Abstract

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously between leadership in a company, and the compensation given by the company to the performance of Sitinjak POS office employees. This research method uses analysis to test the hypotheses. The respondents used in this study were 21 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the sample population using Google Forms with quantitative techniques and linear regression testing. Furthermore, the results obtained were processed using analysis using software called Statistical Product and Service Solution or abbreviated as (SPSS) version 25, and Microsoft Excel. Researchers get the result that the variables of leadership (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect. to the performance of the employees of the Sitinjak POS office, then simultaneously the leadership and compensation variables also have an influence on the performance of the employees of the Sitinjak POS Indonesia office with a value of 63.7 percent

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has civilization, customs and noble culture that must prioritize noble values. Values such as decency, tenacity, religion, and ethics form the foundation of nation building. Unfortunately these values are increasingly eroded along with the progress of time. Society tends to ignore the values that shape the character of the nation, and is increasingly becoming an individualist, materialist and hedonic society. The challenges that will be faced by the nation in the future are increasingly complex and uncertain, such as the increasing number of unpleasant incidents, crime rates, immorality, and various other dishonest behaviors in society. This is as a result of a lack of understanding and application of moral values. Lack of understanding of moral values and character education makes children only intelligent but without character. National character building cannot be done in a short time and by a handful of people. This character building is a long process that is continuous and requires the participation of all levels of society with their respective roles. One of the efforts that can be made in order to support character building is through educational institutions as agents of change. Students should be equipped with character education so that later they can balance their academic knowledge. This is in line with the issuance of government regulations through the Strengthening Character Education program. through this activity we are trying to take part by providing short education to the younger generation at the elementary school level, especially at SD N 1 Ranto Panyang. Through interactive discussion activities we seek to instill moral values and measure participants' abilities as feedback. from the results obtained, there was an increase in understanding before and after being given the material and discussing it. our hope is that this can be done on an ongoing and massive basis to get even better results in the future.

Abstract

Lembaga jasa keuangan berperan penting sebagai katalisator dalam pembangunan ekonomi bagi masyarakat agraris. Kondisi pada saat ini menunjukkan bahwa akses masyarakat agraris terhadap berbagai layanan keuangan dari lembaga jasa keuangan masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai pendekatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai buaran kebijakan peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi masyarakat agraris. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat agararis yang berdomisili di Provinisi Aceh. Pendekatan Model kano digunakan sebagai metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini. bahwa terdapat satu atribut layanan yang termasuk dalam kategori attractive, sembilan indikator dalam kategori must be dan dan tujuh indikator dalam kategroi one dimensional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan enam alternatif pendekatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai bauran kebijakan peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi masyarakat agraris. Hasil penelitian ini sangat relevan dalam rangka mendukung tujuan Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia yaitu mendorong lembaga keuangan untuk menyediakan layanan keuangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology raises demands on various fields, including entrepreneurship. This demand is especially addressed to the younger generation or novice businessmen who are the initial target. It is hoped that with the emergence of various demands and activities that support business development for beginners, it can reduce the unemployment rate. The importance of changing mindsets and providing the right strategy for novice business people is important to do. One effort that can be done is to increase understanding and mastery of advances in information technology, especially to face global competition. Therefore it is important to carry out various trainings and activities that can support creativity as well as new and unique ideas for these novice businessmen, which are currently mostly carried out by students. The training conducted at SMAIT Ruhul Islam was carried out in order to build an entrepreneurial spirit for students at a young age and to have interest and basic knowledge about entrepreneurial planning using the business model canvas. SMAIT Ruhul Islam Simeulue students can practice making a business model canvas and can apply various approaches to the business model canvas for the progress of their respective businesses.

Abstract

The creation of tourism-aware youth groups, or Pokdarwis, in various communities along the coast of Aceh Jaya Regency has demonstrated actual awareness of the huge potential of tourism. Pokdarwis Pasie Luah, located in Dayah Baroe Village, Krueng Sabee District, is one of these pokdarwis. Teuku Umar University collaborates with Pokdarwis Pasie Luah through community service activities to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism sector and to develop a marketing mix plan to entice tourists to visit tourist spots in Aceh Jaya. The execution of capacity building training and culinary instruction is the concrete aspect of this community service initiative.  Electric scooters, tents, and advertising materials have also been supplied to assist with promotional operations in order to boost visitor visits. Community service activities that contribute to the empowerment of the Pasie Luah Pokdarwis could serve as a model for initiatives to empower other pokdarwis in Aceh Jaya Regency. So that the results of this community program can be sustained and turned into a movement for all tourist stakeholders to work together to promote the Aceh Jaya tourism sector.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand how financial literacy and financial inclusion influence customer financial behavior. Meanwhile, this research uses quantitative methods with primary data. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type, and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 respondents. The data was collection online by distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Forms. The data was then analyzed using data analysis techniques, with SPSS version 20 software. The results of this research show that the two independent variables, namely financial literacy and financial inclusion, have a positive and significant impact on financial behavior

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the physical work environment on the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The focus of the analysis is evaluating the impact of the physical work environment on employee satisfaction, using qualitative research methods and involving several informants. The object of this analysis is the employee of PT Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The research subjects were the condition of the physical work environment and the employees of PT Pos KCP Indonesia Alue Bilie, numbering only 2 people. Determining the sources using purposive sampling technique, 2 sources were obtained. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research are that the availability of physical facilities, such as air conditioning, lighting, and also wages based on position, as well as the quality of team work can have an impact on employee satisfaction at work. It was concluded that employees at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie has achieved an adequate level of satisfaction with the physical work environment, as seen from their ability to complete tasks on time, even though these tasks are considered a burden on the company.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengamati kondisi keterikatan karyawan di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama setelah pandemi. Juga menyoroti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Berdasarkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti Gallup dan Mercer, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun skor keterikatan karyawan di Indonesia cukup tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata global, namun peningkatan yang signifikan terdeteksi dalam kategori yang dianggap not engaged. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif ini untuk menganalisis kondisi keterikatan karyawan serta beberapa faktor penting lainnya seperti budaya organisasi work-life balance dan perencanaan karir karyawan. Organisasi sebaiknya melakukan penyesuaian pendekatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan multigenerasi, menjaga keseimbangan personal-pekerjaan, dan menunjukkan kepedulian pada kesehatan mental karyawan. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dan mendukung efektivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Individual characteristics and organizational characteristics are the two variables used in this study to analyze employee career development. The object of research is an employee of the Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture Office of West Aceh district. The type of method used is quantitative through data collection using a total sampling technique, namely taking data on the entire population of 56 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data analysis through the techniques used were validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R²) with a computer application program tool, namely SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the individual characteristic variable (X1) is negative. This shows that individual characteristics (X1) have no significant effect on the career development variable (Y) and the organizational characteristics variable (X2) shows a positive value. This shows that organizational characteristics have a significant effect on career development variables (Y) and the F test is known to be positive which indicates that individual characteristics variables (X1) and organizational characteristics (X2) have a significant influence simultaneously on career development variables.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is belief in the organization and plays a role in realizing organizational goals and has a desire to continue to be in the organization, performance is the result of work done by someone in his business. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression. Based on simple linear regression equation analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that there is an influence between organizational commitment (X) and employee performance (Y), this is proven by a simple linear test which shows that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance in the Secretariat office. From the t-test, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, the f-test also shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Secretariat office. And the result of the determinant coefficient explains that 30.8% of employee performance is influenced by indicators of organizational commitment.
