Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk multimedia pembelajaran teknik dasar sikap berdiri dan teknik dasar kuda-kuda berbasis website berorientasi project based learning pada mata kuliah teori dan praktik pembelajaran pencak silat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan yaitu, 1) Penelitian awal dan pengumpulan data; 2) Perencanaan; 3) Pengembangan draf produk; 4) Uji coba lapangan awal; 5) Revisi hasil uji coba; 6) Uji coba lapangan utama; 7) Revisi produk; 8) Uji coba lapangan skala luas/uji kelayakan; 9) Revisi produk akhir; 10) Diseminasi dan implementasi, namun dibatasi sampai tahapan ke 9 dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Desain penelitian meliputi uji validitas ahli, uji coba produk, dan uji kepraktisan, dengan subjek penelitian yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FOK Undiksha. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji ahli isi mendapatkan skor 95% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli media mendapatkan skor 96% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli desain pembelajaran mendapatkan skor 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba perorangan mendapatkan skor 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan skor 90,9% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan skor 92,2% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji kepraktisan mendapatkan skor 92,4% dengan kualifikasi sangat praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran pencak silat materi teknik dasar sikap berdiri dan teknik dasar kuda-kuda.

Abstract

Background: Motion-based learning, especially Pencak Silat material taught at the Senior High School level always presents challenges for Physical Education (PE) Teachers. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards on students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat. Methods: Quasi-experimental was used as a research design by conducting pretest and posttest. There were 312 eleventh-grade students in this study, which was conducted at Senior High School of Laboratorium Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) and Senior High School 1 Sukasada. A simple random sampling technique was performed to select the sample of this study. One hundred twenty students were chosen as a research sample and divided into experimental and control groups. The data were collected by conducting pre-tests and post-tests. The instrument used in this study was the basic attitudes test of Pencak Silat. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively through inferential statistics (independent sample t-test) with the assistance of SPSS 22. Results: The results showed a significant difference between the post-test gained by the experimental group treated by project-based learning assisted with flashcards and the control group treated by conventional education. Sig proved it. (2-tailed) the post-test data was 0.01, indicating that the significant value was less than 0.05 as consideration. The effect size found through the calculation of Eta Squared proposed by Cohen was 0.08, categorized as a high level. Conclusion: It could be concluded that there was an effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards towards students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat since this study is focused on learning.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran membuat semangat dan minat belajar peserta didik menjadi menurun yang menyebabkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PJOK khususnya pada materi Passing. Selain itu, faktor yang mempengaruhi guru hanya terfokus pada teori saja, sehingga aktivitas fisik menjadi terbatas dan tidak berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media video pembelajaran materi passing bolavoli untuk kelas VIII SMP. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE meliputi 5 tahap yaitu: tahap analisis (analyze), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), penerapan (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pencatatan dokumen dan kuesioner. Prosedur validasi media video yaitu dengan uji ahli isi mata pelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran ahli praktisi lapangan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data berdasarkan tanggapan para ahli yaitu ahli isi pembelajaran 83% (baik), ahli media pembelajaran 93% (sangat baik) ahli desain pembelajaran 95% (sangat baik)dan ahli paraktisi lapangan 95% (sangat baik). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dengan model ADDIE materi passing bolavoli dikatakan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran atau digunakan sebagai referensi penelitian lebih lanjut. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu media video tutorial dapat digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan passing bola voli.

Abstract

Physical Education (PE) can improve special needs students’ skills, competencies, and accommodate social behaviours from several aspects, such as cognitive, motoric, and social aspects. Physical Education becomes an important and essential role in improving the special needs students’ quality of life. This study aims to provide a systematic and scientific reviews regarding to the improvement and positive impacts of Physical Education for special needs students. The findings of this study showed that: (1) The Importance of Physical Education for Special Needs Students and (2) The Improvement Skills of Special Needs Students through Physical Education. As the results, Physical Education gives a great and many opportunities to special needs students, which it caused by the improvement in the concentration and cognitive skills. On the other hands, it also gives various important things, such as stimulate the special needs students’ mindset, movements, and psychomotor.

Abstract

Current pupils have low achievement and poor massage learning skills. The purpose of the study was to ascertain how well Department of Physical Education students' cognitive learning accomplishment and sports massage abilities might be enhanced by the project-based learning model (PjBL) and self-efficacy. A post-test control group design was used in conjunction with a quasi-experimental design. There were 141 students in 6 classes in the Department of Physical Education. The samples for this study consisted of 4 groups (76 students), each of which had 19 students. The groups were formed based on self-efficacy and learning models. Multiple-choice tests were used to assess learning achievement, and a massage skills test was used to assess skills. The inferential statistical analysis of MANOVA was applied to the data analysis process. The findings indicated that the PjBL model and self-efficacy had a simultaneous and partial effect on improving cognitive learning achievement and sports massage skills; additionally, the PjBL had a greater impact on these outcomes than direct instruction; third, the high self-efficacy had a greater impact on these outcomes than the low self-efficacy; and finally, the interaction between the learning models (PjBL and direct instruction) with self-efficacy (high and low) had a significantly different effect on these outcomes. Therefore, the grouping of strong and low self-efficacy has varying effects on the learning model (PjBL and direct teaching) employed for cognitive learning achievement and sports massage abilities. In the Department of Physical Education, the PjBL model and self-efficacy are advised to enhance students' cognitive learning success and sports massage abilities.

