Abstract

The purpose of implementing the community service of installing alley and hamlet boundary signs is to make it easier for the community to find locations in hamlet-level services and as a marker or identity of the hamlet and as a signpost for those who pass through the road. Methods for realizing community service activities include: 1) Formation of a community service team consisting of lecturers, KKN students, the community and the village government. 2) Preparation of needs starting from direction, preparation of mobilization, procurement of tools, materials and making signs. 3) Installation of alley and hamlet boundary signs. The results of the community service are in the form of installing alley and hamlet boundary signs in Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village with a community service team consisting of lecturers, KKN students, local residents and the village government, especially the hamlet head. Signs as a necessity in community service are made by experts because they are made of iron which requires a cutting and welding process to make them stronger and more durable. Installation of signs so that they are durable is carried out by digging and casting the base of the sign which is embedded along 0.5m. The installation of signs is supported by the village government and local residents because they can be used as a signpost and identity of the local village or hamlet and can make it easier for visitors, especially tourists.

Abstract

The aim of implementing this service is to increase community participation in the rural road concrete rebate program. Implementation methods include deliberation, inventory and preparation of needs, implementation and assistance with concrete rebates. The concrete rebate program for village roads was implemented with the participation of the local community. The local community also has environmental awareness, but is more enthusiastic and aware of the importance of cooperation in making the village program a success after deliberations were held between the village government, residents and the team from the university. The concrete rebate begins with inventory and preparation of needs, then continues with the implementation of the rebate with the initial steps, namely leveling the surface of the road to be rebated, installing mall wood for the boundaries and size of the rebate, installing iron and starting the rebate or concreting. The preparation and implementation process can be carried out due to the participation and self-help of the local community, so it can be said that the community really participates in the concrete rebate program

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to participate in the maintenance of the Batujai dam, Central Lombok Regency. The method for carrying out this service is to be directly involved in dam maintenance, especially regarding gates, channels, vegetation, walls and flood control. The service carried out is limited to light, simple and short maintenance such as maintenance of secondary channel sluice gates. Sluice gate maintenance is limited to cleanliness and lubrication. Other maintenance that can be carried out is related to the vegetation around the dam. Large amounts of vegetation also cannot be carried out due to time, cost and equipment constraints. Maintenance of walls, channels and irrigation systems requires time, money and adequate tools so it cannot yet be realized

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service in the form of social assistance is to temporarily address the basic needs of economically disadvantaged communities in Mekarsari Village. Methods for implementing service include: forming a service team, preparing service needs, collecting data on underprivileged communities, gathering the community and handing over aid. Service activities carried out include: 1) Formation of a service team consisting of lecturers, students, community and village government. 2) Preparation of the needs for implementing community service, 3) community data collection in collaboration with the village government, and 4) delivery of assistance in one place, so that the community can be given direction regarding the assistance received. The social assistance provided was 25 packages containing basic necessities or basic community needs. Assistance can only reduce people's expenses for 3 to 5 days, but people seem enthusiastic and grateful

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the hamlet as a form of community enthusiasm in welcoming Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, West Lombok Regency. The method for realizing community service activities is through: 1) Formation of the Committee for the Commemoration of the Indonesian Independence Day of Kongok Hamlet consisting of the Hamlet Head and RT/RW of Kongok Hamlet, Community Leaders, Lecturers and Students. 2) Implementation of community service for improving the hamlet and preparing for other 17th activities. The results of the community service program to improve the hamlet as a form of community enthusiasm in welcoming Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency were carried out through collaboration between lecturers, Community Service Program students, the hamlet government, and the local community. The hamlet improvement included painting the hamlet's perimeter walls, painting and improving the hamlet gate, and preparing and holding 17th August competitions to improve and foster community unity, such as tug-of-war, cracker-eating competitions, and competitions held at the village and sub-district levels. The series of activities carried out by the community were always busy and the level of community participation was high, so it can be said that the residents of Kongok Hamlet were very enthusiastic about the hamlet improvement in commemoration of the Indonesian Independence Day on August 17th

Abstract

Bullying cases are increasingly rampant, resulting in death or murder. The purpose of this study is to examine the law on the protection of bullying victims. The research method used in this writing is the normative legal research method and literature. The results of the study show that Indonesia is one of the countries that regulates protection for bullying victims and sanctions for perpetrators of bullying. Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (Child Protection Law), "Violence is any act against children that results in physical, psychological, sexual misery or suffering, and/or neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or unlawful deprivation of liberty." Efforts to protect children have been regulated in several laws and regulations, including the Child Protection Law, Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System (SPPA Law). Child protection is stipulated in Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection

Abstract

Pertanggung jawaban pemilik ternak terhadap kerusakan pertanian diatur dalam pasal 1368 KUHPerdata karena pasal tersebut mengatur tentang tanggung jawab pemilik hewan atas kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh hewan tersebut. Pasal ini berlaku baik hewan tersebut berada dibawah pengawasan pemilinya maupun tersesat atau terlepas. Prinsip tanggungjawab terhadap perbuatan yang tidak didasarkan pada kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini ubtuk mengetahui tanggungjawab pemilik hewan ternah terhadap kerusakan pertanian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pertanggungjawaban pemilik ternak terhadap kerusakan pertanian adalah menentukan sikap dan mengambil risiko dalam tindakan dengan perwujudan tanggung jawab dapat ditunjukkan dengan salah satunya melakukan ganti rugi atas kerugian yang mengakibatkan kerusakan pertanian.

Abstract

 The rapid development of digital technology has shifted children's interests from traditional games to gadgets. This situation threatens the preservation of local cultural heritage, which is rich in noble values. This community service aims to introduce and practice traditional games to children as an effort to preserve local culture. The method of implementing the community service is carried out through active participation with a descriptive approach. The results of the community service show that introducing traditional games to children, followed by traditional game competitions, can increase children's joy. Children are still enthusiastic about participating in traditional games if supported by the environment, starting from support from parents, community leaders and youth, and the village government. Although today's children are contaminated with gadgets, children's enthusiasm and enthusiasm for traditional games remain high, depending on the environment. When these games are held regularly, they can preserve local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to explain that law essentially grows and develops in society. Development carried out by the government in accordance with the plans and designs that have been prepared involves all aspects without exception. Of the many developments that must be carried out by the government, one of the segments is development in the legal field, which is related to other segments of life which is part of social symptoms. As is known, Indonesian society has a very diverse social and cultural structure, the problem that is often encountered in our society today is the legal culture that has not been running well. We often find good news from electronic media, print media, and online media about regional and central officials being caught red-handed because of bribery, corruption and so on. This is our common concern about what is happening in the government in our country. This study explains how the influence of legal culture in the lives of today's society, and how to build a good legal culture in society.

Development digital technology improves risk personal data theft that has an impact on loss individual and community. Research This aim for analyze protection law to victim personal data theft in Indonesia based on Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. Research use method juridical normative with approach legislation and conceptual. Results study show that regulations personal data protection has give base strong law, but​ its implementation Still face various constraint institutional And enforcement law.
