Abstract

The study subject is a company operating in the iron industry, where its business processes are hampered by challenges in effectively managing its inventory. The existing inventory system is characterized by disorganized stock storage within the warehouse, leading to difficulties in monitoring stock availability. Moreover, the tracking of incoming and outgoing goods lacks consistency, further impacting inventory accuracy. Additionally, the generation of reports relies on manual processes, resulting in prolonged report completion times. To address these issues, this study developed a comprehensive inventory website aimed at enhancing the company's inventory management. The website serves as a platform to monitor incoming and outgoing goods, providing real-time visibility into stock levels. The development approach chosen for this endeavor was the Waterfall method, known for its systematic and structured nature. The outcomes of this research encompass the successful creation of an inventory website that proficiently records and manages incoming and outgoing goods data. The website also facilitates the automated generation of accurate purchase and sales reports, significantly reducing the time required for this task. Thorough testing, employing blackbox testing techniques, confirmed the robust functionality of the website, with all components performing effectively.

Abstract

Electronic equipment companies in Jakarta have used information technology (IT) for daily operational activities, the IT used is an application or Jubelio system to support the smooth running of the organization in supporting its business needs, with the help of this IT equipment it is hoped that it will improve its service both internally such as employees and management as well as external customers, namely. Because the system has been implemented for so long, an audit of the application is needed using the ITIL V3 standard. This standard is used to see the extent of IT's success in carrying out its functions and will also carry out a design review of additions to the Jubelio system. This service helps companies gain a better understanding of the need for additional features for applications, and the future challenges faced by users at the company. Of course, this all involves users within the organization in the design process. The final result of the Jubelio application audit is that the company received recommendations from researchers, namely improving IT services even better, showing that Service Catalog Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security Management, and Supplier Management is at the current level of 1.43 to 2.75, from the expected level of 3.00 with a gap between 0.25 to 1.67.

Abstract

Fenomena belanja online berkembang pesat, terutama melalui platform e-commerce Shopee yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan. Penelitian terkini mengonfirmasi Shopee sebagai pemimpin di Indonesia dengan jumlah pengunjung terbanyak hingga Maret 2023. Keberhasilan Shopee tidak hanya tercermin dalam popularitasnya, mencapai 79% di kalangan wanita, tetapi juga dalam kemampuannya menarik generasi Z, dengan sekitar 68% dari mereka menjadikan Shopee sebagai platform e-commerce favorit. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memperluas penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee, khususnya di kalangan konsumen wanita Generasi Z (17-26 tahun) di Indonesia, dengan menguji variabel-variabel model UTAUT2. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan 166 responden. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak smartPLS 3.2.9 digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposeful sampling dan formula Cochran dihitung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 hipotesis yang diuji, 8 hipotesis diterima sementara 2 hipotesis ditolak. Variabel hedonic motivation dan price value memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada behavioral intention, sedangkan behavioral intention juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada use behavior. Namun, effort expectancy dan facilitating conditions sama sekali tidak berpengaruh pada behavioral intention, sehingga kedua hipotesis ditolak. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat dengan memberikan rekomendasi terkait model UTAUT2, yang dapat digunakan untuk membimbing pengembangan e-commerce Shopee di masa depan.

Abstract

In recent years, the modern era has facilitated many changes with the assistance of internet and technology. The concept of digital transformation has attracted many enthusiasts from various sectors, including the banking industry. In today's digital era, the banking industry is rapidly shifting from traditional platforms to digital, one form of proof of innovation formed due to digital changes is digital bank applications. The goal of this study is to examine the variables influencing the conduct of customer’s intentions and usage behaviour when it comes to digital bank application adoption. The research model used is an integration between Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and The Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2) with an additional influencing factor that is Trust. The analysis used is PLS-SEM run by SmartPLS software version 4. The analysis's findings indicate that "Behavioral Intention" is influenced by the variables "Perceived Usefulness," "Price Value," "Trust," and "Habit". While the variables "Perceived Ease of Use", "Social Influence", and "Hedonic Motivation" found to have no effect. The variable "Behavioral Intention" also has a significant impact on "Use Behavior".

Abstract

Santo Leo High School is a private school with high school level which is supported by the Santo Leo Foundation and is located in West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. All current business activities have not yet maximized the full use of technology, so problems often occur such as difficulties in collecting, sorting and organizing data. The aim of this research is to help Santo Leo High School develop an information system architecture to align information technology with business needs. The data collection methods used were observation, literature study, and interviews. Development of information system architecture is assisted using TOGAF and Ward & Peppard analysis to identify needs and determine business strategies. This research produces a draft blueprint in the form of recommendations for proposed information and technology systems so that they can support the entire existing business process.

