Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan yang kini banyak menggu­na­kan teknologi digital. Kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan dan pemilihan teknologi digital yang tepat sebagai media pembelajaran menjadi penting agar pembelajaran di kelas dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan bagi guru SMA untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengem­bang­an media pembelajaran inovatif berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas empat tahap, yakni (1) koordinasi, (2) pembuatan contoh inovasi media pembelajaran, (3) sosialisasi dan pendam­pingan, serta (4) review dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksana­kan secara luring di lokasi mitra, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Pringsurat Temanggung. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh 33 guru dari berbagai bidang mata pelajaran. Pelatihan berupa penjelasan materi yang dikolaborasikan dengan pemberian buku panduan Flipbook yang dikemas sebagai contoh inovasi, dan praktik langsung dengan didampingi oleh tim pengabdi. Lebih lanjut, pihak mitra memberikan respon yang sangat baik dari pendampingan ini dan berharap ada keberlanjutan program pelatihan yang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan guru terkhusus pada bidang teknologi digital.

Abstract

Tourism is a multidimensional activity that can show the identity of tourist attractions, one of which is the Colo Muria Tourism object which has local charm and wisdom that can be visited by tourists. This study aims to plan a digitalization system at the Colo Muria tourist attraction, Kudus Regency using Augmented Reality technology. The research method used is agile development. The steps of this research are Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing. Application testing using alpha testing in the form of functional testing (black box testing), portability testing and beta testing in the form of usability testing (media expert tests and application user observer tests). The alpha test that tested the functionality aspect using the black box test showed that the application was running well and as planned. Beta testing was carried out by media experts and the percentage results were 80%. From these results, it can be seen that the digitization system at the Colo Muria tourist attraction has good capabilities, so it can be declared worthy of being used as a means of tourism promotion. For beta testing using the respondent test, the final average score is 79%, so it is included in the acceptable or feasible criteria for use. Suggestions put forward for further research are to add better-animated travel videos and 3D object animations so that the Colo Muria tourism object digitization system is more complete.

Abstract

Informatics and Computer Engineering Education (ICEE) students as prospective vocational high school teachers have a big challenge in teaching hard skills and educating future skills of vocational high school students. Therefore, ICEE students need to be accustomed to learning in conditions that support their 21st-century skills. This study aims to develop and test the validity of the computer network simulation digital module by implementing the case method to support students' 21st-century skills. Learning media in digital modules designed with the case method is expected to support ICEE students' 21st-century skills while overcoming problems often experienced by students in computer network practice. The method used is research and development (R&D), which stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. The digital module was tested on media experts and material experts. The module also tested 32 ICEE students to analyze perceptions of their 21st-century skills. Media Expert Testing gave a result of 95.5%, and material experts gave a result of 97%, which showed that digital modules have a very valid category. The trial results gave an average percentage score of Student perceptions for Communication Skills of 86%, Collaboration Skills of 88%, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills of 84.25%, and Creativity and Innovation Skills of 84%, which showed a very high category. Thus, based on ICEE student perceptions, this computer network simulation digital module can be used to train students' 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah merupakan minyak bekas pakai yang sudah tidak bisa dipakai kembali. Minyak ini dapat menyebabkan beberapa dampak lingkungan jika tidak didaur ulang dengan baik. Pelatihan memiliki tujuan supaya kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya penggunaan minyak jelantah meningkat, mengajarkan teknik daur ulang minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomi, dan meminimalisir pencemaran lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi praktek, dan evaluasi keberhasilan peserta dalam membuat lilin aromaterapi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil membuat 50 buah lilin aromaterapi dengan berbagai warna dan aroma yang menarik. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai dampak negatif limbah minyak jelantah dan cara mengolahnya menjadi produk yang lebih bermanfaat.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan permasalahan yang cukup besar bagi masyarakat Desa Umbulsari, Kecamatan Windusari Kabupaten Magelang. Banyak dari mereka yang mengeluhkan banyaknya sampah yang menumpuk. Kita tahu bahwa sampah yang tidak diolah dengan baik, akan menjadi sumber penyakit. Akan tetapi, masyarakat kurang sadar bagaimana cara mengolah sampah yang baik dan benar. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat menjadi faktor utama permasalahan sampah di Desa Umbulsari ini. Dengan melakukan Pendampingan Pengelolaan Bank Sampah, Tim UNNES Giat 9 berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan tingkat kesadaran lingkungan di Desa Umbulsari. Hal ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui dan membiasakan bagaimana cara mengolah sampah yang baik dan benar. Mulai dari pemilahan sampah dari rumah, pengumpulan sampah, hingga sampah akan ditimbang dan ditukar dengan uang. Jadi, masyarakat tidak hanya mengurangi sampah rumah tangga, tetapi mereka juga dapat menghasilkan uang dari sampah tersebut.

