Abstract

The number of people who send goods to each other  makes delivery services very important. The development of internet technology  has a great  contribution to the community  need for goods delivery services. For  buying and selling goods business , it is not only limited to face-to-face but  also be done through online media. This research was  conducted using sampling technique namely convenience sampling with consideration of convenience, such as respondents who are easier to find by researchers (Sugiarto, 2011). Respondents in this study were   Costumer s who use delivery service companies with the following criteria: Have used delivery services in the last six months. The number of respondents used was  as many as 120 respondents with 22 types of attributes in the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the servqual variable and  Costumer  trust; there was  no positive and significant effect between servicecape variables on  Costumer  trust; service quality on  Costumer  loyalty did  not have a significant and positive effect; there was  no effect of servicecape on  Costumer  loyalty; there was  a positive and significant effect of the  Costumer  trust variable on  Costumer  loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of empowering human resources and individual characteristics on employee performance (a case study at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office). The method used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra, which is located at Jl. Williem Iskandar No.9, Memories Baru, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 168, in determining the sample taken using the Slovin formula, and using probability sampling technique, namely proportional stratified random sampling, namely sampling that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be sampled. selected as a member of the sample, the sample in this study amounted to 118 samples. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of the research with a partial test that HR Empowerment has a t value of 7.484 > 1.6578, so it can be concluded that the HR Empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Youth and Sports Office of North Sumatra. Individual Characteristics has a t-count value of 7.844 > 1.6578, so it can be concluded that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Youth and Sports Office of Sumatra Province. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) that simultaneously HR Empowerment and Individual Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that HR Empowerment and Individual Characteristics have an influence on employee performance of 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The Problem In Finding and acces a tourism location in Lubuklinggau, be a primary problem, Especially for tourism or visitoe or tourism from other place in Indonesia. We know that the technology more being advance, but this case make we to improve our potency in Lubuklinggau. Hopely this application which will be made, will appliance the web technology service, in order to the information about tourism will be up to date and to solve this problem the researcher use digital map model approach or SIG based on Android by using Google Maps as the map digital. The method which used in tihs research is UML (Unifide Modelling Language), PHP Program, Java and database Mysql as the data saving geografic information system (GIS) tourism has two programs they are, administration programe for processing tourism data base on web and programe for the user, we use Android aplication. Geografic information system has a goal to give an easy and faster information about tourism in Lubuklinggau

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at the Agriculture Office of Lubuklinggau City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative methods can be defined as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing quantitative/statistical data with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is an indirect effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of work motivation on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.143 with a t-value the statistic of 2254 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.025. Furthermore, there is an indirect effect on the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.274 with a t-statistic value of 4.167 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the quality of work life and work motivation affect employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Office. and there is an indirect effect of the variables of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable in the Agriculture Service of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, businesses and organizations are facing increasingly intense competition, requiring them to possess superior capabilities to survive and thrive. One of the key strategies for enhancing competitiveness is the development of skilled and qualified human resources. This study investigates the effects of the work environment and Islamic work ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees. The research focuses on 61 employees, with a saturated sampling technique, and employs a combination of observation, documentation, and questionnaires for data collection. To analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was used. The findings indicate that both the work environment and Islamic work ethics significantly influence the OCB of employees. The study highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment and integrating ethical values to foster positive organizational behavior and improve overall performance. These results contribute in proving that work environment and Islamic work are critical for organizations aiming to increase their competitiveness and employee engagement in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Interaksi Sosial, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and supervision on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the research.Testing the first hypothesis to determine whether the competence of employee work productivity, the tcount value is 7,476 and the ttable is 1,292 (ttable value n = 77), so it can be seen that if the criteria match tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , meaning that there is an influence of competence on employee work productivity. The second hypothesis testing is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work productivity. The results obtained tcount value of 11.809 and ttable is 1.292 (ttable value n = 77) so it can be seen that if the criteria are in accordance with tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a supervisory effect on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah. Primary of Musi Rawas Regency. The third hypothesis is to determine the effect of competence and supervision on work productivity. Obtained the value of Fcount of 70,986 and Ftable of 3.12 This shows that Fcount> Ftable and also sig of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be seen that the effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of competence and supervision on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo dan Kantor Kelurahan Srikaton, mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo dan Kantor Kelurahan Srikaton, mengetahui moderasi yang diberikan oleh komitmen organisasional kepada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo dan Kantor Kelurahan Srikaton, mengetahui moderasi yang diberikan oleh komitmen organisasional kepada pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo dan Kantor Kelurahan Srikaton, dan mengetahui moderasi yang diberikan oleh komitmen organisasional kepada pengaruh kompetensi dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo dan Kantor Kelurahan Srikaton. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kompetensi X1 dan kepribadian X2 sebagai variabel terikat, kinerja pegawai Y sebagai variabel terikat, serta komitmen organisasional Z sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 52 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi X1 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai T-statistics 3,531 > 1,96 dan P values 0,000 < 0,05. Namun terdapat pengaruh negatif yang diberikan kompetensi X1 terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai original sample -0,402 atau -40,2%. Kepribadian X2 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai T-statistics 5,728 > 1,96 dan P values 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang diberikan kepribadian X2 terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai original sample 0,894 atau 89,4%. Komitmen organisasional Z tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi X1 terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai T-statistics 0,649 < 1,96 dan P values 0,516 > 0,05. Komitmen organisasional Z tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian X2 terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai T-statistics 0,727 < 1,96 dan P values 0,467 > 0,05. Komitmen organisasional Z tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi X1 dan kepribadian X2 terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai T-statistics 1,388 < 1,96 dan P values 0,166 > 0,05.

Abstract

Environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, prompting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt sustainable practices. According to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, SMEs contribute 97% of the workforce, yet only a small fraction implement environmentally friendly practices. This research investigates how SMEs can leverage green innovation to enhance marketing performance and promote sustainability. It employs a quantitative approach to assess the relationship between green innovation, green marketing, and marketing performance among SMEs in Medan City. The findings reveal that green innovation and value creation significantly influence green competitive advantage, with an R² value of 0.807. While green marketing does not directly relate to marketing performance, green innovation substantially affects it. Additionally, green competitive advantage is a partial mediating variable, indicating SMEs' potential to develop innovative sustainable marketing strategies that create competitive value and encourage environmental responsibility. The study underscores the critical role of green innovation in transforming SME marketing approaches, positioning sustainable practices as key differentiators in competitive markets.
