Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana PJOK di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Kubu. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 4 sekolah SMA/SMK se-Kecematan Kubu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara mengklasifikasikan jenis data yang diperoleh dari lembar instrument. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut (1) Dari 38 jenis sarana pembelajaran tersebut pada masing-masing sekolah memiliki jumlah sarana yang berbeda-beda dan di totalkan secara keseluruhan dari SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Kubu Jumlah sarana keseluruhan 297, yang berkondisi baik sebanyak 286 buah dengan persentase 96,3%. Selanjutnya yaitu sarana yang berkondisi rusak sebanyak 11 buah dengan persentase 3,8%.. Sarana yang berkondisi standart sebanyak 283 sarana dengan persentase 95,2 %, untuk yang modifikasi sebanyak 14 sarana dengan persentase 4,8 % dari jumlah total sarana keseluruhan yaitu 297. (2) Jumlah fasilitas prasarana dijumlahkan total keseluruhannya yaitu 18 prasarana dan yang berkondisi baik 18 dengan persentase 100 % berkondisi baik. Sedangkan dari 18 prasarana yang berstatus milik sendiri yaitu 16 dengan persentase 88,9% dan yang berstatus meminjam atau menyewa berjumlah 2 dengan persentase 11,1%. Kemudian untuk status kualifikasi dari 18 prasarana untuk yang standart yaitu 18 dengan persentase 100% dan modifikasi sebanyak 0 modifikasi dengan persentase 0%. Disimpulkan bahwa Sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran PJOK di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Kubu ini sudah baik, namun pengelolaan serta perawatannya perlu ditingkatkan dan diperhatikan lagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pembelajaran PJOK berbasis daring untuk peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Pendekatan yang pergunakan pada penelitan ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA N 1 Bangli dengan jumlah keseluruhan 281 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tarap kesalahan 5% sehingga jumlah sampel  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 orang peserta didik kelas X, serta 1 orang Guru PJOK kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Aktivitas dalam analisis data, yaitu (data reduction) reduksi data, (data display) penyajian data, dan (conclusion drawing/verification) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pembelajaran PJOK berbasis daring di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli dinyatakan  kurang efektif, disebabkan beberapa alasan yaitu: (1) pembelajaran daring mempersulit proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik, (2) pembelajaran tatap muka lebih menyenangkan dari pembelajaran daring, (3) adanya kendala seperti terbatasnya jaringan internet, kuota belajar, dan kadang-kadang aplikasi susah untuk diakses. (4) tujuan pembelajaran yang kurang tercapai. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pembelajaran PJOK secara daring kurang Efektif terlaksana dalam pembelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. Disarankan kepada guru PJOK untuk senantiasa meningkatkan inovasi serta metode agar proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik, serta pihak sekolah dapat memfasilitasi kendala yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik agar sistem pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif.   Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran PJOK, Daring Abstract                     This study aims to determine the effectiveness of distance learning in online-based PJOK learning for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli for the academic year 2021/2022. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative phenomenological type of research. The population of this study were students of class X SMA N 1 Bangli with a total of 281 people. The sampling technique of this study used Isaac and Michael's table with an error rate of 5% so that the number of samples in this study was 155 students of class X, and 1 teacher of PJOK class X at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. The data collection techniques that will be used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Activities in data analysis, namely (data reduction) data reduction, (data display) data presentation, and (conclusion drawing/verification) drawing conclusions/verification. The validity of the data in this study was determined by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that distance learning in online-based PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli was declared less effective, due to several reasons, namely: (1) online learning complicates the learning process carried out by students, (2) face-to-face learning is more fun than learning online, (3) there are obstacles such as limited internet networks, study quotas, and sometimes difficult applications to access. (4) learning objectives that are not achieved. So it can be concluded that distance learning in online PJOK learning is less effective in implementing PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. It is recommended to PJOK teachers to continuously improve innovations and methods so that the learning process becomes better, and the school can facilitate the obstacles felt by students so that the learning system becomes more effective. Abstract

