Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan fleksibilitas tingkat pemula dalam pembelajaran pencak silat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan model latihan menggunakan model Borg & Gall meliputi 10 tahap yaitu: tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, tahap perencanaan, tahap mengembangan bentuk pendahuluan produk, tahap uji lapangan persiapan, tahap revisi produk utama, tahap uji lapangan utama, tahap pelaksanaan revisi produk, tahap uji lapangan operasional, tahap revisi produk akhir, serta tahap penyebaran dan pengimplementasian. Langkah validasi bahan ajar mengadopsi model Borg & Gall yaitu: uji lapangan persiapan, uji lapangan utama, uji lapangan operasional dan peneliti menambahkan uji ahli isi serta uji ahli mata pelajaran agar hasil peneltian lebih signifikan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi model latihan ditinjau dari aspek isi dari ahli isi adalah sangat baik dengan persentase 100%. Aspek isi dari ahli mata pelajaran PJOK adalah sangat baik dengan persentase 98,66%. Hasil uji lapangan persiapan adalah sangat sangat baik dengan persentase 95%, hasil uji lapangan utama adalah sangat baik dengan persentase 96,64% dan hasil uji lapangan operasional sangat baik dengan persentase 97,35%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa model latihan fleksibilitas tingkat pemula dalam pembelajaran pencak silat layak digunakan menurut uji ahli isi, uji ahli mata pelajaran PJOK, uji lapangan persiapan, uji lapangan utama dan uji lapangan operasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dieksperimenkan untuk mengetahui keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan prestasi siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap hasil belajar passing control sepakbola dalam PJOK. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen sungguhan (true experimental) dengan rancangan the posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapat kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan X IPS 1 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali perlakuan diluar posttest. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Signifikansi pada uji hipotesis diperoleh melalui uji parametrik (uji Independent Samples Test) adalah 0.001 yaitu p<0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar passing control sepakbola dalam PJOK di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Disarankan kepada guru PJOK dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe (TGT) karena terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Developing Underwater Video Media in Learning Basic Swimming Techniques I Gede Suwiwa; I Ketut Budaya Astra; Septyan Pemardo Pasaribu

The purpose of this research was to develop instructional video media for basic swimming techniques using the ADDIE model. The development aims to (1) identify the feasibility level of the media through the responses of experts (2) the effectiveness of the media developed. The data were collected by using questionnaire and a field testing. The result of experts’ judges showed that content experts 64% (enough), learning media experts 76% (good) and learning design experts 78% (good). The results of the study were based on the responses of individual students 83% (good), small group 98.67% (very good), and large group 89.42% (very good). The students’ swimming performance was assessed based on distance, hand, feet, breathing, and coordination movements. The result of field testing showed that students’ swimming performance after the implementation of underwater video media was better than before the implementation (Sig.2-tailed=.001). Thus, the underwater video media is suitable to be used in teaching basic swimming technique based on the result of expert and field testing. This development research is expected to help in making, using and creating creative learning and to solve problems, especially in the material of swimming theory and practice.

This study aimed at analyzing the effect of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model aided with interactive multimedia upon learning outcome of on-guard position on the theory and practice of Pencak Silat course. This is a pre-experimental study using one group pretest-posttest design. This study was conducted Sport Hall of Sport and Health Faculty in Jinengdalem Campus. The amount of the sample was 25 students. The variables consisted of independent variable that was the jigsaw cooperative learning model aided with interactive multimedia and the dependent variable was the learning outcome. The data collection technique was performance test of the basic on-guard position of Pencak Silat. Data were analyzed by using nonparametric inferential statistic in form of Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test which was used to analyse the differences of pre-test and post-test scores. The research finding showed that there were significant differences of on-guard position learning outcome on the course theory and practice of Pencak Silat course before and after the implementation of jigsaw cooperative learning model aided with interactive multimedia (Z = 4.378; p = 0.000). Based on the result of Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test/Wilcoxon Match Pair Test, it was found that there was difference of on-guard position on Pencak Silat course before and after the implementation of Jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted with interactive multimedia. The after implementation/posttest mean score was (96.86) higher than before implementation/pre-test mean score (43.93) of Jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted with interactive multimedia.

The lack of video-based learning materials to assist in learning petanque game tactics causes students to be less enthusiastic in participating in the learning process of basic petanque throwing techniques. The purpose of this study was to develop a learning media for the basic technique of throwing a petanque in the form of a video tutorial. This research is development research. The subjects of media validity testing include development design experts, learning content experts, and learning media experts. The subject of the trial in this study involved the students of Penjaskesrek. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. Storyboards and screenshots of instructional video media were created as a result of this research to show the design of instructional video media. The results of the assessment by learning content experts showed a score of 85.71% with good qualifications. Assessment by learning media experts showed a score of 91.25% with very good qualifications. The results of the learning design expert assessment showed a score of 94.44% with very good qualifications. The results of individual trials showed a score of 96.66% with very good qualifications. The small group trial showed a score percentage of 93.16 with very good qualifications, and the large group trial showed a score of 90% with very good qualifications. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the video tutorial learning media developed is feasible to be applied in learning.