Abstract

The era of disruption demands that graduates possess future skills to meet the current needs of the workforce. The urgency to train graduates with future skills lies in the development of technology and learning innovation, especially at the higher education level. The lack of integration of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, as well as differences in students' learning styles, are the main factors that affect the achievement of learning in computer networking courses. The aim of this study is to integrate the VAK (Visualization Auditory Kinesthetic) Model and Case Method to improve the effectiveness of practical learning in computer networking courses. The Research and Development (R&D) method with the Dick and Carey model approach was used in this study, which includes analysis, design, development, and testing stages. Initial identification is needed to determine the needs of students' learning styles. A field test was conducted on 60 students taking computer networking courses to determine the achievement of learning in the cognitive, skill, and attitude domains for each learning style. The results of the development of practical computer networking learning media with the integration of the VAK Model and Case Method were declared feasible based on the assessment of material experts at 96.7% and media experts at 95%. The results of the test show that this learning media can meet the learning outcomes of the computer networking course in the cognitive domain with a N-Gain value of 0.78 in the high category, as well as the skill and attitude domains with an effectiveness level of 83.2%. The application of the VAK Model and Case Method is effective in practical learning to improve students' future skills, particularly in terms of communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving across all learning styles.

Abstract

Global interest in Computational Thinking and learning to code has increased. Teaching elementary school students to code and develop computational thinking is a crucial skill for the 21st century. Code.org or Scratch are increasingly used by researchers and educators to evaluate the best practices in digital environment. Such an understanding leads to the urgency to investigate how the block-based programming environment contributes to the development of Computational Thinking and how the development takes place for K-12 students. This research departed from the previous study on the use of Brennan and Resnick framework to evaluate the development of Computational Thinking in various literature on visual programming. Employed a qualitative design, the research investigates K-12 students' response to the activity. The portfolio, then, analyzed using the Brennan and Resnick Framework for Computational Thinking development. The results demonstrated that six of the seven computational concepts could be taught in 10 stages using the “Dance Party” task. Work on the animation project in the tenth stage of “Dance Party” has well-prepared the four computational practices projects. This has a great deal to do with the student's ability to question perspective, as young people do not perceive a disconnect between the surrounding technology and their ability to negotiate reality.

Abstract

Abstrak Tingkat violence (kekerasan) di lingkungan pendidikan di Indonesia semakin memprihatinkan. Salah satu sekolah yang pro non violence (anti kekerasan) adalah SDN Meles. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan non violence siswa SDN Meles. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu persiapan (identifikasi isu, analisis isu mitra, solusi yang akan ditawarkan, komunikasi dengan mitra sebelum pelaksanaan, serta persiapan alat dan bahan), pelaksanaan (metode ceramah, tanya jawab demonstrasi, dan praktik mandiri), dan evaluasi pengabdian (pretest dan posttest). Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Mei 2025 di kelas IV SDN Meles dengan jumlah siswa 18 orang. Hasil penilaian peningktan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa meningkat dengan adanya pelatihan dengan urutan pengetahuan anti perundungan, kekerasan seksual, diskriminasi, kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis. Kata kunci: non violence; pengetahuan; SDG 4; SDN Meles; siswa Abstract The level of violence in educational environments in Indonesia is increasingly concerning. One of the schools that is pro-non-violence is SDN Meles. This community service aims to improve the knowledge of SDN Meles students about non-violence. The methods of this community service are preparation (identification of issues, analysis of partner issues, solutions to be offered, communication with partners before implementation, and preparation of tools and materials), implementation (lecture method, Q&A demonstration, and independent practice), and community service evaluation (pretest and posttest). The community service activity was carried out on May 14, 2025, in grade 4th of SDN Meles with 18 students. The results of the improvement assessment showed that students' knowledge increased with the training in the order of anti-bullying knowledge, sexual violence, discrimination, physical violence, and psychological violence. Keywords: non-violence; knowledge; SDG 4; SDN Meles ; students

