Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix dan kemampuan finansial terhadap minat investasi pada mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel marketing mix dan kemampuan finansial untuk mengukur hubungannya dengan minat investasi. Menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat untuk mengukur seberapa besar hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh variabel marketing mix secara parsial terhadap minat investasi.  Ada 4 sub variabel yang saling berpengaruh dalam minat investasi yang saling berpengaruhi terhadap minat investasi; terdapat pengaruh variabel finansial berpengaruh secara langsung (parsial) terhadap minat investasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja; terdapat pengaruh marketing mix dan minat investasi secara simultan terhadap minat investasi

Abstract

Analisis Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat profitabilitas yang dicapai oleh PDAM Kabupaten Tana Toraja periode 2016 – 2018. Satuan analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu PDAM Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Satuan pengamatan pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Tana Toraja periode 2016 -2108. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis profitabilistas yang meliputi return on asset dan return on equity. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio Return On Asset pada tahun 2016 sebesar -16,31%, tahun 2017 sebesar -7,06% dan tahun 2018 sebesar 10,80%. Rasio Return On Equity pada tahun 2016 sebesar -16,42%, tahun 2017 sebesar -7,123 dan tahun 2018 sebesar 10,83%. Dari hasil analisis profitabilitas yang dilakukan penulis dapat diketahui selama tahun 2016 sampai 2018 rasio Return On Asset dan Return On Equity mengalami peningkatan walaupun PDAM Kabupaten Tana Toraja mengalami kerugian pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 namun kerugian selama dua tahun tersebut mengalami penurunan dan tahun 2018 PDAM Kabupaten Tana Toraja mengalami keuntungan.

Abstract

Analysis of Merchandise Inventory Turnover at Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy, Tallunglipu.This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the system of recording incoming and outgoing goods at the Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research are the level of inventory turnover at Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy for the type of patent medicine is about 12 times a year and classified as good due to the standard, while for the type of generic medicine is about 9 times a year and the turnover rate below the type of patent medicine. This is due to the accumulation of merchandise in the warehouse and also many merchandise are damaged and can no longer be sold (expire).

Abstract

Indonesia is currently ranked sixty-second out of seventy countries, this situation has forced the government to issue new breakthroughs to improve reading and numeracy skills by building several libraries in each region, the government is also working with writers and publishers to make reading books more interesting. and educative. Literacy is the ability to read, write, speak, listen, count and be able to provide information and be able to interact with others. The mentoring for learning to read and count is carried out for students at SDN 2 Rindingallo as an effort to teach children to read and count so that students are more competent in reading and counting. The method used is with study assistance in small groups around the tongkonan traditional house. The results of the service show that through the use of the tongkonan traditional house, elementary school students in the vicinity of the traditional house show an increase in reading and arithmetic skills. The presence of tongkonan in every place in North Pangala' functions as a place for learning and playing activities. Through this activity, the function of the tongkonan is not only as a place to live but also as a place to acquire knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, work discipline, work motivation on employee work performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. The type of research used is a quantitative deckriptive approach. Sampel zise used in was 28 respondents.The data collection procedure for this research is:observation and questionnraires. This research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23rd version. The results of this research are partial (t test) showing that the variabel influence work experience, work discpline, and work motivation have no effect on the work performnce on employment on the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous research (f test) show that the, work discipline and work motivation have an influence on work performance on the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism office.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of management education on building resilient communities through the community service initiative involving international students. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, incorporating a case study design. The study involved interviews with educators, community leaders, and program participants. The main participants included international students participating in the cultural immersion program and members of UKI Toraja who engaged with these students. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on individuals who were actively involved in the program. Five international students and five members of the Management Study Program at UKI Toraja were chosen to provide a variety of perspectives and experiences, ensuring the study represented diverse viewpoints. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the selected international students and UKI Toraja Management Study Program members . The data gathered from interviews and participant observations were transcribed and analyzed through thematic analysis. This approach involved coding the data to uncover recurring themes, patterns, and key narratives related to cultural exchange, learning outcomes, and community impact. The result of this study shows that the impact of management education on building resilient communities through the community service initiative involving international students namely Mutual Learning and Exchange and Increased Social Cohesion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping experience and consumer trust on repurchasing intentions in the TikTok Shop application, a study conducted on management students at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The research method used is quantitative research with a sampling technique that is a saturated sample and obtained a total sample of 55 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and the data was processed with the help of the SPSS (Statistics Program For Social Science) statistical application. The results showed that the online shopping experience had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.00<0.05 and the trust variable had a significant effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.03<0.05. Simultaneously, online shopping experience and trust influence repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.00<0.05. It is important for Tiktok Shop managers to maintain consumer confidence in order to increase consumer surplus every year

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical evidence on the decision to visit Okinawa cafes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to analyze and describe the effect of physical evidence. The population in this study are the owners and visitors of Okinawa cafes. The research conducted was to collect data related to the variables studied through literature research and field research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data testing techniques carried out included conducting instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of physical evidence on the decision to visit Okinawa cafes based on the results of the determination test (R2) was 20.7%.

Abstract

Community service is one of the three pillars of higher education, aiming to provide solutions to the problems faced by society, including in the aspect of economic empowerment. Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe is a non-governmental organization located in North Toraja, under the auspices of the Toraja Church. This orphanage has great potential in developing the creativity of its foster children, particularly in their skills in processing eco-friendly materials from bamboo waste. The challenge that arises is how to market the children's creative works. To ensure that these products can be enjoyed by a wider audience and generate positive economic impact, proper guidance is needed in marketing strategies. The stages implemented included product marketing training and mentoring, with evaluations conducted after each phase. This mentoring activity resulted in several positive impacts for Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe. The foster children and the orphanage staff were able to process bamboo materials into various creative products. These results not only pertained to improved skills and understanding of marketing strategies, but also included social and economic impacts on the orphanage. In terms of marketing, the training participants were able to implement the strategies taught. The products are now being marketed through social media and local e-commerce platforms, receiving positive responses from consumers.