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in collaboration between the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) Darma Suci and Department of Information Systems at Bunda Mulia University, Jakarta, with the theme Online Shopping Ethics in the Age of Information Technology with the sub-theme being an overview of e-business & e-commerce, types of e-commerce transactions, attitudes that buyers should have and online shopping trends during the pandemic. The target of this material is to be able to educate and provide understanding to participants on a form of electronic commerce (commonly called e-commerce) using electronic devices, either mobile phones or laptops. Most of the participants have already made e-commerce transactions, but many of the attitudes that buyers in online stores have to do that they don't know, such as how to make safe transactions, and find out the reputation of the seller are just being realized, and so on. receive great benefit from the material presented. Participants benefit greatly from the presentation of this training, it can be seen from their enthusiasm in asking questions with resource persons during the online presentation of the material. The questionnaire was given at the end of the presentation of the material, as feedback for the implementation of the event, the results obtained were positive both in terms of the results of the questionnaire questions for the material presented with an average score of 95.83%, as well as in terms of the results of the questions. questionnaire for resource persons with an average score of 97.5%

Abstract

A shoe distributor company is a company engaged in the distribution of shoes to consumers. In its daily practice, shoe distributor companies have not implemented the IT Security Policy properly. Then the Community Service program is carried out with the aim of enforcing the established information security policy. The method is in the form of exposing material to shoe distributor companies regarding the importance of having and implementing an IT Security Policy, especially an IT Security Policy on Hardware. The implementation of the program was carried out in two major stages, namely the pre-implementation stage where the research team received data on company problems, conducted an analysis of these problems, prepared presentation materials/materials and the implementation stage where the PKM implementing team coordinated and executed the PKM material presentation activities. The presentation of the material was carried out face to face at the Head Office of the shoe distributor company. The activity began with an opening & introductory session, followed by presentation of material, which was divided into five major topics, namely explanation of system security, explanation of Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Sample Template Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Hardware security, and explanation of company Case Study. Then, the activity continued in the question-and-answer session and after that continued with the evaluation activities carried out by filling out the Google feedback link in the program implementation form for the participants. The results obtained in the PKM activities were that the implementation was carried out well and was beneficial for the shoe distributor company with several suggestions for improvement, namely the delivery of material that could be slower, examples that were more specific and appropriate.

Now generally junior high school students are already very active in using mobile phones, including using this Android Behavior, making the idea of students of the University of Bunda Mulia, major Information System to development interactive learning media based on Android, which are considered not boring, and more effective for improving student quality. In designing the media a set of Android applications was created called Scan Evenku to Support Learning Event Registration. Learning media which are the work of students are software that can be installed on mobile phones, like interesting games. The application has been tested by RPTRA Darma Suci Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT                The Community Service Program organized by the Information System of Bunda Mulia University with the title "Utilizing Presentation Processing Applications in Supporting Learning at SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta", the main activity was carried out, namely providing training related to learning support application systems in the form of presentation processing applications. This activity was carried out online (virtual) with the help of google meet media due to the pandemic situation, namely COVID-19, which made this activity unable to be carried out offline (onsite). The main target of this activity is aimed at students who attend SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. This activity aims to help increase the knowledge of the participants regarding the functional features available in the presentation processing application so that the participants can use the application by maximizing all the features of the existing functions. The method used in this activity is to apply a demonstrative teaching model and participants can see firsthand how to use the existing features so that it is easier to absorb. At the end of the activity, a questionnaire was distributed as feedback from the students of SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta regarding the training that had been given. The conclusion of this activity shows that the training on the use of this presentation processing application is going well with the results of feedback stating that 84.47% of participants stated that the material and the implementation of the activities were clearly easy to understand, and 83.68% of participants stated that the instructor delivered the material clearly and helped the participants understand the activity material well.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic limits human activities every day. The spread of the virus is uncontrollable, it can attack anyone, anytime, and anywhere. As a solution, the use of the PeduliLindungi application technology developed by the Ministry of Communication and Information in collaboration with other relevant Ministries and Institutions is used to help track the spread of viruses and understand preventive measures to stop their spread. Research was conducted on the appearance of the application's User Interface using the Heuristic Evaluation method to measure its usefulness. However, there are several problems experienced by users, namely the information is not updated (vaccines and Covid-19 tests), the language used is inconsistent, and others. Questionnaire testing with 10 questions based on 10 Heuristic Evaluation criteria was distributed via Google Form to 33 respondents. Then, carry out validity and reliability tests with the research results obtained Valid and Reliable. as well as testing the hypothesis of all Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, and Error Prevention factors, based on usability and user satisfaction aspects, questionnaire items all test results are accepted and there are no serious problems. However, there are a number of things that need to be improved so that the application can run more optimally.