Abstract

This Research and Development aims to develop interactive learning media in learning (PJOK) material for 100 meter short distance running athletics for class X students which is packaged in the form of a website. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire on a score scale. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the learning content expert test obtained a result of 93.3% (very valid), the learning design expert test obtained 100% (very valid), the learning media expert test obtained 98.4% (very valid). Furthermore, product development through individual trials obtained 98.7% (very valid), small group trials obtained 98% (very valid), large group trials obtained 97.9% (very valid). The conclusions obtained from this research and development were stated to be very feasible and usable. Suggestions to educators to implement interactive learning media for 100 meter short distance running packaged in website form on relevant PJOK subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalm kegian pengabdian ini yaitu Memberikan Pengetahuan, Pemahaman dan Keterampilan Kepada Para Pelatih Perguruan Pencak Silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komisariat Wilayah Buleleng tentang Penyusunan Program Latihan Berbasis Iptek Keolahragaan Melakukan pendampingan terhadap pelatih yang mengikuti Pelatihan dan pendampingan Para Pelatih Perguruan Pencak Silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komisariat Wilayah Buleleng tentang Penyusunan Program Latihan Berbasis Iptek Keolahragaan sehingga mampu menyusun program latihan dengan benar. Sasaran peserta kegiatan ini yaitu 5 orang pelatih perwakilan unit-unit latihan yang di bawah naungan PPS SMI Komwil Buleleng yang berjumlah 40 orang. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 September 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu pemberian materi, diskusi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan Pelatih PPS SMI Komwil Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng Memiliki permahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan terkait Penyusunan Program Latihan Berbasis Iptek Keolahragaan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the design, determine the validity of results and determine the practicality of learning media based on video tutorials on service techniques in the sepak takraw game at SMP Negeri 4 Kubucepatn. This development research was carried out through 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. The results of this development research show that: video tutorial-based learning media obtained validation percentage results from content/material experts of 96%, design experts of 86%, media experts of 93%, teacher/field practitioner expert responses of 98%, student responses namely the individual test obtained a percentage result of 99%, the small group test was 97%, the large group test was 96%, so it was declared to have very good validity, and obtained an assessment from the practicality test of 97% with a very good category qualification. Good. So it can be concluded that the learning media based on video tutorials on service techniques in the sepak takraw game is declared feasible and practical to use in learning activities.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan atau memperbaiki hasil pembelajaran yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh guru secara profesional yang akan diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar tes dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, hasil siklus I pada aspek pengetahuan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar 76,2% dan pada aspek keterampilan peserta didik mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar 81%. Setalah diberikan siklus II pada aspek pengetahuan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar 95,3% dan pada aspek keterampilan peserta didik yang mendapatkan kategori tuntas sebesar 90,7%. Berdasarkan hasil diatas menunjukan bahwa implementasi model pembelajarn Problem Based Learning ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar terhadap peserta didik kelas VI di SD Negeri 1 Mambal. Disarankan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan bagi pendidik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas, terutama pada materi pemecahan masalah dan untuk menunjang semangat serta kemampuan peserta didik dalam menganalisis dan berpikir kritis tentang materi yang diajarkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran teknik smash pada mata kuliah Teknik Praktik Tenis Lapangan berbasis website dan berorientasi pada pendekatan Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh tiga ahli, yaitu ahli isi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (Penjaskesrek), yang terlibat dalam uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar, serta uji kepraktisan produk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket menggunakan skala penilaian, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi dari ahli isi pembelajaran menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 98,0%, dari ahli desain sebesar 98,5%, dan dari ahli media sebesar 93,3%, yang seluruhnya termasuk dalam kategori "sangat baik". Pada tahap uji coba, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: uji coba perorangan sebesar 97,0%, uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 95,8%, dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 96,3%, semuanya juga termasuk dalam kategori "sangat baik". Selanjutnya, uji kepraktisan menghasilkan persentase sebesar 96,53%, dengan kualifikasi "sangat praktis". Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran teknik smash berbasis website dengan pendekatan problem-based learning ini layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar, serta berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Teknik PraktikTenis Lapangan.
