Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga berkaitan dengan pengaturan alokasi keuangan keluarga untuk memenuhi memenuhi kebutuhan saat ini kebutuhan masa mendatang, dan kebutuhan yang tidak terduga.Kebutuhan saat ini terdiri atas pengeluaran-pengeluaran yang dikeluarkan saat ini, antara lain seperti pengeluaran untuk biaya dapur, biaya cicilan motor, biaya pulsa telepon genggam, biaya air dan listrik, biaya arisan, dan lain-lain. Kebutuhan di masa mendatang terdiri atas pengeluaran-pengeluaran dikeluarkan di masa yang akan datang, antara lain seperti pengeluaran untuk biaya pendidikan anak hingga tamat sekolah, biaya naik haji, biaya pernikahan anak. Kelompok PKK adalah kumpulan ibu-ibu yang kesehariannya bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Dan disisi lain, mereka mengisi waktu dengan beberapa kegiatan sosial seperti arisan, pengajian atau mengikuti kegiatan program PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) yang diadakan di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan sederhana kepada ibu-ibu anggota PKK di RT 26 RW 07 Kelurahan sawah lebar sebagai mitra pengabdian. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana termasuk didalamnya pengelolaan keuangan keluarga kepada ibu PKK agar bisa mengelola keuangan sehingga terhindar dari hutang akibat terlalu banyaknya pengeuaran dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari

Abstract

Cassava chips are a type of food that is familiar to us. The delicious taste makes these chips a product that is liked by all levels of society. UMKM of cassava chips Dewi Sri is one of the UMKM that produces and sells this cassavabased product. The method of implementing the activity consists of a presentation method by providing an explanation through direct delivery and a question and answer method or discussion. The flow of the stages of this community service activity consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. UMKM Cassava Chips Dewi Sri provides a variety of flavors, namely spicy, salty and sweet corn flavors. Cassava Chips produced by the Dewi Sri Cassava Chips UMKM average around 240 kg/day. This production capacity is still limited because some production equipment is still semi manual. The use of digital technologybased marketing can be a new breakthrough knowledge for Dewi Sri Cassava Chips UMKM to develop their marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces. The result of this Community Service activity is that Dewi Sri's Cassava Chips UMKM are increasingly understanding about digital marketing and are able to own and manage social media and marketplaces as promotional tools.

Abstract

Brand recognition marketing is promoting a brand's product or service in a way that elevates the brand as a whole. This involves creating and maintaining brand-consumer relationships and marketing brand attributes traits that people develop when they describe a particular brand. In this guide, Brand or brands are able to create interactive communication with consumers. The stronger a brand, the stronger the interaction with consumers. In order to introduce a brand or brands to the public, including brands, especially the local Ibu Ari banana chip business, by way of popularizing the brand, one of which is a marketing communication strategy, which is a marketing activity that seeks to disseminate information, persuade, increase the target market so that the product is accepted.The implementation of marketing brand recognition is carried out in several steps, such as creating a brand identity for Ibu Ari's banana chip business and using social media. The brand identity was created to introduce the Ibu Ari banana chip brand more clearly and up to date in the market, while the use of social media was made so that consumers could easily recognize and remember the Ibu Ari brand and give a positive image to the brand.From the results of the evaluation, the community service program entitled "Marketing Brand Recognition in Ibu Ari's Banana Chips Business" succeeded in having a positive impact on the continuity of the business. Debfab thus implementing effective marketing brand recognition can be a solution for businesses in facing increasingly competitive competition.

Abstract

The company as an organisation has a goal of making a profit, therefore the company will try to attach importance to customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction at Asuransi Sinar Mas Bengkulu City. This company is the largest general insurance company in Indonesia. Based on the characteristics of the study, the research sample was obtained, namely 97 respondents, the method used in collecting data for this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test Hypothesis Determination Coefficient. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the service quality variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. The service quality variable (X1), shows t count of 1.722> t table 1.661 with a significant level of 0.008 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Asuransi Sinar Mas Bengkulu Branch. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. The company image variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. The company image variable (X2), shows t count of 1.711> t table 1.661 with a significant level of 0.06 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the company image variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. independent variables, namely the service quality variable (X1) and the corporate image variable (X2) simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). This means that the hypothesis is proven, namely the variables of service quality and company image together or simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction of Asuransi Sinar Mas Bengkulu Branch.

Abstract

Waste is something that is simply thrown away, and in many cases, waste causes problems for the environment. The World Bank report shows that the amount of waste in cities around the world is expected to continue to increase by 70% from this year to 2025, from 1.3 billion tons per year to 2.2 billion tons per year (Fitri Amalia ,2021). From the results of a field survey that has been conducted in RT 33 RW 04, Pematang Gubernur Village, Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City, we found that there is still a lot of waste that is not disposed of in its place, thrown in random places and also scattered everywhere. This is what motivates us, students of KKN-T UNIVED RT 33 RW 04 Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur to provide education to create public awareness not to litter. The purpose of installing this waste education sign is to provide awareness to the public about the dangers of littering. The waste sign itself is to explain how long it takes for waste to decompose. The methods used are presentation and consultation. The results of this activity aim to increase public awareness of the dangers of littering and improve the welfare of the people of RT 33 RW 04 Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur (cindy purba,2023).

