Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning model on relations and functions material. This classroom action research was attended by 29 students of class VIII.2 for the 2022/2023 academic year. In practice, the data collected was obtained through observation and tests. As for the data analysis technique in the form of data analysis of teacher observations, student observations and tests of student mathematics learning outcomes. Referring to the procedures followed, the research stages involved include planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The research consisted of two cycles. The results showed that the results of students' mathematics learning in cycles I and II were 55.18% and 86.20% with an increase from less to very good criteria. From observations of teacher activities when managing learning there was an increase, in cycle I it reached 79.42% good criteria, while cycle II was very good, the percentage of achievements was 97.06%. The results of observations of student activities have increased, from the first cycle the percentage is 56.25% good criteria and the second cycle is 93.75%, very good. This means that learning using the Problem Based Learning model in relation and function material is able to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada saat observasi awal mencapai 40% dengan kategori kurang baik dan kegiatan pada siklus I, hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru mencapai 76% dengan kategori baik, hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa mencapai 75% dengan kategori baik, dan hasil evaluasi belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa mencapai 68% dengan kategori baik. Pada siklus II, hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru mencapai 100% dengan kategori sangat baik, hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa mencapai 100% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan hasil evaluasi belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa mencapai 88% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah, sehingga memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran yang di pelajari. Ketercapaian tindakan yang peneliti lakukan berhenti pada siklus II karena sudah memenuhi indikator yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 80%.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbantuan website google sites dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran powerpoint. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple sampling random, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 2 kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pengambilan, kelas VII-4 terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media berbantuan website google sites sedangkan kelas VII-1 sebagai kelas yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media powerpoint. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar yang berbentuk uraian/essay. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t yang menghasilkan thitung = 4,637, setelah dibandingkan dengan ttabel = t0,95:48 = 2,0106. Diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 4,637 > 2,0106, maka H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbantuan website google sites dan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran powerpoint

Abstract

Cluster analysis is a multivariate method that aims to classify objects into a cluster based on different characteristics. The statistical technique that can be used for clustering is Fuzzy C-means (FCM). The FCM uses membership degree to determine the existence of each data point in a cluster. To ensure accurate clustering and that the criteria are met, cluster validation must be done to produce good data clustering. Moreover, this study uses a discriminant analysis test to validate the results of cluster solutions. The study aims to classify 34 provinces in Indonesia based on the level of people's welfare. The data used in this study is data on indicators of people's welfare in Indonesia in 2021. The variables used in this study were age/life expectancy, the average length of schooling, the 16-18 years of enrollment, and households with proper access to water. Based on the study results, two clusters were formed: cluster 1, areas with low people’s welfare indicator values in 16 provinces, and Cluster 2, regions with high people's welfare indicator values in 18 provinces.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the material system of two-variable linear equations. This research was conducted in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Satap Tabongo, with 17 students as research subjects. Data collection is done by using observation and tests. Data analysis was carried out by looking at the average results of students who passed and the results of observations that reached the minimum good criteria. This research lasted for two cycles with results in the form of observations of teacher activities that increased from 73% to 88.5% in the good and very good categories. Furthermore, the results of student activities increased from 61.25 to 92% in the good and very good categories. As well as learning outcomes also increased from 58.82% to 88.2%. By looking at these results, it can be concluded that the Problem-Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the matter of a two-variable linear equation system in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Satap Tabongo.

Abstract

The implementation of the MB-KM program in Higher Education has a variety of obstacles based on points of view. Internship is a form of implementing the MB-KM program which involves students as executors of the program. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the implementation of MB-KM using the Kano method, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The Kano method aims to categorize variable attributes, the CSI method to calculate the overall level of satisfaction and the QFD to determine priority attribute improvements. Kano's results show that 5 attributes are in quadrant A, 30 attributes are in quadrant O, 5 attributes are in quadrant I and 13 attributes are in quadrant M. The results of the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index are 87.57% meaning students are "very satisfied". The final result of the HOQ attribute that is the priority is attribute .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya pemanfatan teknologi yang ada disekolah sebagai media pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran di dalam kelas sering di anggap membosankan dan kurang menarik oleh siswa serta tampulan buku pelajaran yang monoton membuat siswa menjadi kurang minat dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkanmultimedia pembelajaran  yang menarik dan berkualitas untuk digunakan pada materi  koordinat kartesius kelas VIII SMP/MTs. Proses pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran menggunakan  model 4-D yang telah dimodifikasi.  menurut Thiagrajan,Semmel & Semmel yang terdiri dari tiga tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design) dan pengembangan (develop).pengambilan data dilakukan melalui Lembar validasi, lembar kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran, lembar kaktivitas siswa, dan angket respon siswa. Siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian.  Hasil kelayakan media oleh ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,08, yang dikategorikan baik berdasarkan kualitas media yang ditunjukkan. Hasil kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran skor rata-rata 3,72 termasuk dalam kategori baik.dan respon positif siswa mencapai diatas rata-rata 70%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian batugamping di kawasan selatan Gorontalo dan Teluk Tomini baru secara regional. Salah satunya penelitian singkapan batugamping di wilayah Leato Selatan, Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menarik karena penyebaran batugamping sangat unik berada di antara dominan batuan vulkanik dan tersingkap pada elevasi yang tinggi sehingga pengaruh tektonik sangat kuat. Evolusi tektonik di daerah Gorontalo menjadi tantangan dalam penelitian ini dalam memberikan informasi geologi baru. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji lingkungan pengendapan batugamping daerah Leato Selatan Kota Gorontalo berdasarkan analisis mikrofasies. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari survei geologi dan pengamatan petrografi. Mengacu hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukan nama batugamping pada daerah penelitian terdiri dari mudstone dan wackestone dengan lingkungan pengendapannya berdasarkan standart microfacies masuk daerah toe of slope yang merupakan facies zone 3.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the think pair share type cooperative learning model assisted by educational videos on student learning outcomes in relation and function material. The research was carried out in SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa in the alternate semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was all class VIII, totaling 83 people. The sample used was 20 students in the experimental class and 20 students in the control class. The research results show a significant difference in the average learning outcomes of students who study using the think pair share cooperative learning model, which is higher than the direct learning model.
