabulated style, Graphic style as well as the calculation of travel costs.

Abstract

Pelayanan prauwisata lokal di daya tarik wisata Alas Kedaton secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Oleh sebab itu perlu dikaji mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata lokal terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan di daya tarik wisata Alas Kedaton. Adapun variabel kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti langsung, empati, daya tanggap, keandalan dan jaminan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan di Daya Tarik Wisata Alas Kedaton. Responden adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Alas Kedaton berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling.Pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan kemudian di analisis dengan analisis skala likert, uji validitas dan realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, dan analisis determinasi.  Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator dalam penelitian ini telah valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 5 Variabel independen telah memenuhi syarat penerimaan hipotesis, yaitu t-hitung dan F-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel dan F-tabel. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata lokal terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan pada Daya Tarik Wisata Alas Kedaton.  Kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata lokal berpengaruh sebesar 76,3 % terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, dan 70,5% terhadap loyalitas wisatawan. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti lebih lanjut pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata lokal terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan di daya tarik wisata Alas Kedaton. Di sarankan kepada pengelola, perlu diadakan pelatihan khusus terhadap pramuwisata lokal untuk menunjang kualitas SDM pada daya tarik wisata Alas Kedaton.

Abstract

Indonesia is a big country consisting of various tribes and has different cultures from one to another. From this came the idea to create a tourist site with a cultural background. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is a tourist attraction established since 1975, an attraction with the theme of Indonesian culture. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is still a tourist destination that has been chosen by many families. Likewise, schools that still do a lot of tourist visits for study tours Visitors to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah are still the second most in Jakarta. With the development of tourism, the concept of tourism for all it becomes an absolute necessity. Because throughout the world there is also a very significant increase in the number of tourists, and ten percent have special needs including elderly people, tourists with small children, pregnant women, tourists with permanent and temporary disabilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out to what extent Taman Mini Indonesia Indah has implemented accessibility in tourism in accordance with standards set by the UNWTO. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where data is obtained through field research, documentation, checklists and literature studies. The results of the study are found that vertical movements still need to be improved because visitors using a wheelchair cannot enjoy all the regional platforms. And the suggestion from the research is to continue to improve the facilities so that everyone can access them by adding braille letters to the brochure and adding audio announcements to every tourist attraction.

Abstract

Kegiatan promosi yang efektif merupakan hal yang sangat esensial dalam pengembangan pariwisata di suatu daerah. Bauran promosi merupakan salah satu alat pemasaran, dapat digunakan untuk menginformasikan, membujuk dan mengingatkan calon wisatawan. Dalam kurun waktu 2011- 2014 kunjungan wisatawan ke Banyuwangi mengalami peningkatan namun rata-rata lama tinggal wisatawan masih rendah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi promosi yang telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata serta hambatan-hambatan yang dialami. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dengan kepala dinas dan staf dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi, serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi melalui bauran promosi sudah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kunjungan wisatawan namun belum cukup efektif untuk memeratakan kunjungan wisatawan dan meningkatkan lama tinggal wisatawan. Program-program advertising dan direct marketing yang dilakukan sudah efektif sedangkan sales promotion dan public relation belum cukup efektif. Dalam pelaksanaan strategi promosi juga terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Dari hasil pengolahan data disarankan kepada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata untuk mengkaji ulang program bauran promosi yang kurang efektif, mengadakan pelatihan kepramuwisataan dan Bahasa Inggris, memperbanyak Tourist Information Center, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan stakeholder lainnya.

