Abstract

This research aims to describe improving the Al-Qur'an reading skills of MAN 1 Tidore students through student learning motivation. This research uses a survey method with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the Al-Qur'an reading skills of students at MAN 1 Tidore that a person must master when learning the Al-Qur'an include: tartil, recitations and fluent qiro'at. So the process of learning to read and write the Qur'an is related to reading skills by presenting several levels or possession of adequate mastery of tajwid knowledge, in terms of makhorijul letters, shifatul letters, ahkamul letters, ahkamul mad wal qasr, ahkamul waqaf wal ibtida. The general situation/picture regarding student learning motivation at MAN I Tidore has improved with the implementation of collaboration between student guardians, class teachers, teaching teachers through tutoring services planned by teaching teachers as student supervisors at MAN 1 Tidore. With this form of tutoring service, students are given knowledge, coached and guided to become knowledgeable students with morals. Efforts to improve Al-Qur'an reading skills through learning motivation at MAN 1 Tidore, namely through habituation, giving grades or prizes, communication carried out on both sides, between the ustadz and parents, and providing guidance

Abstract

This research analyzes the school principal's effective communication towards improving teacher performance. Effective principal-teacher communication is essential for building trust and mutual support. This research uses qualitative methods, with a narrative research design involving five class teachers in one of the elementary schools in Cibitung Sub-District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Inductive and thematic data analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 Plus to identify, evaluate, and create themes expressed by participants. This research shows that the principal's effective communication has an impact on the performance of classroom teachers through the principles established by the principal. This research contributes to improving effective school principal communication so that it has an impact on the quality of educational units and the findings can be used by policy makers in determining the direction of school principals in leading educational units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat dan untuk menemukan pengembangan potensi peserta didik di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat. Hal ini didasari bahwa potensi setiap peserta didik dapat berkembang secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran, sangat penting bagi pendidik untuk memilih dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai. Metode yang efektif adalah yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi akademik, tapi juga mampu mengakomodasi dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan berbagai potensi lainnya yang dimiliki siswa, seperti minat, bakat, kemampuan kreatif, dan aspek kepribadian. Hal ini berarti pendekatan dalam pembelajaran harus dirancang untuk mengaktifkan partisipasi siswa secara penuh, serta memperhatikan dan menghargai keunikan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing individu. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah melaksanakan metode STEAMMI dengan baik, termasuk dalam mengintegrasikan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Montessori dan Islamic dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Keberhasilan implementasi metode STEAMMI ini didukung oleh komitmen Kepala Sekolah, guru dan staf sekolah, dukungan dari orangtua peserta didik, serta pemilihan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dan menarik. Serta sarana dan fasilitas penunjang yang mendukung implementasi metode STEAMMI. Pendidik di TK Al Hamidiyah telah mengadaptasi metode STEAMMI dengan baik dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari

Abstract

This article discusses service, both from the academic service aspect, as well as the administrative service aspect of higher education teaching staff with a Qur'anic approach aimed at increasing student satisfaction. This paper uses the method Library Research sourced from the results of studies of various relevant library materials, in the form of books, journals, articles and so on related to the focus of the problem above. In improving administrative services, employees must be professional and apply optimization efforts in providing products and services as guided by the Qur'an. Academic services need to optimize lecturer competencies, namely Pedagogical, Personality, Professional, Social competencies with a Qur'anic approach, then the quality of service will have implications for increasing student satisfaction, it is hoped that this will give rise to loyalty which will provide benefits for universities

