Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Mahasiswa menemui dosen untuk meminta dosen membubuhkan tanda tangan dokumen administrasi mereka. Meski demikian, kasus pemalsuan tanda tangan tetap terjadi di Universitas Bina Darma. Masalah ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian materi dan termasuk kategori tindak pidana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat desain interface Sistem Informasi Layanan Administrasi (SILASTRI) dengan menerapkan teori psikologi warna, prinsip Gestalt dengan user experience yang baik. SILASTRI dirancang untuk mendukung layanan administrasi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype yang terdiri dari communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype dan deployment delivery & feedback. Metode prototype membuktikan kelayakan teknis dan memvalidasi kegunaan tampilan user interface dengan melakukan perkiraan dari suatu software sehingga jika terdapat kekurangan bisa segera diperbaiki. Berdasarkan hasil usability testing menggunakan Maze yang telah di uji coba oleh 70 orang responden diperoleh nilai maze usability sebesar 89 serta nilai perhitungan SUS sebesar 88 yang masuk kategori good. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan rancangan UI/UX aplikasi SILASTRI dengan menerapkan perspektif psikologi memiliki interface dan user experience yang diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi ini membuktikan bahwa desain tampilan SILASTRI sudah siap dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine management development strategies for the excellence of private higher education in LLDIKTI IX. The sample in this study was 389 out of 17,589 lecturers working in 328 private universities in the LLDIKTI IX area. The statistical tools used for partial least square analysis with the Structural Equation Method and descriptive statistics. It was found that Development Academic, Curriculum Development, Support Career, and Development Education Have a significant impact on the Performance of Lecturers while Expansion of Education and Developing Competence have no significant impact. Development of Academics, Support Career, and Development of Education Have a significant impact and the Performance of Lecturers' Excellence Competition, while Expansion of Education, Curriculum Development, and Developing Competence have no significant impact on the Excellence competition in private universities in the LLDIKTI IX area.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on lecturer performance at state universities and private universities in Makassar city. The method used is quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 as a processing data tool. The total sample in this study was 60, consisting of 30 lecturers at a state university and 30 lecturers at a private university. The research results in the conclusion in this study leadership which indicators (clarity of vision and mission, achievement of vision and mission, optimism, confidence, agility, setting an example, and delegation of authority) have a positive and significant impact partial and simultaneous test. The work of lecturers at state and private universities in the three teaching areas of education, research and publication, and community service is closely linked to making higher education more competitive. Leadership abilities in developing competence and commitment also heavily impact lecturer performance. Leadership who can set an example, act swiftly, delegate authority well, and maintain a high degree of optimism can enhance professor performance in public and private colleges.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini telah banyak diadopsi oleh beberapa lembaga pendidikan, dimana teknologi dimanfaatkan sebagai penunjang untuk proses pembelajaran seperti contoh perangkat ajar, dan elearning adalah merupakan contoh pemanfaatan teknologi pada dunia pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah perangkat ajar untuk mata pelajaran matematika yang nantinya bisa digunakan untuk anak tingkat sekolah dasar, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dari metode ini antara lain pengumpulan kebutuhan, membangun prototyping, evaluasi prototyping, mengkodekan sistem, menguji sistem, evaluasi sistem, menggunakan sistem Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswa tingkat SD (sekolah Dasar) dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru dalam metode belajar yang baru yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat bantu belajar dirumah ataupun disekolah. Serta dapat melatih kemampuan siswa-siswi SD dalam menggunakan teknologi yang lebih canggih.

Abstract

Mata kuliah Basis data merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa perguruan tinggi, terlebih lagi untuk mahasiswa yang mengambil konsentrasi bidang komputer, dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan mata kuliah ini seharusnya difasilitasi dengan alat bantu yang dapat digunakan oleh dosen ataupun mahasiswa dalam proses belajar agar belajar tidak monoton. Hal inilah yang mendorong peneliti untuk mengembangkan suatu metode ajar yang baru bagi mahasiswa untuk matakuliah basis data dengan membangun sebuah perangkat lunak ajar yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif belajar. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan ADDIE. Dimana tahapannya terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dengan dibangunnya perangkat lunak ajar Basis Data ini mahasiswa dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai Basis Data sesuai dengan materi ajar yang diberikan oleh dosennya, selain itu mahasiswa juga dapat melatih kemampuan dengan mengerjakan soal-soal ujian yang terdapat pada perangkat lunak ajar tersebut.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited number of studies integrating Design Thinking, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Innovation within a single conceptual framework for sustainability innovation. However, these three approaches have the potential to support more sustainable and human-centered organizational transformation. This study aims to identify dominant themes, conceptual relationships, research trends, and literature gaps related to the integration of these three concepts. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review with the PRISMA 2020 framework and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer on 55 articles published between 2010 and 2025. The results show that sustainability innovation studies are still dominated by the themes of resource efficiency, sustainable manufacturing, and industrial process optimization. However, the development of themes such as human-centered design, stakeholder engagement, Industry 5.0, and collaborative innovation ecosystems indicates a shift towards a more participatory sustainability paradigm. This study concludes that Design Thinking plays a role as an approach capable of connecting technology-based sustainability goals with collaborative innovation processes. These findings contribute to strengthening the conceptual framework for sustainability innovation and provide implications for the development of more inclusive organizational transformation strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of research on the integration of design thinking in the digital transformation process of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the platform economy era, while also developing a more integrated conceptual model. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method combined with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The findings show that studies on design thinking, digital transformation, and the platform economy are still developing separately and have not been widely integrated into a comprehensive conceptual framework. The bibliometric visualization indicates the dominance of keywords such as “Indonesia,” “digital transformation,” and “design thinking,” as well as the emergence of new themes such as QRIS and artificial intelligence in recent publications. Based on these findings, this study proposes a conceptual model entitled “Design Thinking–Driven MSME Transformation,” which connects the understanding of user needs, digital strategy, and the utilization of platform ecosystems. This model is expected to enrich theoretical development while also serving as a practical reference for MSMEs in addressing the challenges of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of consumers as innovation partners in the co-creation innovation approach through the implementation of design thinking. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review guided by PRISMA, involving articles obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, and Emerald Publishing from 2010 to 2024. Of the 40 articles identified, 20 were selected as the main sources. The findings show that co-creation innovation strengthens the effectiveness of design thinking through consumer involvement in the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Consumers act as sources of ideas, development participants, solution testers, and innovation evaluators. This approach enhances innovation relevance, consumer engagement, customer loyalty, and co-learning processes. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including variations in consumer participation, multi-stakeholder coordination, limited resources, and the suboptimal use of digital technology. This study contributes to integrating the concepts of co-creation innovation, consumer engagement, value co-creation, and design thinking into a systematic review.
