Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia sekolah dasar (SD) merupakan tahap kritis dalam pembentukan dasar pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran adalah penerapan pembelajaran teknologi informasi komputer. Metode penelitian melibatkan sejumlah siswa SD yang terlibat dalam program pembelajaran komputer selama periode tertentu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, penerapan pembelajaran komputer juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar. Hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan minat, kepercayaan diri, dan ketertarikan terhadap pembelajaran. Faktor-faktor ini secara positif berkontribusi terhadap partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif. Penelitian ini memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran komputer pada anak SD, membuka peluang untuk pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan efektif. penerapan pembelajaran komputer ini membantu pengambil kebijakan, guru, dan orang tua dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan anak-anak pada tahap awal pendidikan mereka. siswa juga dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan mempraktekkan nya secara langsung mengunakan Microsoft Word.

Abstract

Penerimaan peserta didik baru merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional Sekolah Dasar. Proses ini seringkali melibatkan sejumlah kendala baik bagi calon siswa maupun pihak sekolah dalam pelaksanaan manualnya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengembangkan sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) berbasis website guna memberikan kemudahan bagi calon peserta didik saat mendaftar dan memungkinkan pihak sekolah untuk mengumumkan hasil penerimaan dengan cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode prototype, yang bertujuan untuk merancang sistem secara iteratif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi sekolah yang ingin menerapkan sistem PPDB online, memastikan bahwa calon peserta didik memahami alur dan proses pendaftaran dengan baik.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of human resource development strategies in enhancing the performance of educational staff through the deployment of Academic Information System version 4.0 at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Balikpapan. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach conducted during April-May 2025, the study involved 10 informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis, subsequently analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model with NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings demonstrate that Siakad 4.0 implementation significantly enhanced work efficiency. Human resource development strategies encompassing technical training, soft skills development, and managerial competency strengthening contributed substantially to successful system adaptation. Primary supporting factors included management support, system quality, and organizational learning culture. However, challenges emerged including interface complexity, limited continuous training opportunities, and change resistance. The research underscores the critical importance of integrating human resource development with information technology for higher education organizational transformation..

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) di Desa Banyu Urip, Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin, bertujuan meningkatkan perekonomian pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing. Pelaku UMKM di desa ini masih memasarkan produk secara konvensional dan belum familiar dengan teknologi digital. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan dasar digital marketing, pembuatan konten promosi, pendampingan pengelolaan akun media sosial, serta pembuatan video promosi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan produk secara digital, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya visibilitas dan permintaan terhadap produk mereka. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan akses internet diatasi dengan pendekatan praktis dan partisipatif. Program ini membuktikan bahwa strategi digital marketing sangat efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM desa serta mendorong transformasi ekonomi berbasis teknologi secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran digital di kalangan pelajar SMP tentang bahaya perjudian online yang semakin marak di era digital. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan remaja, terutama dalam penggunaan internet. Minimnya literasi digital membuat sebagian pelajar rentan terhadap pengaruh negatif seperti keterlibatan dalam perjudian online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, dan pemutaran video edukatif di SMP YP Ar-Rachma, Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum sosialisasi dilaksanakan, sebagian besar siswa belum sepenuhnya memahami risiko perjudian online dari sisi hukum, sosial, maupun psikologis. Setelah pelaksanaan edukasi literasi digital secara interaktif, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadap bahaya perjudian online. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam memberikan pemahaman dan perlindungan kepada generasi muda dari dampak negatif perkembangan teknologi digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Internal Locus of Control on Self-Development Motivation through Women's Violence Prevention Training at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service of Jayapura Regency. This study was quantitative. The population in this study were female participants who had participated in women's violence prevention training activities with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The data processing technique used in this study was SEM-PLS with the Smart PLS 3.0 application with Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and internal locus of control have a significant positive effect on women's violence prevention training. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on self-development motivation, while internal locus of control has a positive but insignificant effect on self-development motivation. Women's violence prevention training has a significant positive effect on self-development motivation. Self-efficacy and internal locus of control have a significant positive effect on self-development motivation through women's violence prevention training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance at the Makassar Hajj Dormitory UPT by focusing on the factors of human resource (HR) development, compensation, work environment, leadership, and work motivation. A quantitative research approach was employed through a survey of all employees at UPT Asrama Haji Makassar. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with 147 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that HR development, work environment, and leadership have a positive and significant influence on both employee motivation and performance, while compensation has a negative and significant effect. Furthermore, work motivation shows a negative influence on employee performance. The results also indicate that HR development, compensation, work environment, and leadership affect employee performance indirectly through work motivation as a mediating variable. This study emphasizes the importance of HR development strategies, supportive work environments, and effective leadership in improving employee performance at UPT Asrama Haji Makassar. Conversely, inappropriate compensation systems tend to reduce employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training and personality on employee job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, Sentani Branch Office. The research was conducted at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, Sentani Branch Office, over a period of two months, from May to June 2025. The population and sample in this study consisted of 70 employees from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, Sentani Branch. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the research subjects. The statistical method used to test the hypotheses was Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis showed that training has a positive and significant effect on motivation; personality has a positive and significant effect on motivation; training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; personality has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction; employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable; and personality has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and determine the agility of human resources associated with work-life balance factors and work stress at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was the snowball sampling technique so that 6 informants were obtained. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with case study data types. Data analysis used the help of the Nvivo application. The results of this study indicate that the concept of HR agility can be observed in various aspects of individual work attitudes and behaviors. First, there is a positive impact on work-life balance if someone is agile at work. Work-life balance which is described as a balance of work that can be completed well but still maintains balance with personal life is achieved in the organization because HR is able to adapt to change and focus on their tasks. Second, work stress has a negative impact on HR agility. High work demands and pressures cause HR to experience work stress, causing them to not be agile at work.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, tentunya karyawan dituntut untuk memaksimalkan kinerja yang dia miliki. Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang paling penting untuk diperhatikan dalam sebuah perusahaan, karena dapat mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan dan kemajuan perusahaan dalam suatu persaingan yang semain ketat. Oleh karena itu didalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan pemimpin harus memperhatikan serta menerepkan gaya kepemimpinan yang mereka miliki dan lebih meningkatkan lagi lingkungan kerja didalam perusahaan. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengelolahan kuesioner melalui SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula, sedangkan hasil penelitian lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika lingkungan kerja baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula. Adapun hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula.
