Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini kinerja karyawan yang tinggi dapat dicapai dari setiap elemen dalam organisasi baik dalam menjalankan peran sebagai karyawan yang meningkatkan kualitas serta kinerja sesuai dalam pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan dari seorang pemimpin terhadap interaksi karyawan di BPJS. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner pada sampel yakni seluruh karyawan yang jumlahnya 20 orang. Dari hasil penelitian linier regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel dalam penelitian berpengaruh positif akan kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari uji t gaya kepemimpinan positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya sementara beban kerja positif dan tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja secara bersamaan (simultan) signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan hasil uji koesifien determinasi menunjukkan 76,40% kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor gaya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja.

Abstract

The results of the research conducted by researchers are to analyze the performance of employees at the Bubon sub-district office, West Aceh Regency, which influences the workplace and work motivation. In this study, researchers obtained data through data collection techniques using sampling techniques and data collection used by researchers was a questionnaire that was submitted to respondents using the likert scale through quantitative research methods. The population that the researchers took at the time of conducting this research were all employees of the Bubon sub-district office, thus the number of samples taken as respondents was 30 people. By using simple regression testing testing using the IBM Statistics 24 application that has been carried out by researchers, the researchers show that the influence of the work environment is closely related to the performance of employees in Bubon sub-district. Then the existence of work motivation can increase the enthusiasm and positive competitiveness of the work of the employees.

Abstract

This study was conducted determine the effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and employee engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the head office PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with 30 employees as respondents at the head office of PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara. While the data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis test. The result of the study show : 1) There is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style and employee engagement on the performance of PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara head office employee engagement which is shown from the F test result of 21,340 and a significance value 0,000b. 2) There is negative and insignificant effect between leadership style on employee performance as seen from t-test result of – 0,318 and significance value of 0,753. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between employee engagement on employee performance as seen from the t-test of 4,969 and a significance value of 0,000. The result of study were obtained with the regression equation Y = 14,,641a – 0,050X1 + 0,844X2 + e, and the effect was 61,3% and The remaining 38,7%was influenced by variables outside the study.

Abstract

Indonesia was attacked by a pandemic known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in early 2020.The number of cases and those who died was so fast that the government's step was to impose LargeScale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The policy taken by the government has made various sectors of lifeshaky because people have to stay at home, study at home, make transactions at home, and evenworship at home. This has an impact on business actors, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSMEs). Most of the people in Jurong Teungku Fakinah Gampong Peuniti Banda Aceh City actuallyalready know that they are still implementing health and marketing protocols. However, the marketingstrategy is the main obstacle to doing marketing. To control this problem, the servant took the initiative toprovide input, advice and training materials to the community regarding the marketing strategy (4P) ofMSMEs in this Covid-19 pandemic. The method of implementing this activity is in the form of materialpresentation, video presentation, and interactive discussion. Abstract

Plastic waste produced every day becomes very influential to the survival ofnot only humans, but also to animals and plant. One of the steps to protect the environment from plastic waste is to by utilizing it into something that has value added that can be profit. The resulting plastic waste can be processed into products that can be used daily or can be marketed. Plastic waste utilization situation has two positive impact that is the first is able to reduce environmental pollution and the second is able to produce products/goods that have a selling value.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia sejak maret 2019 sangat berdampak pada berbagai sektor dan skala usaha. Khususnya pada para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Minimnya pengetahuan mengenai lingkungan bisnis dan strategi bisnis menjadi penyebab banyaknya usaha mengalami kemunduran. Hal ini menyadarkan kita akan perlunya edukasi mengenai optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan bisnis demi menekan jumlah bisnis yang mungkin bangkrut di kemudian hari. Pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional mengalami kontraksi hingga ke titik minus 2,07 persen. Hal yang sama juga terjadi di Aceh walau sedikit lebih baik, yakni berkisar minus 0,37 persen. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan adanya peran dari berbagai aspek terkait tanggungjawab, partisipasi, dan andil dalam penanganan dan penyelamatan bisnis di wilayah Aceh khususnya. Untuk menyukseskan hal tersebut, maka dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait optimalisasi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada pelaku ushaa mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Jurong Tgk Fakinah, Banda Aceh.

Abstract

High school students are part of generation Z or digital native where their daily lives are very familiar with digitalisation technology. The negative impact of technology and the contribution of unemployment rates to senior high school equivalents is also a big homework for West Aceh District and most of the city districts in Indonesia. Starting from this through community service programs intend to take an active role in efforts to reduce negative impacts and reduce numbers unemployment through socialization activities character of entrepreneurship and digitalization. Activities carried out through socialization, question and answer by the method Presentation and discussion. This method was chosen so that the writer as a speaker can convey important concepts to be understood and mastered by participants.The result of this program is understanding how to grow entrepreneurial character through digital technology so that it becomes a young entrepreneur with creative power, innovative observant in seeing, finding and exploiting business opportunities to play a role in reducing unemployment. Abstract

This community development program is implemented by the lecturers of  Management Department of Teuku Umar University in collaboration with SMK Negeri 1 Meureubo. It is conducted in order to build a synergy between the world of higher education and vocational schools to improve the quality of human resources. There are three specific objectives of implementing this activity, namely; provide an understanding to vocational students about the industrial revolution 4.0, at the same time students know what skills must be prepared to be able to compete in the industrial revolution 4.0 and in the end the participants are expected to be able to share their understanding and knowledge from this activity is for their academic and social environment. This activity was attended by antusiatic students and the school authorities who really appreciated this activity because it broadened students' knowledge  towards the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This kind of activities are expected to be carried out in a sustainable manner to generate bigger impact on improving the quality of human resources for SMK graduates in West Aceh District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa pendekatan trade openness dan Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesa baik secara jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Dengan data time series periode tahun 1990 sampai tahun 2018, dengan jumlah n sebanyak 28 tahun. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan yaitu Auto Regressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL). Diperoleh hasil regresi dalam jangka pendek trade openness dan foreign direct investment tidak mempunyai pengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam jangka panjang trade openness dan FDI berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kepada para pengambil kebijakan diharapkan untuk memberikan berbagai kebijakan yang memudahkan jalannya investasi di Indonesia sehingga Indonesia dapat mengoptimalkan pemulihan ekonomi dengan rekonstruksi investasi labour intensive.

Abstract

Analysis of the variables of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on performance productivity was carried out at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service in West Aceh District using quantitative methods. Through this method the researcher collected data using a total sampling technique for 56 respondents. Questionnaires or questionnaires are distributed with a Likert scale as an indicator of measurement, and data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests; classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; t test, F test and the coefficient of determination of the determination (R²) with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the intrinsic motivation variable (X1) shows a t count of 0.539 < t table of 2.004. So it shows that the intrinsic motivation variable has no significant effect on the performance productivity variable (Y). The organizational culture variable (X2) shows a t count value of 19,387 > t table 2.004, so it is assumed that organizational culture has a significant effect on the productivity variable (Y). Simultaneously the two X variables also affect performance productivity, with an F count of 209.871 > F table of 3.17. 88.8% of performance productivity can be explained by intrinsic motivation and organizational culture while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, performance productivity.