Abstract

Improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era is one of the important challenges in supporting economic growth. In analyzing the business feasibility study of the Ayam Geprek Crunchy MSME business in Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu City, focusing on three main aspects: legality, marketing system, and finance. A business feasibility study is essential to ensure that the business is not only financially viable, but also fulfills legal aspects and has an effective marketing strategy. From the legality aspect, the study highlights the importance of having licensing documents such as a Trade Business License (SIUP), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and halal certification that can increase consumer confidence and facilitate access to capital. In the marketing aspect, the Ayam Geprek Crunchy business utilizes direct marketing, social media, and delivery services to expand market reach, as well as segmenting and targeting consumers appropriately to increase competitiveness in the midst of intense market competition. From a financial perspective, the analysis shows that the geprek chicken business has a large enough profit margin, relatively low operating costs, and high sales potential, making it possible to reach the break-even point in a short time and providing promising profit prospects. The results of this study conclude that the Ayam Geprek Crunchy business in is feasible to run, with a note of the need for risk management and sustainable business development strategies.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a major environmental concern, especially when it is not properly managed. Uncontrolled plastic can pollute soil and water and negatively impact health and ecosystems. As a solution, students from KKNT UNIVED 2025 conducted socialization and demonstration activities in RT 33 RW 04, Pematang Gubernur Subdistrict, Bengkulu City, focusing on turning plastic waste into eco paving. The program aimed to raise awareness and provide skills for the community in waste processing. The methods included initial surveys, educational outreach and live demonstrations. The result revealed strong enthusiasm among participants and increased community capacity in creating valuable products from plastic waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Kind Ichi Pie'n Cake in Bengkulu City. This study uses the method of analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation by selecting consumers who come as respondents.Based on the results of the calculation of external internal factors, the total score for the internal strategy factor is 2.76 and the total external score is 2.44. From the results of this study, Bengkulu City's Kind Ichi Pie'n Cake is located in cell 4 using a strategy stability . This strategy shows that the company is in a stable condition, where the company focuses on existing business units by improving weaknesses and building company advantages

Abstract

Berwirausaha merupakan hal yang tidak mudah untuk dilakukan, namun demikian jika kitab isa memanfaatkan peluang yang ada maka berwirausaha pun menjadikan hal yang menjanjikan bagi masa depan untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga ataupun menjadi mata pencarian utama dalam menopang kehidupan keluarga. Kegiatan PkM kami kali ini dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirauha para siswa dan siswi SMAN 10 Seluma melalui pengenalan digital marketing yang berlangsung pada tanggal 22 Januari 2024. Kegiatan PkM tersebut dihadiri oleh 35 orang siswa dan siswi serta didampingi oleh beberapa guru sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Materi yang diberikan mengenai minat berwirausaha dan digital maketing. Harapan bahwa nanti setelah mereka menyelesaikan studi maka bisa berwirausaha walaupun hanya kecil-kecilan sambil melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi lagi maupun tidak. Menumbuhkan minat mereka dengan mengarahkan mereka untuk selalu bisa memanfaatkan peluang, pandai memanfaatkan waktu serta selalu berpikir positif akan kemajuan usaha. Pemanfaat digital marketing yang kami contohkan diantaranya melakukan promosi usaha mereka secara digital misalnya yang paling sederhana melalui facebook, Instagram ataupun tiktok yang rata rata mereka miliki di handphone mereka. Kami berharap hal ini bisa menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan agar usaha yang nanti akan mereka jalankan bisa dikenal oleh masyarakatu luas. Abstract Entrepreneurship is not an easy thing to do, however, if the book is able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist, entrepreneurship also makes a promising thing for the future to help the family economy or become the main livelihood in sustaining family life. Our PkM activities this time were carried out to foster the entrepreneurial interests of students and students of SMAN 10 Seluma through the introduction of digital marketing which took place on January 22, 2024. The PkM activity was attended by 35 students and students and accompanied by several school teachers. The method used was by using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The material provided is about entrepreneurial interest and digital maketing. The hope is that later after they finish their studies, they can be entrepreneurs even though it is only small while continuing their studies to a higher level or not. Growing their interest by directing them to always be able to take advantage of opportunities, be good at utilizing time and always think positively about business progress. The utilization of digital marketing that we exemplify includes promoting their business digitally, for example the simplest through Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, which most of them have on their cellphones. We hope that this can add insight and knowledge so that the business they will later run can be recognized by the wider community. Kata kunci: minat, wirausaha, digital marketing
