Abstract

This research discusses archival management at the Gajah Sakti Subdistrict office, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. In accordance with the regulations of Law (UU) Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives, archives are records of activities or events created and received by various institutions, such as state institutions, regional governments, educational institutions and companies. This thesis aims to find out how archives are managed, and what are the inhibiting factors in archives governance at the Gajah Sakti Subdistrict office, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources in this research used primary data and secondary data and the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that archives management is not yet optimal in the Gajah Sakti Subdistrict office, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, because the archives storage system is still very simple and inadequate, archives management procedures are not running well, as well as limited Human Resources (HR). ) who understand the knowledge and understanding of archiving. The inhibiting factors are a lack of archival facilities and insufficient supporting funds so that many archives are found piled up in cupboards and not arranged neatly, as well as a lack of skilled personnel in terms of archival management.

Abstract

Assistance is one of the important steps that must be taken to accelerate the achievement of community independence and welfare. Local village facilitators have the main task and function of assisting villages in the administration of village government, inter-village cooperation, the development of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), and local village-scale development facilities. The village of Air Bagi is still very lacking in community empowerment and organization, as seen from the low level of community enterprise and independence. Therefore, local village facilitators are needed as community facilitators to mobilize and empower the community of Air Bagi village. There is one village facilitator in the Concong sub-district and two local village facilitators, each assigned to assist two villages. The purpose of this study is to examine how local village. facilitators act as agents of change: a case study of community empowerment in Air Bagi Village, Congcong Sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency, and the obstacles they face. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that local assistants in Air Bagi village have not been optimal in providing community empowerment activities in Air Bagi village. This can be seen from the community's dissatisfaction with their performance and the fact that their activities are limited to providing assistance to farmer and fisherman groups. The obstacles encountered are a lack of funding, frequently changing regulations, and the considerable distance to the village.

Abstract

Subdistrict is a government agency directly under the regency, so it can be said that the success of development also depends on the extent of participation of the local community and the subdistrict government apparatus in planning the development. In addition to being the implementer and planner of community service programs in administrative and population matters, which are the authority of the subdistrict. The Sinaboi Subdistrict Office in Rokan Hilir Regency is a regional apparatus that carries out regional autonomy and assistance matters in the subdistrict to meet the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure in the subdistrict area. The objective is to analyze the quality and effectiveness of services at the Sinabo Subdistrict Office Sinaboi Subdistrict Office, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that, overall, the quality and effectiveness of services at the Sinaboi Subdistrict Office are very good. This is indicated by the results of interviews with community members in Sinaboi Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir District. The service quality is very good, easy, and fast. The community greatly appreciates the services provided by the Sinaboi Subdistrict Office, which greatly supports the ease of service at the Sinaboi Subdistrict Office in Rokan Hilir District.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya asing, aplikasi video TikTok, dan permainan daring terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z di kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yang memberikan penjelasan tentang posisi variabel yang diteliti dan hubungan antar variabel. Responden penelitian ini berusia 15 hingga 18 tahun yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru, SMA An Namiroh Pekanbaru, dan SMA Muhamdyah Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya asing berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,903 > 1,96), dan nilai p < 0,000 (< 0,05). Kesimpulannya, hipotesis 1 diterima. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan tabel, nilai t untuk aplikasi video TikTok memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 7,886. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 2 diterima atau bahwa aplikasi video TikTok berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (7,886 > 1,96), dan nilai p < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Permainan daring memiliki nilai t sebesar 13,869, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis 3 diterima. Permainan daring berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (13,869 > 1,96) dan nilai p < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).