This study aims to determine student motivation for TP floor gymnastics learning in the Undiksha Penjaskesrek study program during the even semester of 2021-2022. This study is quantitative descriptive research in the form of a survey. The population in this study were all students in the Physical Education Study Program who attended TP lectures. The total number of floor gymnastics lessons for 2021–2022 is 114. The sample selection method used total sampling, i.e., the population became the research sample, so the number of samples in this study was 114. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistics with interval categories. The results of this study are the intrinsic factors of student learning motivation in following the TP. Floor gymnastics learning gets a value of 70.76% if it is converted into a category interval included in the high category. While the intrinsic factors of student learning motivation in following the TP receives a value of 70.4% when converted into a category interval included in the high category, floor gymnastics learning receives a value of 70.4% when converted into a category interval included in the high category. Students learn motivation by following the TP. Floor gymnastics learning in the Undiksha Penjaskesrek study program in the even semester of 2021/2022 will be 68.5% based on the two indicators on the variable. When converted into category intervals, student motivation for floor gymnastics learning falls into the high category. Thus, students of the Undiksha Penjaskesrek study program are advised to maintain and increase motivation in participating in the TP floor gymnastics learning in the Undiksha Penjaskesrek study program in the even semester of 2021/2022.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an ICT-TPACK-oriented learning video for grade VIII students for forward and back-roll tasks. This research and development study uses the ADDIE model. The study population consisted of 2,582 students with 501 samples of grade VIII from 8 public junior high schools in the Buleleng District. Closed questionnaires in the form of google forms and motion task validation sheets were used as instruments with quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed 1) 93% of students needed motion task videos, and 2) content expert scores on motion tasks reached 72 out of 75. In conclusion, 1) PE motion task videos on forward and back-roll material were needed by grade VIII students, and 2) the forward and back-roll tasks were valid. The motion tasks designed can be implemented by PE Junior High School teachers in Buleleng District.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop in corner-based gate-in exercise model for woodball. This development research aims to develop in corner-based gate-in exercise model in woodball. The development uses the Luther model which includes six stages, namely: concept stage, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The validation step of the angle-based gate-in exercise model in woodball sports adopts the Dick, Carey, and Carey formative evaluation model which includes four stages: expert or expert evaluation, individual trials, small group trials, and field trials. The trial subjects for the development of the angle-based gate-in exercise model were the experts, athletes at FOK Undiksha Singaraja, and the Singaraja Woodball Association. The field trial phase with pretest and posttest was to determine the effectiveness of the developed model. The t-test is used to determine the effectiveness of the model. The t-test resulted in a comparison of the average pretest and post-test scores. The results of this research, namely first, is development research that aims to develop a corner-based gate-in exercise model in woodball sports using the Luther model covering six stages, namely: concept stage, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and implementation. distribution. The content expert stated that the gate-in training model based on the shooting angle on woodball on the criteria was very good with a percentage gain of 96%. The responses to individual trials, small group trials, and large group trials were very good with percentage gains of 96%, 94.1%, and 93.6%, respectively. This means that the clarity of the material, attractiveness, and ease of use are appropriate for athletes to use.

Abstract

This study discusses ethnography and the values of character education at the Situntun Pencak Silat College in Banjar Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The Situntun Pencak Silat College is a long-established college, this makes the Situntun Pencak Silat College also known as the Traditional Pencak Silat College. However, until now there is no valid documentation and information from the pencak silat school of Situtun, so many people do not know about the existence of the Pencak Silat School of Situtun. This study aims to determine the existence of the pencak silat school of Situtun and its character education values so that it can publish or disseminate information and documents related to the Pencak Silat School of Situtun. This study uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach and uses interview techniques to collect data. The discussion in this article includes knowledge of the history of the Situntun Pencak Silat College from its inception, the ethnography of the Situntun Pencak Silat College, and the values of character education contained and applied to the Situntun Pencak Silat College. The results showed that the Situtun Pencak Silat College was founded in 1879 until now. Situntun pencak silat college has spread to villages and banjar villages. The values of character education have also been instilled since the beginning of the fighter starting practice. The school of pencak silat situntun is less active and even begins to dim and many people do not know about the existence of the pencak silat school of situtun. This study was conducted to determine the profile and character education of the Situtun Pencak Silat College. With this research, the martial arts college of Situtun can be known by many people. The results of this study can be used as study material to explore the ethnography of the Situntun pencak silat college, especially for the community in the village of Banjar Buleleng, and increase the character education values of the Situtun pencak silat school fighter.

Abstract

This study aims to reintroduce the profile and history of the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College located in Sukasada Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency to the wider community as well as the implementation of character education values at the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College. This type of research is qualitative research using an ethnographic approach. The professors, trainers, and fighters of the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College became the subjects of this research to obtain valid data. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation of data using 3 techniques, namely the participatory observational process, in-depth interviews, and document research. The research tool uses interview guidelines. The stages of data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and validation. The results showed that the Teratai Putih pencak silat College had existed since August 1971 and was chaired by professor Jero Nyoman Sudiadnyana along with 3 other people, namely Komang Pica, Made Duara and Gede Sujayasa, who in 1980 was officially registered at IPSI Buleleng. The application of the values of character education at the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College has been realized since the beginning of the establishment of this college.

Abstract

pplying the right training methods can lead to optimal athlete performance. The use of one training method is common, and the use of a combination of two training methods is something new in training. The purpose of this study was to reveal the effectiveness of the combination of split jump training as a plyometric exercise with short sprint training on the leg muscle power capacity and agility of volleyball players. The research method in this research is a quasi experiment involving 40 samples (age: 20.85 ± 0.89 years, height: 178.69 ± 6.51 cm, and weight: 72.47 ± 8.02 kg). This study used a modified randomized pre-test and post-test design without a control group. The population of this study were volleyball players at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha). Purposive sampling was chosen to determine the sample, namely 40 male student players.The sample was given training combining split jumps with short sprints for 4 weeks with details of 12 training sessions (3 times a week). The Jumpa DF and agility t-test were chosen as instruments to measure leg muscle power and agility. The collected data was analyzed using a paired t-test with a significance level of 5%. Before testing the hypothesis, start by testing the normality of the data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova test and the homogeneity of the data using Levene’s with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results achieved show that there is a significant influence on the leg muscle power (sig 0.05) and agility (sig 0.05) of volleyball players. Based on the results of this data analysis, it can be concluded that the combination of split jump and short sprint training for 4 weeks has a significant effect on the results of leg muscle power and agility in male volleyball players. Seeing the findings above, it is hoped that volleyball coaches can apply this training method, specifically in the pre-competition phase, which requires a short time to improve leg muscle strength and agility at the same time.
