Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the Southeast Sulawesi Student Sports Training and Development Center which included the components of context, input, process and product. This research is a type of evaluation research through a quantitative and qualitative approach. Program evaluation is carried out to determine the achievement of the targets that have been set. Then make a decision on the program. In the program evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input, process, product. The four evaluation aspects are used to determine the implementation of the Southeast Sulawesi Student Sports Training and Development Center Program. The research subjects selected were stakeholders as many as 30 respondents, namely athletes, coaches, and the Head of the Southeast Sulawesi Youth and Sports Office. Apart from informants from the stakeholders, the subjects of this research are documents related to the Southeast Sulawesi Student Sports Training and Development Center Program.

Abstract

Abstract Upgrading the preparation of nonlinear training programs for pencak silat trainers at the elementary level in DKI Jakarta Province, periodization is one of the basic materials needed by a trainer, especially at the elementary level. In preparing athletes to reach the pinnacle of achievement. Participants in the upgrading of nonlinear training programs for basic level pencak silat trainers in the DKI Jakarta province are the trainers in the DKI Jakarta province. The implementation will be carried out at the shelter, but if it is still PSBB, it will be done virtually, with a total of 30 participants from various areas in Jakarta. This activity also involves 5 students from various study programs at FIO Abstrak Penataran penyusunan program Latihan non-linier bagi pelatih pencak silat tingkat Dasar di propinsi DKI Jakarta, periodisaasi merupakan salah satu materi dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang pelatih khususnya tingkat dasar. Dalam membuat mempersiapkan atlet menuju puncak prestasi. Peserta Penataran penyusunan program Latihan non-linier bagi pelatih pencak silat tingkat Dasar di propinsi DKI Jakarta adalah para pelatih yang ada dilingkungan propinsi DKI Jakarta, Pelaksanaan akan dipadepokan akan tetapi jika masih PSBB maka dilakukan secara virtual, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 peserta Yang terdiri dari berbagai wilayah di Jakarta Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan 5 mahasiswa dari berbagai prodi di FIO.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of coordination, reaction speed and kinesthetic perception on fielding skills (high catch) in cricket athletes in West Java province. The research population was all cricket athletes in West Java Province, consisting of the City of Bekasi, which consisted of 14 sons and 14 women, and the City of Bandung, 14 men and 14 women. So the total population is 56 athletes. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. So the sample in this study was 56 cricket athletes from the province of West Java. The coordination instrument (X1) uses the eye-hand-foot coordination Test. The reaction speed instrument (X2) uses the Ruler drop test. Kinesthetic perception instrument (X3) using the kinesthetic perception test. Fielding (Y) using the Fielding (High catch) test. The results of this study are the direct effect of variable X1 on Y = 55.4%. The direct effect of variable X2 on Y = 3.2%. The direct effect of variable X3 on Y = 6.6%. The direct effect of the X1 variable on X3 = 92.7%. The direct effect of variable X2 on X3 = 2.7%. The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 = 98.2%. The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 = 4.9%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a product in the form of a sabit kick training model in pencak silat, so this research can be a reference source for trainers as a variation of the sabit kick exercise. This research uses Research & Development development research. Of the ten steps of the ADDIE model, in the ADDIE model research there are 5 stages of the research process, namely Analysis, Design, Model Development, Implementation, Evaluation. In this study, researchers collaborated with one academic expert (lecturer) and two non-academic experts (coach). The subject of this study was the IPSI pencak silat athlete in Tangerang City and was the subject of a small group trial. The validation test used in this study was using the expert justification test, where the training model that had been created and developed was tested and then consulted and assessed by experts. Through validation tests carried out using expert justification tests produced products in the form of a pencak silat sickle kick training model. The training model can be developed to be more varied. There are 13 training models developed. Keywords: training model, scythe kick, pencak silat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the teaching game for understanding (TGfU) method in improving futsal game skills. The method used in this research is experimental. The technique in sampling is using purposive sampling with the category of students who have basic skills of futsal games. The participants involved totaled 25 students (20 boys and 5 girls) and were divided into 5 teams. Each team received the same treatment with the TGfU learning method. The instruments used in the study used observations and interviews. Observation includes decision-making, skill execution, Successful Game performance, player participation, and Enjoyment. Data collection used a 1-4 Likert scale with statements 1 (very poor), 2 (poor), 3 (good) and 4 (very good). The research findings show that during the intervention, participants can show their performance in a futsal game. The form of skills that students learn and master can also provide their enjoyment during learning. Therefore, TGfU can be a pedagogical approach to physical education learning in terms of technique, and students' enjoyment in the game, and useful for organized futsal teaching-learning activities