This study aimed to examine 21st-century character education for Indonesian children through Sports Science which was implemented in the form of integration of physical education and character education in early childhood, especially through sports activities such as; pencak silat (martial arts), dance, outbound, and swimming. This study used a literature research method by adapting a literature study research model proposed by Mirshad (2014) which was carried out through four research steps, namely; 1) recording of all findings 2) integration of all findings 3) analysis of all findings, 4) criticism and collaboration. The instrument used was a data card where data were recorded by paraphrasing, quoting, and synoptic. Document Analysis was used for data analysis that focused more on analyzing factual content and media features. This study found several characters that appeared in four activities, namely; 1) pencak silat (martial arts) could increase the character values of piety, not giving up easily, responsibility, discipline, and self-confidence; 2) the art of dance fostered the character of honesty, cooperation, independence, self-confidence, piety, and discipline; and 3) outbound created the character of leadership, cooperation, and self-confidence; 4) swimming could increase the character values of courage, self-confidence, creativity, adaptation, and sensitivity. This character could grow and develop from each activity created in the four activities. It was recommended for parents to provide opportunities for their children to participate in sports activities such as; pencak silat (martial arts), dance, outbound, and swimming because these activities had been proven to increase positive character, where these activities were an integration of physical education as an academic discipline based on sports science.

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui pemetaan sarana dan prasarana PJOK di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Karangasem. Jenis penelitian yang penulis pilih merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi yaitu SMA/SMK yang ada dise-Kecamatan Karangasem. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan guru PJOK di masing masing sekolah tepatnya dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap sumber data atau objek penelitian, dan mencatat data yang diperlukan menggunakan lembar observasi. Jumlah sarananya yaitu 987 sarana kemudian yang berkondisi baik sebanyak 834 buah dengan persentase 84,4%. Selanjutnya yaitu sarana yang berkondisi buruk sebanyak 153 buah dengan persentase 15,6%. Kemudian, yang miliki sendiri sebanyak 987 sarana dengan persentase 100%, untuk yang menyewa sebanyak 0 sarana dengan persentase 0 % dari jumlah total sarana keseluruhan yaitu 987 buah serta yang berkondisi standart sebanyak 954 sarana dengan persentase 96,6 %, untuk yang modifikasi sebanyak 33 sarana dengan persentase 3,4 % dari jumlah total sarana keseluruhan yaitu 987. Jumlah fasilitas Prasarana keseluruhannya yaitu 51 Prasarana dan yang berkondisi baik 51 dengan persentase 100 % berkondisi baik dan yang berkondisi rusak yaitu 0 dengan persentase 0% artinya semua fasilitas di Smk/Smk Se-Kecamatan Karangasem ini berkondisi Baik.

This research development of science technology, information, and communication indirectly affect the learning media to support the learning process, one of them is the PJOK material. This research aimed to develop an interactive e-module for the basic techniques of stances and the pattern of pencak silat steps for class VII Junior High School students. This research used the development research with the ADDIE research model which consists of five stages, including, the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of product validation carried out by learning experts, the percentage value of content/learning materials experts consisted of 95% very well qualified, the learning design experts are very well qualified consisted of 92,5%, the learning media experts are very well qualified consisted of 97,5%, and expert practitioners consisted of 96,7% very well qualified in the field. Based on product trials, the percentage of individual trials consisted of 96,1% with very good qualifications, in small group trials with very good qualifications consisted of 93,5%, and in field trials with good qualifications consisted of 86,1%. It can be concluded that this interactive e-module is suitable to be used as a medium for learning of pencak silat in class VII Junior High School students.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of distance learning in online-based PJOK learning for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli for the academic year 2021/2022. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative phenomenological type of research. The population of this study were students of class X SMA N 1 Bangli with a total of 281 people. The sampling technique of this study used Isaac and Michael's table with an error rate of 5% so that the number of samples in this study was 155 students of class X, and 1 teacher of PJOK class X at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli.. The validity of the data in this study was determined by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that distance learning in online-based PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli was declared less effective, due to several reasons, namely: (1) online learning complicates the learning process carried out by students, (2) face-to-face learning is more fun than learning online, (3) there are obstacles such as limited internet networks, study quotas, and sometimes difficult applications to access. (4) learning objectives that are not achieved. So it can be concluded that distance learning in online PJOK learning is less effective in implementing PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui studi etnografi serta nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada perguruan pencak silat putra garuda di desa Anturan Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekataan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini merupakan pendekatan yang dilakukan terhadap data primer dan data sekunder yang kemudian peneliti ungkapkan isi atau makna dari aturan hukum yang telah ditentukan yang akan dihukumi dengan hukum yang sama, berbeda atau memiliki deskripsi sendiri tentang kajian hukum yang telah dilakukan. Pada proses penelitian ini teknik pengambilan data dalam konteks ini, triangulasi data dalam proses pengambilan data di kancah atau lapangan menggunakan 3 teknik, yang terdiri dari proses observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam (in-depht interviewing), dan studi dokumen. Pengumpulan data biasanya dilakukan melalui pengamatan partisipan, wawancara, kuesioner dan lain-lain. Ilmu ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keadaan masyarakat yang dipelajari Metode dan teknik analisis data Terdapat tiga jalur analisis data kualitatif, yiatu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