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore and analyze the role of effective communication played by lecturers in the context of increasing the effectiveness of students' final assignment completion. Good communication between lecturers and students has a significant impact on understanding, motivation, and the final results of the final project. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with lecturers and students who are currently completing or have completed their final assignments. The results of this research indicate that effective lecturer communication can provide positive encouragement to students, increase understanding of final assignment requirements, and stimulate motivation to complete projects well. Factors such as the lecturer's time availability, listening ability, providing constructive feedback, and an adaptive pedagogical approach are key elements in achieving effective communication. The importance of supporting students through open and constructive communication and providing appropriate guidance at every stage of final assignment completion is also a key finding. This research contributes to further understanding of the relationship between lecturer communication and the effectiveness of students' final assignment completion, as well as providing valuable insights for higher education institutions to improve the quality of education and final assignment guidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pembelajaran yang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sebagai bagian dari keterampilan hidup yang esensial di abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dalam meningkatkan sikap kritis siswa di SMA Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman, Parung, Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam mengajukan pertanyaan, menganalisis informasi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari aktivitas siswa di kelas, di mana 65% siswa mampu merumuskan pokok masalah dengan baik, dan 42% siswa dapat menarik kesimpulan dengan efektif. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran dan terbatasnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang lebih kompleks. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri mampu meningkatkan sikap kritis siswa, meskipun masih diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi beberapa kendala, seperti bimbingan tambahan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh tantangan globalisasi dan perlunya membekali generasi muda dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan agar mampu bersaing dalam ekonomi global. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dinilai penting dalam menciptakan siswa yang tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga kemandirian dan kreativitas dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa di SMPIT Al Haraki, Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa yang terlibat dalam program kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kewirausahaan di SMPIT Al Haraki memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri, kreatif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide bisnis, serta lebih mandiri dalam pengambilan keputusan dan manajemen proyek. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat diintegrasikan secara efektif ke dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa, yang pada gilirannya dapat mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja dan menjadi individu yang mandiri serta inovatif.

Abstract

The paradigm of  wasathiyyah Islamic  is a form of Islamic understanding and practice, as well as an approach in contextualizing Islam in the midst of global civilization. The reactivation of the wasathiyyah Islamic paradigm was a response to various situations that attempted to divide the unity. This paradigm becomes important as a means of presenting the application of Islamic teachings that hold the principles of balance, justice and tolerance. This study aims to provide direction for Higher Education in developing the Islamic wasathiyyah paradigm. Through this research, the authors examined the wasathiyyah Islamic paradigm based on the Bogor Message which was produced at the 2018 World Ulama High Level Consultation (Summit) in Bogor. Bogor's message includes efforts to restore the Islamic wasathiyyah perspective as the center of Islamic teachings, both individually and collectively. One of the interesting messages to study is the commitment to reactivate the wasathiyyah Islamic perspective as a central Islamic teaching which includes seven main values, namely: tawassuth, i`tidâl, tasâmuh, syûrâ, islah, qudwah, and muwâthanah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The result shows the reactivation of the wasathiyyah Islamic paradigm in higher education, can be developed through the cultivation of the seven main values of wasathiyyah Islam as contained in the Bogor Message.

Abstract

This study examines the management strategy of LPTQ DKI Jakarta in preparing prospective ambassadors for MTQ/STQ participants. To produce credible research findings, this research uses qualitative methodological tools, where data is collected based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that LPTQ DKI Jakarta implements three main strategies, namely the planning, organizing and implementation stages. Planning includes the recruitment of participants from the village level to the mayor level through coaching centers. Organizing involves the establishment of an administrative structure at each level and the selection of the best participants to be trained at the provincial level. The implementation stage includes advanced level coaching through continuous training and intensive quarantine. In addition, improving the quality of participants is carried out through long-term recruitment, talent guidance, and intensive coaching. LPTQ DKI Jakarta's significant contribution can be seen in the achievement of national achievements, which are fully supported by the provincial government through grant funding. This management program not only has an impact on improving the quality of participants in DKI Jakarta, but also provides input for the implementation of MTQ at the national level.

Abstract

This research examines the management of acceptance and regard in educational relationships from Hamka's perspective in Tafsir Al-Azhar. Using the qualitative method of literature study, the main data source being Tafsir Al-Azhar itself as well as other sources to support it, three forms of management were found, namely non-dominative action. Non-dominative actions are actions, attitudes, or other things that do not give the impression of domination by parents or teachers over children or students. This non-dominative action is found in Hamka's interpretation of Q.S. Asy-Syu'arâ': 215. Another form of management is a serious response. This serious response concerns the way parents or teachers treat children or students. Responding to it with a serious response is not taking it lightly at all. This serious response can be found in Hamka's interpretation of Q.S. Yûsuf: 4-5. And reactive patience. Reactive patience is related to internal patience, which is externalized reactively to children or students in the form of reactions or responses that do not conflict with patience. This reactive patience is found in Hamka's interpretation of Q.S. Yûsuf: 16-18.