Abstract

Objective. The objective of this study is to develop a new product for the martial sport of pencak silat that can be used by elementary school students during the learning process. This product will focus on paired inclusive learning for the straight kicks in pencak silat. The reason for this research is that many elementary school students struggle with straight kicks. This struggle starts from their initial attitude towards the technique and continues through the implementation and final attitude stages. These difficulties make the learning process boring for students and often result in an inability to properly focus on the technique, leading to poor form and unachieved learning objectives. Materials and methods. The study employs a combination of research and development methods aimed at creating a learning model product. This product will likely be the outcome of a rigorous process that involves research, experimentation, and testing to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. The learning model product could potentially be used to improve educational outcomes, enhance training programs, or facilitate knowledge transfer in various contexts. Results. Following validation by three experts, including lecturers specializing in pencak silat, learning, and PJOK, a comprehensive set of 14 models has been developed to enhance the learning of straight kick techniques. The models incorporate 5 initial stance models, 8 implementation stance models, and 1 final stance model. This research has culminated in the creation of a model book and learning video designed for children aged 10-12 years who are practicing pencak silat. Conclusion. After conducting a thorough validation process involving pencak silat expert lecturers, learning expert lecturers, and elementary school teachers, it has been determined that the pencak silat straight kick learning model is highly appropriate for children aged 10-12 years. The results indicate that this learning model can be effectively used as teaching material for straight kick training and can be easily understood and studied by students.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan kesehatan sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Semakin terpelihara kesehatan ditunjukkan dengan semakin baiknya kondisi kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Kebugaran jasmani akan mendukung dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Peningkatan kebugaran jasmani dapat tingkatkan dengan olahraga atau kegiatan rutin. Telah banyak program peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang dilakukan, baik itu dengan biaya yang murah dan menyenangkan. Dalam lingkungan Pendidikan selain pendidik maupun pengajar, mahasiswa semua terlibat dan harus tetap menjaga kebugaran jasmani nya. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, diketahui bahwa kebugaran jasmani sangat penting bagi siapapun terutama mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani ataupun atlet. Kebugaran jasmani dapat dilakukan dengan melalui serangkaian tes, seperti lari cepat 60 meter, tes gantung angkat tubuh 60 detik, tes loncat tegak, tes baring duduk 60 detik, dan Bleep Tes. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tahun akademik 2020/2021 Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Kegiatan penelitian dalam melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani masa transisi endemi Covid -19 terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan nilai hasil kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa angkatan 2020/2021 Pendidikan Jasmani FIK UNJ sebanyak 8 (30%) mahasiswa berada dibawah rata-rata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Model Teknik Pukulan Jab & Straight berbasis Rubber. Pukulan Jab & Straight merupakan dua pukulan paling utama dalam olahraga tinju. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang digunakan oleh peneliti, penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Pada tahap analisis, peneliti melakukan studi lapangan untuk menentukan masalah, tahap kedua peneliti membuat sketsa awal produk (desain), tahap ketiga peneliti melakukan validasi produk awal kepada para ahli (pengembangan), tahap keempat peneliti melakukan uji coba produk kepada 11 mahasiswa Klub Olahraga Tinju Universitas Negeri Jakarta (implementasi), tahap terakhir peneliti melakukan konsultasi kepada para ahli dan revisi produk, buku dan tutorial penggunaan produk sesuai saran. Hasil penelitian berdasaran uji validasi dari para ahli menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 17 pertanyaan yang dihitung menggunakan skala likert mendapatkan nilai 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yang menghasilkan produk, video dan buku model latihan pukulan Jab & Straight berbasis Rubber dapat digunakan oleh pelatih, pembina olahraga dan atet cabang olahraga tinju.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low skill of 9 year old athletes in performing the yeop chagi taekwondo kick movement. This study aims to analyze the effect of SAQ and balance training on Yeop Chagi Taekwondo kicking skills. The research method used was an experimental method with a treatment design by level 2 x 2. The research subjects were 32 Fazz Taekwondo Team Bandung athletes, divided into two groups, each group consisting of 16 people. The results of the research are as follows: 1) the yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills of Fazz Taekwondo Team athletes using ladder drills for poomsae training (mean = 99.50 and s = 2.90) are better than the yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills using ladder drills training (mean = 99.25 and s = 4.25). 2) Fcount of interaction (FAB) = 8.796, with p-value 0.006 < 00.5, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. 3) the value of Qcount (Qh) = 6.19 is greater than Qtable = 4.05 or Qcount > Qtable at the significance level α = 0.05. This means that there is a difference between ladder drills for poomsae training and ladder drills training for yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills in athletes who have high balance. 4) Qcount (Qh) = 5.67 is greater than Qtable = 4.05 or Qcount < Qtable. This means that there is a difference between ladder drills for poomsae training and ladder drills training for yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills in athletes who have high balance. Thus, it can be concluded that overall there is an influence of SAQ and balance training on Yeop Chagi Taekwondo Kick skills.

Abstract

Pencak silat, as a traditional martial art, has evolved into a modern combat sport that is now featured in various national and even international events. This research has developed 11 training models for evasion techniques in the double category of pencak silat using the Attack Machine and an Instrument Test to measure the speed of evasion techniques, named the Attack Machine Test. This research was conducted using the Research and Development method. The research procedure followed the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection involved 30 active students specializing in the art category, particularly doubles, using testing and measurement techniques as the Instrument Test for collecting pretest and posttest data (Attack Machine Test). The data analysis presented includes descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that the average pretest score was 58.3 and the posttest score was 67.5, with standard deviations of 21.104 and 17.555, respectively. In the t-test table for Equality of Means, with a significance level of < 0.05 for the One-Sided p Mean Difference Two-Sided p Std. Error Difference, it indicates the significant improvement in training effectiveness and reaction speed in the double category.
