Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul pengaruh Etos Kerja Islami terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai dan Etos Kerja Islami pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jambi dan pengaruh Etos Kerja Islami terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan disebarkan pada 60 pegawai Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jambi. Aspek yang diteliti adalah Etos Kerja Islami yakni, Kerja Beraqidah, Kerja Berilmu, Kerja Berlandaskan Ilahi, Kerja Mengikuti Petunjuk Allah Subhana wa ta’ala, serta aspek kinerja yakni, Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana yang digunakan menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara Etos Kerja Islami dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil R-square juga menunjukan nilai yang mengartikan Etos Kerja Islami berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Digital security plays a crucial role in today's digital era. As the responsible and safe use of the internet becomes increasingly important, encouraging digital security is essential, especially among children and families. By understanding and implementing digital security measures, every individual can reduce the negative impact of digital threats, create a safer and more secure online environment, and protect themselves in the virtual world. Digital safety education aims to provide students with education regarding digital security and tips for keeping personal and parental data secure. The target audience for this program is students at Texmaco Elementary School in grades V and VI. Evaluation of the Digital safety Education program can be measured using questionnaires and tests. Students' thoughts and experiences can be obtained through interviews or group discussions. The results show that the activity received a positive response. Some of the students understood digital safety and how to keep their data secure and controlled. Through digital safety education, it is hoped that students will be able to obtain comprehensive information to prevent themselves from virtual world crimes in the form of personal data hacking.

Abstract

OPEFB is one source of natural fiber-based composites which have the potential to become activated carbon. This study aims to synthesize and characterize the activated carbon/alginate -Cu composite. The characterization used in this study is FTIR. The results of this study The synthesis of activated carbon/alginate -Cu composites began with a process of carbonization and activation with H3PO4 to produce Activated Carbon. Alginate using commercial alginate. Furthermore, the three ingredients were mixed until homogeneous and put into a 0.1M CuSO4 solution to produce beads. The characterization of FTIR characterization on the activated carbon/alginate-Cu composite contained the functional group OH group, triple C bond from stretching alkyne, C=C aromatic group, C-H alkane group, C-O group , the P=O stretching vibration of the P-O-C group and the alcohol OH group expressing the active carbon; there are functional groups of hydroxyl (OH), carboxyl, carbonyl, and C-O-C and “COOH bonds which represent alginate and there are OH functional groups, stretching C-H bonds, C-O stretching, stretching C-C. The KALg Cu13 sample had a peak at a wavelength of 2838.79 Cm-1 Where the four samples show the presence of C≡N groups

Abstract

Soft skills-based learning is very important to equip vocational high school students, one of which is entrepreneurship. This research aims to develop entrepreneurship learning through the menara berkah model. This research aims to develop entrepreneurship learning through the Menara Berkah model. This research is a type of development research including pre-development stage of the model, model development, and validation or model testing stage. The research sample amounted to 25 people from two vocational high schools in Palembang and Yogyakarta. While data collection techniques using mixed methods and data analysis using statistical tests. Based on the construct of the model content assessment results obtained an average of 4.45, this score indicates that all aspects are components that are feasible to be used as material or content of entrepreneurship-based learning management models in the catering expertise competency. The Menara Berkah model is proven to be effective and applicable, with an average achievement of 4.76%, this indicates that this model can be used and can make it easier, especially in entrepreneurship-based learning. The results also show six competencies that must be possessed by students, namely: technical skills, decision making, organizational skills, marketing and financial management, risk taking, creativity, and innovation.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan kecenderungan pembelian impulsif pada dewasa awal melalui peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi berbasis pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dan mindfulness. Sasaran kegiatan adalah anggota Karang Taruna RW 21 Kelurahan Gilingan, Surakarta, yang rentan terhadap pembelian impulsif akibat tekanan emosional dan pengaruh media digital. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama empat hari dalam dua minggu dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Intervensi mencakup psikoedukasi, latihan deep breathing, grounding 5-4-3-2-1, journaling emosi, delay buying 24 jam, dan positive self-talk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor regulasi emosi dan penurunan kecenderungan pembelian impulsif meskipun belum signifikan secara statistik. Evaluasi peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi (rata-rata 93%) dan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap hubungan antara emosi dan perilaku belanja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan regulasi emosi dapat menjadi langkah preventif sebagai upaya mengurangi kecenderungan pembelian impulsif pada dewasa awal di era digital.

Abstract

Quality education is a major requirement that must be met. Education should be given from an early age, because at that age should be grown to develop children's creativity. The problem is that many PAUD institutions fail to implement Total quality management. Where measures such as quality planing, quality control and quality importvment have not been optimized properly. Departing from that, it is interesting to see the extent to which the quality management is integrated when applied in the PAUD institution. This study aims to describe and analyze critically and to know the Implementation of TQM in PAUD institutions in Play Group IT Harapan Mulia Palembang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection tool that is: observation, documentation, and interview. So found some findings in the research location that illustrates that the implementation of TQM in PAUD institutions become very necessary in supporting the quality of institutions, educators and students.Key Words ; Total Quality Management, Early Childhood Education and Development

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of integrated science learning on improving problem-solving and communication skills of prospective teachers. The research method is a non-equivalent group design experiment. This study involved 95 prospective teachers from three universities in Java. Communication data was measured using an observation sheet and problem-solving data was measured using a descriptive test instrument. The instrument has been assessed by experts in the field of science learning. The 21-item descriptive test instrument meets the assumption of the mean square MNSQ fit models in the range of 0.77-1.33. The data collection techniques used were tests and observations. The instruments used were problem-solving tests and observation sheets. The data analysis techniques used were independent t-tests. The results of this study showed differences in problem-solving skills and communication skills of students who used modules and those who did not. Based on the significance value, it is concluded that there is a difference between the control class and the experimental class based on significance value < 0.05. The achievement of prospective science teachers is good. The aspects of understanding, planning, and solving problems are good. However, the evaluation thinking aspect is not optimal. The communication achievement skills of seven aspects, namely messages, message forms, channels, noise, context, impact, and ethics are good. Meanwhile, the competency aspect is not optimal.
