KOMUNIKASI TRANSENDENTAL: SHALAT SEBAGAI BENTUK KOMUNIKASI TRANSENDENT Robeet Thadi

The term transcendental communication is a relatively new field of communication known in the area of communication science studies. Therefore, many interpretations or definitions can be given to transcendental communication. Transcendental communication is vertical, and its form is not as concrete as the form and tradition of communication in general. If in interpersonal communication or group communication for example, the limits of each communication element (communicator, communicant, message, media, etc.) are very clearly visible, with relatively measurable results / effects. While in communication transendental elements of communication is not all can be detected in sensory. Therefore, within certain limits, it is not wrong to say that transcendental communication is private / abstract. To dissect the transcendental communication model, this paper would like to see prayer as a transcendental form of communication that is vertical between God to man or vice versa between man to the creator of Allah SWT.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss the meaning of sex and gender orientation is for LGBT, to analyze it the discourse of Foucault and Freud's sexuality, then whether countries have provided a sense of security and social security relating to the identity of LGBT people. Indonesian people tend to have homophobic attitudes towards LGBT. This discriminatory attitude from the community comes because of insufficient language to interpret one's gender identity. The language that is mastered by Indonesian people are binary, male or female, if it is not included in the grouping it will be considered abnormal as LGBT gender identity. This research method by analyzing the literature that the author summarizes and uses the discourse of Foucault and Freud's sexuality. The results of this study that LGBT still experience discrimination in the community, while the Constitution is not yet able to protect the problem of discrimination. The conclusions from the results of the analysis and a collection of several research results which the author summarizes, clearly say that Indonesia is a country that does not protect and does not guarantee the rights of LGBT people. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadershipcommunication skills on the performance of the employees of the South Bengkulu Regency Tourism Office.The method in this study uses a quantitative approach, with explanatory research methods. The results showed that the leadership's communication skills had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tourism Office. It can be seen from the results of the regression test that the equation Y = 9.391 + 0.592X, this equation has a meaning, that the regression coefficient value of the leadership communication ability variable is 0.592 which is positive. The conclusion of the study is that improving the leader's communication skills will improve employee performance on work. Keywords: Employee Performance, Leadership Communication.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the phenomenology of the use of plain black caps by the Bengkulu people. This research method uses qualitative research with an interpretive tradition. The results showed that the choice of motif for wearing a plain black cap explains the influence of culture/trend and comfort as a motive for wearing a cap by the wearer, and is also a form of communication as a symbol of existence. The conclusion of the study is that the motif of wearing plain black caps has become a cultural trend of the general public. The conclusion of this study is that the motive for use provides an explanation that culture, history, beauty and comfort can defeat the presence of new creations in the same product, such as the existence of plain black caps in Bengkulu. ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the impact of campaign restrictions for the Bengkulu governor candidate pair in the simultaneous regional elections in 2020. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 research informants from the winning candidate pair team, selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the impact of limited meetings/face-to-face methods/dialogue, the candidate pair has the opportunity to be closer to the community it fosters, but it is less than optimal in reaching the number of voters and has limitations in introducing the candidate pair to the public directly, on the limitation of public debate, the positive debate is more directed because they are not influenced by supporting voices, more focused on content or material, presenters can be more focused in guiding, while the impact of limiting the distribution of campaign materials for each candidate pair is responded positively by each candidate, because the rules and regulations have not changed, even maintaining cleanliness of campaign material waste. The conclusion is that campaign restrictions for the Bengkulu governor and deputy governor candidates in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections have both positive and negative impacts, especially on restrictions on meetings, public debates and restrictions on the distribution of campaign materials and props to voters based on the campaign methods used. The purpose of this study was to see how the instructional communication process in vocational learning in SMK 1 Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research with a tradition of symbolic interactionism. So, with this method the researcher obtains a description of the research based on the experience of the subject itself. Data collection techniques used were observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are instructional communication applied in teaching vocational students is verbal and non verbal communication. Verbal communication in the form of simple words. Non-verbal communication is carried out in the form of body movements. In addition, interpersonal communication was also found. Conclusion, the instructional communication process applied in teaching vocational students at SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu is verbal and non verbal communication. The purpose of this research is that management information systems provide accurate and timely information needed to facilitate the decision-making and problem-solving processes that enable the implementation of planning, control and operational functions to run effectively. The approach in scientific writing uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the development and management of MIS in an organization is able to trigger decisions that are not only fast and accurate but will also be in line with the best practices in the organization effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of campaign restrictions for novice voters to obtain electoral information in the 2020 local elections in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. There are 21 research informants taken from representatives of BEM administrators throughout Bengkulu city, in selecting informants using purposive sampling technique, data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show a) In limited meetings, one of which is the lack of political education in the community; b) Regarding the rights and disclosure of information, namely: millennial voters are involved in the socialization process, through social media; c) Regarding voter participation, there are assumptions of millennial voters who are still apathetic towards the candidate pair and have an impact on the political confidence of millennial voters. The conclusion of this research is that campaign restrictions will cause limitations in obtaining information about election organizers, election participants, voters and even information about the vision, mission and work program plans offered by pairs of candidates for Pilkada candidates. STUDI PEMAHAMAN LITERASI MEDIA IBU RUMAH TANGGA SEBAGAI PANDUAN PENDAMPINGAN ANAK MENONTON TELEVISI DI KELURAHAN SUKARAMI KOTA BENGKULU Robeet Thadi

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan literasi media orang tua khusunya ibu-ibu di kelurahan Sukarami kota Bengkulu, serta untuk menganalisis kompetensi literasi media individu ibu-ibu dalam memilih dan pendampingan anak menonton televisi di kelurahan Sukarami kota Bengkulu. Untuk mengungkap fenomena literasi media kota Bengkulu, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tradisi fenomenologis. Dalam pengumpulan data menggabungkan metode observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam, ada 16 informan dalam pelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, Pengetahuan ibu-ibu tentang literasi media masih pada pengetahuan jenis, kategori, fungsi, dan pengaruh media televisi. Pengetahuan literasi media ini banyak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, karir, status sosial dan tingkat religiusitas masing-masing orangtua. Semakin baik tingkat pendidikan, maka semakin baik pula keterampilan dan struktur pengetahuan terhadap media. Kedua, kompetensi ibu-ibu tentang literasi media dalam memilih dan memberikan pendampingan anak menonton program televisi, berada pada level basic dimana kemampuan ibu-ibu dalam mengoperasikan media tidak terlalu tinggi, kemampuan dalam menganalisa konten media tidak terlalu baik, dan kemampuanberkomunikasi lewat media terbatas. Demikian pula pada pendampingan anak dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu pertama, pembatasan jam menonton dan pemilihan isi program televisi. Kedua, melalui diskusi dan bertukar pikiran dengan anak, sebelum, saat, ataupun setelah menonton televisi. Kata Kunci: literasi media, pendampingan, televisi, ibu-ibu.

Interfaith communication in a pluralist society can be avoided, in interaction with people of different religions instead of culture, an awareness of differences is needed. This study aims to explain what approaches and barriers to intercultural communication are in fostering interfaith harmony attitudes. This research is a qualitative study, using library research methods or literature review, data is taken from books, magazines, documents and journals both national and international, especially those related to and the object under study. In the context of intercultural communication, there are two approaches that can be used as a combination to study interfaith communication, namely the social psychology approach and the symbolic interactionism approach.
