Abstract

Economic development in the 20th century has a huge impact on the sustainability of mankind. However, on the other hand, it has a negative impact on the living ecosystem. Economics and the environment are considered two opposite sides in some ways like the way they treat profit orientation toward sustainable development. Sustainable development On the basis of this result creates a relatively new concept, Green Economy. Green Economy is a concept that supports human welfare and care for the preservation of the environment and ecosystem of life in economic development. But the negative side of economic development could also affect the depletion of natural resources due to overexploitation, pollution of the land, water, and air due to industrial pollution, floods, and impact on climate change. Islam has an ideal concept of sustainable development. There are at least fundamental rules in order to support the sustainable development of the implementation of environmental fiqh based maqasid sharia for the management of Islamic resources in economic transactions. Keywords: Maqasid Syariah, Fiqh environment, Green Economy, Environmental Preservation

Abstract

Universities, through halal centers, participate in supporting the implementation of halal certification. The halal center assists BPJPH in fulfilling halal obligations by providing halal assistance to MSME actors to obtain halal certification. The existence of the Halal Center plays an important role for business actors in the implementation of halal certification. However, there are several challenges, such as a lack of understanding among MSME actors regarding halal certification obligations and a lack of support from local governments and university institutions, which hinder its implementation. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used as a technique for data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation of the leadership of the UIN Madura Halal Center. This study aims to identify and determine the extent to which the UIN Madura Halal Center is capable of supporting the implementation of halal certification using several indicators, such as institutional, operational, collaborative, and socio-economic impacts. The results of this study indicate that the UIN Madura Halal Center is capable of supporting the implementation of halal certification for MSMEs. However, in its implementation, there are still problems such as a lack of financial support in building the LPH halal laboratory and a lack of halal assistants.

This qualitative-descriptive study collected data using in-depth interview techniques, participative observation and documentation. The result is that the field of local culture tourism does not only rely on tanean lanjhang, the Nurun Tajalla mosque, the sacred tomb of Bhujuk Jepara, mandhapa, tomang handicrafts and Nyato springs, but on reflection-products in the deepest contents of people's awareness. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools not only function as religious educational institutions, but also have a strategic role in producing economically independent students. This study aims to analyze the role of the Al Azhar Azzayyadiyah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative in developing students' entrepreneurial skills. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study approach, data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the Islamic boarding school cooperative functions as an experiential learning vehicle that equips students with technical skills (sewing, batik, knitting, and marketing), while also developing soft skills such as discipline, communication, leadership, and responsibility. These findings also show an increase in students' self-efficacy in managing businesses, in contrast to previous studies that highlighted students' weak self-confidence. This study proves that Islamic boarding school cooperatives are not only economic units, but also strategic educational tools in empowering students. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating cooperative programs into non-formal education to produce independent students who are ready to compete in the business world. This research contributes to the development of religious community-based entrepreneurship education theory. In practice, this research strengthens the position of Islamic boarding schools as agents of local economic development through systematic and sustainable empowerment of students.