Abstract

Being a host is part of a new tourism activity in Indonesia known as free hospitality, the activity has a great potential but need encouragement to the actors. In the digital era new tourism actors are spread and connected via the internet, couchsurfing is one of the social media that is present in the development of tourism communication and as a liaison between actors of activities, encouragement is needed to motivate tourism growth in this sector. This study aims to know the highest level of motivation and motivator factors that can be used for government policy making. Motivation is one of the driving factors that influences a person to do something that is intended. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with one variable. The independent variable in this study is Motivation to become a Couchsurfing host. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by combining two nonprobability sampling techniques, namely; purposive sampling, and quota sampling. The results of this study state that the motivation to host Couchsurfing in Indonesia is in the high category with an amount of 75.1% and the highest motivation is in the cultural factor of 94%. The conclusion of this study is that actors want to carry out cultural exchanges, by being a host, local residents can use their knowledge of the culture and local area to attract tourist visits.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan orang untuk berwisata jelas akan mempengaruhi usaha disektor pariwisata. Dalam sektor pariwisata, pramuwisata yang juga menjadi ujung tombak dari pencitraan perusahaan sangatlah penting peranannya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata serta menghubungkan antara kepentingan dan kinerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pramuwista PT. Bali Sun Tours. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepentinagn dan tngkat kinerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata di PT. Bali Sun Tours memperoleh rata-rata 87,62% artinya bahwa wisatawan yang menggunakan jasa pramuwisata di PT. Bali Sun Tours memperoleh kualitas pelayanan yang Baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis importance performance, pada kuadran A yang merupakan prioritas utama terdapat 1 indikator, pada kuadran B yang merupakan atribut yang perlu dipertahankan terdapat 9 indikator, pada kuadran C terdapat 6 indikator yang merupakan atribut dengan proritas terendah, pada kuadran D terdapat 1 indikator yang merupakan atribut dengan prioritas berlebihan dalam pelaksanaanya.

Abstract

Kura-Kura Bus is one of tourist transportation companies in Bali with public shuttle bus service in tourism route. Data analysis in this research were using SWOT and AHP analysis, with participants who have position minimal as a supervisor. Participants selected based on their expertise and relevance with this article. Based on the results of SWOT and AHP analysis to develop tourist transportation is Kura-Kura Bus, which is considered the most realistic scenario is an optimistic scenario, with the goal to be a safe and comfortable transportation. To achieve the goal, based on priority strategies that could be done by management of Kura-Kura Bus are developing unique products, finding new markets, favoring public transport services, enchance brand reputation, developing smartphone application, and cross promotion with supplier.

Abstract

Differences between expectation and perception of visitor about service quality of a travel agency were the background of this research which is entitled “Visitor’s Perception And Expectation of Service Quality At Marina Srikandi Tour And Travel In Padang Bai. Through this research, a thought to maintain professionalism of travel agency with qualified standards, understand different visitor expectations was a major thing that want to be achieved. Background of problem in this research was divided into two problems, such as (1) what are visitor expectation and perception about service quality at Marina Srikandi Tour and travel? (2) How is the visitor’s satisfaction about service quality which is given by Marina Srikandi Tour and travel? Based on the background of problems above, there were two aims of study in this research, they are: (1) to know visitor expectation and perception about service quality at Marina Srikandi Tour and travel, and (2) to know visitor’s satisfaction about service quality which is given by Marina Srikandi Tour and travel.

Abstract

The eruption of Mount Sinabung had a pretty heavy impact on Karo District, in terms of the tourism economy sector, which has been the signature economy motor of this region. For almost 1 (one) decade, the eruption disaster shook, the recovery effort is still stagnant despite various government efforts. Therefore, this study aims to carry out an inventory of economic recovery, particularly in the tourism sector in Karo District by including the pentahelix synergy model as a surefire strategy to encourage community independence and achieve faster and more sustainable recovery goals. This study uses qualitative research methods with the main data collection techniques through a Focus Group Discussion. The results achieved indicate several strategies can be carried out to restore tourism in Karo District, including: rehabilitation of the image of Karo district as a safe tourist destination, strengthening the disaster awareness movement, infrastructure recovery, to the creation of signature tourism products based on disaster tourism, health tourism and agro tourism. This study also illustrates what roles can be taken by the government, academia, industry, society and the media in each strategy and proposed program.
