Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical evidence on the decision to visit Okinawa cafes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to analyze and describe the effect of physical evidence. The population in this study are the owners and visitors of Okinawa cafes. The research conducted was to collect data related to the variables studied through literature research and field research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data testing techniques carried out included conducting instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of physical evidence on the decision to visit Okinawa cafes based on the results of the determination test (R2) was 20.7%.

Abstract

Community service is one of the three pillars of higher education, aiming to provide solutions to the problems faced by society, including in the aspect of economic empowerment. Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe is a non-governmental organization located in North Toraja, under the auspices of the Toraja Church. This orphanage has great potential in developing the creativity of its foster children, particularly in their skills in processing eco-friendly materials from bamboo waste. The challenge that arises is how to market the children's creative works. To ensure that these products can be enjoyed by a wider audience and generate positive economic impact, proper guidance is needed in marketing strategies. The stages implemented included product marketing training and mentoring, with evaluations conducted after each phase. This mentoring activity resulted in several positive impacts for Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe. The foster children and the orphanage staff were able to process bamboo materials into various creative products. These results not only pertained to improved skills and understanding of marketing strategies, but also included social and economic impacts on the orphanage. In terms of marketing, the training participants were able to implement the strategies taught. The products are now being marketed through social media and local e-commerce platforms, receiving positive responses from consumers.

Abstract

Digital marketing in the current era has become very important in marketing its products, no exception to tourism. Social Media allows everyone to create and spread their own content on various social networking platforms. But in the promotion of tourism, there needs to be a briefing on the strategy of using and preparing content, including social media ethics for managers and other stakeholders. Based on this, the PKM team conducted digital marketing introduction and training activities to be able to promote Pinus Buntu datu Forest Tourism and what potential it has and can be introduced to tourists. This training is aimed at tourism managers of Pinus Buntu datu Forest and the interest of the participants is quite high and they also feel the benefits of this digital marketing introduction training can be applied in digital marketing on social media. Further training is still needed on how to create messages in multimedia (photos and videos) that are attractive to potential tourists.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality and Customer Loyalty at Jasmine Beauty Salons and Spa North Toraja District". The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Jasmine Beauty Salons and Spa in Tallunglipu Sub-Dstrict, North Toraja District . Data collection procedures from this study are: observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The results of calculations with the F test obtained the results of F count 43,165 with F table 3.090. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the cooperative image variable, the result is T count (2,734) < T table (1.986) and on the service quality variable, the result is T count (4,458) > T table (1.986). The conclusion of this study is that the service quality variable has no effect on loyalty customer at the Jasmine Beauty Salons and Spa North Toraja District and the customer satisfaction variable has an effect on loyalty customer at the Jasmine Beauty Salons and Spa North Toraja District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Toko ABC. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 responden. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: obsevasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda serta SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toko Sejahtera Mart Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sedangkan varabel stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toko Sejahtera Mart Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sementara itu. hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toko Sejahtera Mart Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi pengunjung objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,176 atau sama dengan 17,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan sumbangan atau input yang diberikan variabel promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung sebesar 17,6% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 dan variabel promosi memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,968 < t tabel 1,985 dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05 dan variabel fasilitas memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,822 < t tabel 1,985

Abstract

The problem of lack of creativity of the children of the Tangmentoe Christian orphanage needs to be improved. One of the activities that can be done to increase children's creativity is by processing bamboo waste into goods with selling value. Bamboo waste itself is one of the problems in partner areas. Untreated bamboo waste often becomes a nest of diseases and a place for mosquitoes to live. The purpose of this program is to increase the knowledge, skills, and creativity of the children of the Tangmentoe Christian Orphanage. The method of implementing this activity consists of preparation, implementation (training and mentoring), and evaluation. The results of the program are 100% achieved outputs in the form of partner manuals, progress reports, final reports and social media accounts. Another result obtained is the existence of income and profits to help meet the daily needs of children in orphanages. It can be concluded that through the program of utilizing bamboo waste as a creative medium, it can increase the knowledge, skills and creativity of the children of the Tangmentoe Christian Orphanage.

Abstract

This activity is motivated by the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) as one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy to overcome unemployment and create employment opportunities. Empowering SMEs is very important to build an inclusive economy, where many parties play an active role in the wheels of the economy and can survive in the midst of global challenges. In addition, efforts are made to increase the capabilities, competitiveness and welfare of SMEs, so that they can contribute more optimally to the economy. The problems faced by SMEs are marketing difficulties, limited innovation and technology, especially limitations in preparing simple bookkeeping. In this activity, training will be provided for the Buntu Burake Tourism Kasper Group, Buntu Burake Village, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Online marketing training regarding marketing strategies that utilize the internet and digital platforms to promote products or services to a wider audience. With business management and simple bookkeeping training, it contributes to business ethics and recording expenses, recording income, making cash books, making stock books, inventory books and profit and loss books.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Lembang (BumLem) Tallu Lolona faces challenges in financial management that affect the sustainability of its operations, which include credit provision and rice and coffee milling services. This study aims to enhance the capacity of its administrators and managers in financial management through mentoring and training. The methods employed include classical training, practical workshops, and group discussions. The results indicate that participants successfully grasped the basic principles of financial management, improved their ability to prepare financial reports, and identified solutions to financial issues through discussions. It is expected that this initiative will create new institutions, foster positive behavioral changes, and cultivate local leadership in BumLem’s financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on the use of digital payment shopee paylaters among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were all students of the Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics. With a total sample of 33 respondents who were selected using the Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that financial literacy has a positive effect on the use of digital payment shopee paylater among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students with an influence level of 26.6%, while the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
