Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji makna simbolik dan praktik komunikasi Islami dalam tradisi Pesta Tapai masyarakat pesisir Batu Bara, Sumatera Utara, dalam menyambut Ramadan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan teori interaksionisme simbolik, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa tradisi ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai warisan budaya, tetapi juga sebagai media dakwah bil-hal. Makanan tapai dan lemang menjadi simbol religius dan budaya yang mencerminkan nilai kesucian, kesabaran, dan kebersamaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa warga mengimplementasikan prinsip Qaulan Marufan, Layyinan, Balighan, Kariman, dan Sadidan dalam interaksi sosial dan ekonomi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Komunikasi yang sopan, jujur, lembut, dan menyentuh hati menjadi kunci dalam menjaga harmoni sosial. Tradisi ini bertahan karena adanya pewarisan nilai-nilai Islam melalui interaksi sosial dan pendidikan adab dalam keluarga. Pesta Tapai terbukti menjadi sarana penguatan spiritualitas dan solidaritas masyarakat di tengah tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to explore and understand the self-resilience of converts and the factors that influence it in Olora Village, North Gunungsitoli District. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. This method is used to understand the experiences and strategies used by converts to face challenges and pressure in living their new belief, namely Islam. This research involved the active participation of several converts to Islam as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, display and verification processes. This research shows that converts have self-resilience in carrying out Islamic teachings in terms of their deeds of worship as evidenced by the ability of converts to persist in the most difficult situations when doing deeds of worship, converts remain optimistic with serious effort in the most difficult conditions when doing deeds of worship, converts have a goal in carrying out deeds of worship. Driven by several factors including self-confidence and belief in the Islamic religion, KUA guidance, and guidance and support from those closest to him.Keywords: Self-Resilience, Converts, Social, Charity.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami resiliensi diri mualaf dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Desa Olora, Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk memahami pengalaman dan strategi yang digunakan mualaf dalam menghadapi tantangan dan tekanan dalam menjalani keyakinan barunya, yaitu Islam. Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari beberapa mualaf sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mualaf memiliki ketahanan diri dalam menjalankan ajaran Islam dalam hal amal ibadahnya yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mualaf untuk bertahan dalam situasi tersulit saat menjalankan amal ibadah, mualaf tetap optimis dengan usaha yang sungguh-sungguh dalam kondisi tersulit saat menjalankan amal ibadah, mualaf memiliki tujuan dalam menjalankan amal ibadah. Didorong oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah keyakinan dan kepercayaan diri terhadap agama Islam, bimbingan KUA, serta bimbingan dan dukungan dari orang-orang terdekatnya.Kata Kunci: Ketahanan Diri, Mualaf, Sosial, Amal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine an effective guidance and counseling service model in preventing the spread of radicalism among students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN North Sumatra. This research focuses on identifying the potential emergence of radicalism characterized by dissatisfaction with government policies, which is often expressed through demonstrations. The method used is a qualitative approach with interviews and observations of students and lecturers at the faculty. The results showed that structured guidance and counseling interventions, including orientation services, individual counseling, group counseling, and multicultural counseling, were able to increase students' awareness of the negative impact of radicalization. In addition, the role of faculty leaders in supervising and enforcing sanctions against potentially extreme activities is also very important. This article concludes that the implementation of a comprehensive guidance and counseling service model is not only effective in preventing radicalization, but also contributes to the formation of a more tolerant and inclusive student character. Recommendations are given for further development in the implementation of guidance programs that can reach all students.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the role of parents contributes to supporting the growth and mental readiness of children as part of efforts to shape the golden generation of 2045, particularly in Sipogu Village, Arse District. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews and observations with parents as well as local community leaders. The results of the study indicate that the role of parents is very important in creating an environment that supports the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Forms of support are reflected in the attention given, moral guidance, discipline formation, as well as involvement in both formal and non-formal education. However, there are several challenges still faced, such as parents' limited knowledge about proper parenting patterns and minimal access to information. Therefore, collaboration between families, schools, and the government is a key factor in strengthening the role of parents to prepare children who are resilient, intelligent, and competitive in order to realize the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Tujuan Untuk mengetahui kebijakan kementrian agama dalam meningkatkan literasi digital da'i melalui pelatihan penyuluh agama di Kabupaten Bireun,menganalisis kondisi objektif literasi digital da'i di Kabupaten Bireun, mengetahui upaya kementrian agama dalam meningkatkan literasi digital da'i melalui pelatihan penyuluh agama di Kabupaten Bireun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan studi dokumenter, wawancara, observasi. Hasil Penelitian mendapati: Kebijakan Kementrian Agama Kabupaten bireun dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital Da’i adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, bimtek terfokus dan sejenisnya kebijakan lain yang dibuat Kementrian Agama Kabupaen Biruen untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digitalnya adalah dengan melakukan pendalaman. Maksud pendalaman ini adalah belajar mandiri dengan melihat tutorial Youtube atau mencarinya di Google. Tingkat literasi digital Da’i penyuluh Agama di Kabupaten Bireun ini secara umum masih kurang, terutama dari segi pemahamannya tentang arti penting literasi digital bagi para Da’i, hal ini terlihat penguasaan terhadap sejumlah model media Sosial. Literasi digital sangat penting bagi Da’i dalam menyampaikan Dakwah selain untuk menambah suber belajar juga. Selain itu mendapatkan sumber belajar terbaru yang dapat diakses dengan mudah dan menghemat waktu. Memadukan berbagai macam sumber baiki digital maupun non-digital sangat penting guna mendukung ataupun menguatkan satu sama lain. Kementerian Agama dalam peningkatan literasi digital yaitu adanya pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam membantu penyuluh dalam mempelajari kembali aplikasi penunjang dakwah dan penyuluhan Agama bagi masyarakat dan belajar kembali mengenai aplikasi penunjang misalnya google, instagram, facebook dll. Penyuluh muda sangat membantu penyuluh senior dalam mengembangkan kemampuan digital. Selain itu juga penyuluh diharuskan untuk dapat mengakses beberapa aplikasi lain tambahan guna meningkatkan literasi digital Da’i di lingkungan Kementerian Agama.

