Abstract

This study explores the role of green innovation and sustainable management as integrated strategies for achieving long-term competitive advantage in modern business environments. As global awareness of environmental and social issues intensifies, organizations are increasingly pressured to adopt eco-friendly practices without compromising profitability. This paper analyzes how green innovation—through the development of sustainable products, cleaner production processes, and eco-conscious business models—serves as a catalyst for organizational resilience and market differentiation. Furthermore, it examines the strategic alignment of sustainability principles within corporate management systems, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, resource efficiency, and long-term value creation. Drawing on case studies and recent empirical findings, the research highlights key success factors, barriers to adoption, and the measurable impact of green innovation on firm performance. The findings suggest that firms that embed sustainability into their core strategies not only meet regulatory and ethical expectations but also unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen brand reputation. This paper contributes to the literature by presenting a comprehensive framework for integrating green innovation into sustainable management, positioning it as a vital lever for achieving sustained competitive advantage.

Abstract

The sustainability and competitiveness of the company is supported by good human capital management. Human capital plays an important role in achieving the company's vision, mission and goals. The expression human capital was established to increase productivity and maintain competitive advantage as an important factor in expanding business and employee assets. Attention to human resources or human capital as one of the main production factors for most companies is often put second compared to other production factors such as capital, technology, and money. Many company leaders are less aware that the profits obtained by the company actually come from human capital. Human capital supported by a well-built shared vision will increase the company's ability to achieve its goals. Shared vision is a development tool to build organizational learning capabilities. This study examines the strategy for optimizing the role of shared vision and human capital in companies in an era of change. This type of research is a systematic literature review that will provide benefits in the implementation of shared vision and human capital in companies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of implementing a fingerprint attendance system and providing incentives on employee performance in the hotel industry. The fingerprint attendance system is used to increase accuracy and efficiency in managing employee working time, while incentives function as motivation that can encourage increased work morale and productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees at several hotels as respondents. The data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis to see the extent to which these two variables influence employee performance. The research results show that implementing a fingerprint attendance system has a significant effect on increasing punctuality and operational efficiency, while providing incentives is proven to increase motivation and job satisfaction which leads to better performance. Overall, implementing fingerprint attendance and providing incentives simultaneously can improve employee performance in the hotel industry. These findings suggest that hotel management needs to integrate an effective attendance system and appropriate incentive strategies to maximize productivity and service quality.

Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir ini marak sekali terjadi perusakan lingkungan hidup, seperti pembuangan sampah ke sungai, danau, laut, jalan umum. Indonesia memproduksi sampah hingga 65 juta ton pada 2016, meningkat menjadi 67 ton pada 2017 dan lainnya. Beberapa kejahatan lingkungan tersebut terjadi disebabkan oleh kurang tegas, adil dan manfaatnya materi hukum tentang perlindungan lingkungan hidup dan juga belum sepenuhnya dilibatkan masyarakat adat dalam melakukan perlindungan lingkungan hidup sebagaimana diamanahkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Pasal 18B dan Pasal 70 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan sosio-legal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat adat Batak telah melakukan perlindungan lingkungan berdasarkan pranata Surat Tumbaga Holing sebagaimana diatur melalui Patik, Filosofi Adat Dalihan na Tolu dan Marga. Jenis sanksi yang dijatuhkan kepada pelaku perusakan lingkungan berupa: Dibondarkon, Sappal Dila, Dipaorot sian Huta, Dipaorot sian Marga, Diapaulak Salipi Natartar.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, businesses and organizations are facing increasingly intense competition, requiring them to possess superior capabilities to survive and thrive. One of the key strategies for enhancing competitiveness is the development of skilled and qualified human resources. This study investigates the effects of the work environment and Islamic work ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees. The research focuses on 61 employees, with a saturated sampling technique, and employs a combination of observation, documentation, and questionnaires for data collection. To analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was used. The findings indicate that both the work environment and Islamic work ethics significantly influence the OCB of employees. The study highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment and integrating ethical values to foster positive organizational behavior and improve overall performance. These results contribute in proving that work environment and Islamic work are critical for organizations aiming to increase their competitiveness and employee engagement in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

The problem examined in this study is about the Financial Performance of the Culture and Tourism Office of Musi Rawas Regency in terms of Eifficiency, Eiffectiveness and Harmony Ratios. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the Culture and Tourism Office of Musi Rawas Regency in terms of Efficiency Ratio, from 2017 to 2022 can be categorized as inefficient with an aveirange efficiency ratio valuei of 93,6%. The Financial Performance of the Musi Rawas Regency Culture and Tourism Office in terms of the Effectiveness Ratio, from 2017 – 2022 as a whole is in the effective criteria with an average effectiveness ratio valuei of 94%. Thei Financial Performance of the Office of Culture and Tourism of Musi Rawas Regency in terms of the Conformity Ratio, from 2017 – 2022 can be said to be compatible, with an average compatibility ratio value of 77,3%. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the Culture and Tourism Office of Musi Rawas Regency. They need to pay more attention to things that can be a potential source of income, such as paying special attention to tourist objects.

Abstract

A comprehensive economic performance strategy to address the dual hurdles of countries such as Uyghur, encompassing structural transformations and market imperfections. Upon scrutinizing the conditions that slow development in Uyghur, we can make a series of fundamental changes with regards to the local value chain as well the overall economy. The outcome of this study is the recommendations on how to increase the economic capability as well as formulating economic performance strategy in Uyghur. The recommendations are: (1) Improving government efficiency by improving decision making, (2) Regulating an open and favorable trade environment which enhances capabilities in international markets, (3) improving productivity, (4) Improving educational systems to offer quality education, (5) Encouraging human development strategies by reducing poverty and inequality, reduces unemployment rates, fostering growth through domestic entrepreneurship, Hence, transforming economies in Uyghur must involve the improvement of local capabilities throughout international value chains, institutional reforms, innovations in human capital formation, also well as effective redistribution of resources.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of work-life balance on organizational support and job satisfaction of millennial employees. Work-life balance, which involves balancing professional and personal life, is increasingly important for millennials who prioritize flexibility at work. work. Through a literature review, this research identified three key components of work-life balance: time balance, engagement, and satisfaction. satisfaction. The results showed that organizational support can improve work-life balance and in turn contribute to job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with their work-life balance tend to show better performance and loyalty to the organization. This research recommends that companies develop policies that policies that support work-life balance to improve productivity and employee satisfaction

Abstract

The first problem is weak supervision and monitoring of the implementation of employee duties.  Second, there is still a distribution of duties from the principal to employees which is not in accordance with the employee's expertise. This indicates that the leadership carried out has not been effective. Another problem with this research is that some teachers still do not adhere to time regulations, there are still teachers who do not make lesson plans. Based on this, this research was conducted to determine work discipline and teacher performance regarding leadership styles. The design of this research is quantitative research. This research uses observation, questionnaire, and documentation data collection methods. The analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and F test. This research is expected to contribute to understanding how an effective leadership style can improve work discipline and teacher performance as well as provide recommendations to improve the quality of education in schools. The results of the research show that Work Discipline and Teacher Performance have a significant effect on the leadership style of the principal at SMP Negeri 12 Lubuklinggau.