Abstract

Era digital menuntut integrasi keterampilan berpikir komputasional dalam pembelajaran pemrograman sebagai kompetensi inti abad ke-21, namun sifat konsep pemrograman yang abstrak sering menjadi kendala bagi pelajar, sehingga dibutuhkan media interaktif yang mampu menjembatani pemahaman konsep menjadi pengalaman belajar konkret. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis pengaruh media interaktif terhadap kemampuan berpikir komputasional melalui pendekatan meta-analysis. Penelitian menggunakan model efek acak untuk mensintesis hasil dari 13 artikel primer terbit 2020–2024 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, meliputi desain kuasi-eksperimen, pengukuran komponen berpikir komputasional (dekomposisi, abstraksi, pola, algoritma), dan data statistik lengkap. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan effect size, uji homogenitas, uji bias publikasi, uji hipotesis nol, serta analisis karakteristik berdasarkan tahun publikasi dan jenjang pendidikan. Hasil meta-analysis menunjukkan effect size gabungan sebesar 1,184 (kategori kuat) dengan I² = 90,50%, menandakan heterogenitas tinggi, dan mayoritas studi memiliki P < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis nol ditolak. Media interaktif seperti Guided Scratch Visual Execution Environment, VR Unity 3D, ScratchJr, dan AR Board Game terbukti signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasional, khususnya pada jenjang SD dan perguruan tinggi. Analisis terbatas pada 13 artikel dengan distribusi jenjang pendidikan yang belum merata dan variasi metodologi, sehingga generalisasi temuan perlu kehati-hatian. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan guru dalam memilih media interaktif sesuai karakteristik siswa, bagi pengembang media untuk merancang produk berbasis bukti, dan bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan media interaktif dalam kurikulum pemrograman. Studi ini memberikan sintesis kuantitatif berbasis bukti yang menegaskan efektivitas media interaktif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasional lintas jenjang pendidikan dan konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstrak Krisis lingkungan dan iklim global menuntut pendidikan untuk turut serta dalam solusi melalui pendekatan Greening Education, sebagaimana diinisiasi oleh UNESCO. SMK Negeri 1 Puring yang memiliki visi ramah lingkungan menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk Greening Education 101, yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi civitas akademika dalam aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan nilai konservasi lingkungan. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan manajerial POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) yang diterapkan pada seluruh tahapan pelaksanaan. Metode pelatihan terdiri atas ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, praktik mandiri, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest-posttest. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 24 peserta pada tanggal 11 Juni 2025 dan menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek. Pengetahuan meningkat dari 38% menjadi 88%; keterampilan dari 25% ke 56%; sikap dari 88% ke 100%; dan nilai konservasi dari 44% ke 81%. Hal ini menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam menginternalisasi prinsip greening education. Namun, pelaksanaan hanya satu hari menjadi kendala dalam pendalaman materi dan pengukuran outcome jangka panjang. Partisipasi peserta juga bervariasi, dengan dominasi komunikasi satu arah. Pelatihan Greening Education 101 efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta di bidang pendidikan berkelanjutan. Diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan berdurasi lebih panjang dan pendekatan komunikasi dua arah untuk mendukung transformasi lingkungan sekolah secara menyeluruh. Kata kunci: greening education; pendidikan lingkungan; SMK; sustainable development. Abstract The global environmental and climate crisis demands that education participate in solutions through the Greening Education approach, as initiated by UNESCO. SMK Negeri 1 Puring, with its environmentally friendly vision, became a partner in a community service activity entitled Greening Education 101, which aims to improve the competence of the academic community in the aspects of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values of environmental conservation. The activity uses the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) managerial approach, which is applied at all stages of implementation. The training includes lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, independent practice, and mentoring. Evaluation was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively through pretests and posttests. Twenty-four participants attended the training and significantly improved all aspects. Knowledge increased from 38% to 88%; skills from 25% to 56%; attitudes from 88% to 100%; and conservation values from 44% to 81%. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the training in internalizing the principles of greening education. However, the one-day implementation hampered in-depth understanding of the material and the measurement of long-term outcomes. Participant participation also varied, with one-way communication predominating. The Greening Education 101 training effectively improved participants' competencies in sustainable education. Further, longer training and a two-way communication approach are needed to support comprehensive school environmental transformation. Keywords: environmental education; greening education; sustainable development; vocational high schools.
