Abstract

Instagram is widely used as a promotional medium by service companies, including PT Ravycool Sinergi Indonesia (PT RSI) which offers air conditioning cleaning services. However, the effectiveness of its promotion has not been optimized. This research analyzes PT RSI's Instagram promotion strategy using the AISAS model (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through observation of the @jasacuciacjakarta account, interviews, and analysis of Instagram Insights for the period August-October 2024. The results show a decrease in user engagement from the Attention stage (844 accounts) to Search (114 accounts), and only 5 accounts shared the content. The Action stage recorded 518 customers, but most of them were existing customers. The Share stages are the weak points of PT RSI's marketing strategy. It is recommended to strengthen educational content, Call to Action (CTA), and customer testimonials to increase promotional effectiveness.

Abstract

The design of the Textile Museum in Bandung City aims to preserve and introduce Indonesia's cultural heritage, especially textile art, as an important part of the nation's cultural identity and wealth. This museum is an important forum for increasing cultural awareness, strengthening local identity, and developing the education, tourism and economic sectors of local communities. Against the background of decreasing interest in local culture, especially textile arts, due to the influence of globalization, it is hoped that the design of this museum will be a relevant solution. With a participatory space system, this museum is not only a collection storage place, but also a learning environment that allows visitors to be actively involved in creating new meanings and experiences. Apart from that, it is hoped that this museum can become a learning center that encourages innovation, creativity and development of the creative textile industry. : Bandung is one of the cities that provides many new ideas in terms of entrepreneurial creativity in Indonesia. 56% of the economy of Bandung City comes from the creative industry. In Cibiru District itself there has been an improvement in the economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. There are 6,000 MSMEs consisting of culinary (38%), services (26%), fashion (25%), and arts and crafts (11%). However, there are still many MSMEs who run their businesses individually, conventionally, and need a place to sell. There is a competition in the form of design ideas for a Cibiru creative center, discussions regarding waste processing or management issues, regional head priority programs in the form of 1 youth creativity center per region and sub-district co-working space, and the absence of facilities to be able to facilitate all the needs of the Cibiru community, especially MSMEs in one area. location, is the main reason for the need to carry out Interior Design for the Cibiru Creative Center in Bandung City with a Sustainable Approach, in order to improve the quality of the environment from an ecological, economic and social perspective. Abstract

Hospitals serve as health service institutions for the community, including the Pandega Pangandaran Regional General Hospital (RSUD) which operates as a healthcare institution for the people of Pangandaran Regency. The background of this research is the patient dissatisfaction due to discomfort caused by the lack of standardization and an unsupportive interior atmosphere for a healing environment at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This observation was gathered through on-site surveys and interviews within the hospital premises. The collected data were then analyzed and compared with benchmark studies and precedents to serve as references and comparisons. Utilizing a User-Centered Design approach, this study aims to implement the Healing Space theme, which integrates natural elements and sensory stimuli to create a comfortable environment for patients. This includes both visual and non-visual connections with nature, material connections with nature, and the use of biomorphic forms and patterns. The results of this research are expected to provide interior design recommendations that not only enhance the patient experience but also improve operational efficiency in the hospital context. Abstract

Terminal Guntur Melati Garut is a Type A Bus Terminal located in Garut Regency that serves inter-provincial transportation (AKAP) and intra-provincial transportation within the province (AKDP). As a Type A terminal, the facilities at Terminal Guntur Melati are divided into main facilities such as waiting rooms and administrative buildings, as well as supporting facilities like toilets, mosques, food courts, and health rooms. According to data from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Class II West Java, the average monthly passenger volume reaches 216,327 people with 18,635 buses per month. During the 2023 Nataru holidays, there was a 65% increase in arrivals. To attract public interest in mass transportation, Terminal Guntur Melati Garut has implemented various innovations such as live music, martial arts activities for children, local Garut culinary bazaars, and education related to transportation and road safety. The Ministry of Transportation supports the terminal's development with a "Mix Use" concept, making it a hub for social, economic, artistic, and cultural activities. However, the current interior of Terminal Guntur Melati Garut does not strongly represent local Garut culture. Therefore, a redesign of the terminal's interior with a focus on local Garut elements is expected to meet modern terminal standards and serve as a means to promote Garut's culture. Elements such as those from Kampung Adat Pulo, Batik Garutan ornaments, and unique Garut arts will be applied to the terminal's interior elements, providing a new experience for visitors to feel the local essence of Garut.