Abstract

The Contact Body of the Taklim Assembly is a state power, every village has a gem, every region or sub-district has a BKMT, every district has a BKMT, every country has a BKMT area, there is a leader. This institution carries out its activities in an organized and structured manner so that it becomes a pillar in maintaining religious moderation. This research discusses the management of BKMT in improving the literacy of religious moderation of mothers and members of the Ta’lim assembly, the program at BKMT was also analyzed in the context of BKMT management, in this study, the focus is given on how to study, the literacy of religious moderation among mothers, mothers members of the Ta’lim assembly. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and observations related to BKMT and religious moderation literacy the data collected will be analyzed to identify an increase in religious moderation literacy among BKMT mothers of the BKMT program program in increasing religious moderation literacy. The purpose of this research is to provide insight, especially about BKMT management in improving the literacy of religious moderation among mothers and mothers of BKMT members as well as providing insight about the program programs implemented by BKMT in increasing religious moderation. As for the results of the research that I got, one of the religious moderation programs in BKMT is by sacrificing every year visiting minority areas, and distributing the sacrifice to non-Muslims in that area. The next, obstacle in the implementation of the religious moderation program is the lack of self-awareness of the tolerance of the mothers of BKMT members because there is still a lack of self-understanding about the importance of religious moderation, then willing to listen to the explanation of religious moderation among the BKMT and the lack of support from the surrounding environment about the way of tolerance and the strategy carried out by the BKMT in responding to the problem is with the deliberation against the mothers of BKMT members, it is hoped that they can apply religious moderation in the community so that the program can be carried out properly.

  Abstract                                                                          This research aims to find out how Islamic therapeutic communication is implemented in recovering from trauma from victims of sexual violence at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA). This paper uses the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) approach. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis. Data was obtained through interviews, document study, and observation. The research informants were the Head of the UPTD PPA, Head of the Administration Subdivision, Head of the Case Follow-up Section, Head of the Reception and Clarification Section, Clinical and Forensic Psychologists, Psychological and Legal Counselors, Social Welfare Workers and Foster Mothers. The research results show the implementation of Islamic therapeutic communication in three stages: 1) Islamic Therapeutic Communication in the Orientation or Introduction Phase, 2) Therapeutic Communication in the Working Phase, and 3) Islamic Therapeutic Communication in the Termination Phase which is carried out by service officers at UPTD PPA with good speech, an attitude full of gentleness, adjusting the language and content of the conversation, conveying information about the real situation about the victim's problem, even though it does not completely heal the trauma, it has an effect on self-acceptance, communication skills, and motivation so that the victim gets closer and closer. repent to Allah. Islamic therapeutic communication that is applied prioritizes empathy and building rapport.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum (Independent Curriculum) emerges as a strategic response to the need for a more adaptive and learner-centered transformation of Indonesia’s national education system. At the senior high school level, this policy requires institutional readiness, competent educators, and well-aligned supporting regulations. This study aims to analyze the implementation, benefits, challenges, and policy directions underlying the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum in senior high schools. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from academic literature, official reports issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, as well as findings from relevant previous studies. The analysis explored the interrelation between policy design, classroom implementation, and its impact on the quality of learning in senior high schools. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is being carried out gradually, depending on the readiness of human resources and school infrastructure. The curriculum offers teachers greater flexibility in designing contextual learning while promoting collaboration among schools, parents, and the community. Nonetheless, several challenges remain, including disparities in school readiness, limited pedagogical and digital competencies among teachers, and the need for continuous evaluation of policy effectiveness. The Merdeka Curriculum has shown positive impacts on post-pandemic learning recovery and the strengthening of students’ Pancasila character values. Its success largely depends on coherent policies, improved teacher competencies, and systemic support from multiple stakeholders. The implication is that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum should be accompanied by the continuous capacity building of schools and teachers to ensure a sustainable learning movement that remains relevant to the dynamics of 21st-century education.
