Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the field of communication information technology services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. In running its business, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has used technology to run its business. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has several divisions that are ready to work in accordance with existing procedures. It is expected that the existence of Human Resources (HR) that is owned now can provide added value to the company PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang. The current Human Resources, in the use of technology at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang is still not optimal. Given this problem, this research was made using the Ward and Peppard method, with several analytical techniques using PEST and Value Chain techniques to analyze the internal and external environment of the business, SWOT to analyze the internal and external environments of SI and IT, and McFarlan Strategic Grid for mapping application portfolio. This research is expected to improve performance or service for customers in accordance with the company's business goals.

Abstract

The application of knowlegde management can benefits to the company and improving employee performance. The application of knowlegde management has been recognized as an important instrument for achieving the specific objectives of corporate organizations and so as to maintain economic growth and competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge management systems on employee performance at PT Global Infotech Solution. This type of research that is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Researchers used this sampling technique because the total population of 55 respondents. To conduct data analysis, data processing is carried out using path analysis. The results showed that organizational support significantly influenced employee performance. In addition to organizational support factors, knowledge management factors also have a significant impact on employee performance. Knowledge management is influenced by the support of corporate organizations. Knowledge management interventions in improving employee performance obtained significant results, so companies can use knowledge management systems that can improve employee performance. Companies can use knowledge management as a major element in the management of strategies and processes. The main indicator in developing knowledge management is an innovative corporate culture and always able to adapt to technological developments is the main key.

Abstract

PT Global Infotech Solutions is a company engaged in the field of IT solutions. The company does business by becoming an IT consultant or providing solutions to every customer who has problems including software, hardware and networking systems. Information technology is supporting business in the company, so IT risks can occur at any time. Seeing this problem, management / managing risk is the right way to minimize the potential losses incurred. Therefore, in this study the authors conducted risk management of information technology using COBIT 5. The measurement results of capability level that PT Global Infotech Solutions is at level 1 in managing risk according to the APO12 domain. There are several recommendations given so that risk management can run well.

Abstract

The information system used must be balanced with the correct processing to support business processes and become an operational supporter of the organization. In caryyng out business process there are several factors that must be considered by the company, not only focusing on the use of information technology that supports business processes, but the company must be able to focus on maintenance, monitoring and management. Therefore, researchers use the Monitor, Evaluate and Assess domains. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of information technology maturity at Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Salatiga. The research methodology is a qualitative method, by collecting data and interviews with informants. The results of this study are to determine the level of maturity of Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Salatiga and provide recommendations, so that the application of information technology can be better.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini membuat persaingan bisnis tidak dapat dihindari dan itu merupakan suatu hal yang wajar untuk kelanjutan perkembangan suatu perekonomian. Suatu organisasi atau perusahaan berlomba untuk menciptakan suatu inovasi yang bertujuan untuk memperebut dan memperjuangkan pangsa pasar.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa proses perencanaan strategi pada PO. Royal Safari dan menganalisa kondisi seca jelas dan spesifik. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasI merupakan suatu proses analisis perusahaan baik internal perusahaan maupun lingkungan di sekitar perusahaan, hingga dapat menghasilkan strategi dalam sistem informasi bagi suatu perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang datanya dalam bentuk verbal dan analisis tanpa menggunakan teknik statistik. Dengan adanya perencanan strategi yang baik dan matang akan memberikan kesiapan untuk menghadapi persaingan dan tantangan.

Abstract

In this digital era, education needs to adapt and use IT' advantage to innovate and not to be left behind. One of the private high schools in Jayapura City that uses IS/IT to support business processes is SMA YPK Diaspora. They haven't fully implemented the integrated IS in managing the school. They applied IS only in a few divisions and aren't yet fully effective. The research purpose is to create strategic planning of IS in supporting the IS/IT application. The key in implementing IS/IT is strategic planning which isn't just a school strategy but needs to be integrated with IS/IT strategic planning that is in line with the technology needs in every activity. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method and several analytical tools, namely Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, Porter's Five Force Model Analysis, and McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis. This research includes several recommendations, namely IS/IT application portfolio recommendations, suggestions for upgrading existing IS, establishing an IS/IT division, and performing IS/IT infrastructure maintenance. Recommendations for IS/IT application portfolio are School SIM, E-Raport, E-Library, IS Library, and IS Alumni. The implementation of IS is recommended in stages over four years and adjusted to the conditions of SMA YPK Diaspora.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan BARENLITBANGDA Kabupaten Semarang, diterapkanlah Sistem Informasi yang berguna untuk memenuhi tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dilakukannya evaluasi kinerja Sistem Informasi pada organisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah resiko–resiko yang terjadi dalam pengolahan data yang ada. Domain yang akan digunakan sebagai alat ukur evaluasi adalah domain Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) COBIT 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan Sistem Informasi pada BARENLITBANGDA Kabupaten Semarang berada pada level kematangan 3 (Defined). Artinya secara umum prosedur SI/TI sudah dijalankan dan sudah menggunakan TI untuk menunjang operasionalnya akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih bergantung pada individu yang paham akan IT.Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerj, Maturity Leve, Monito, Evaluate and assess, COBIT 5

Abstract

RESTFul WS merupakan sebuah gaya arsitektur yang diadopsi dari konsep REST dengan tujuan yakni sebagai penghubung antara sumber daya dan client. Komunikasi RESTFul memanfaatkan protocol HTTP, dimana dalam HTTP terdapat method yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi yang dapat disesuaikan dengan operasi-operasi yang digunakan dari sisi client yakni operasi CRUD (CREATE, READ, UPDATE, DELETE). Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yakni berupa hasil eksperimen dalam membangun RESTFul STARS. Cakupan dalam uraian tersebut antara lain berupa kolaborasi antar system dan mekanisme interaksi yang dibangun dalam menjawab kebutuhan aplikasi STARS. Sistem dibangun menggunakan pendekatan REST yang mengandalkan protocol HTTP dalam membangun interaksi antara client dan server dimana terdapat rancangan model RESTFul yang dibangun dan mencakup komunikasi dan arsitektur RESTFul. Adapun terdapat tiga tahapan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya, yakni tahap Requirements, Analysis, Design dan Implementation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat korelasi yang telah disesuaikan antara Metode HTTP (POST, GET, PUT, DELETE) dan operasi CRUD dan batasan dalam membangun RESTFul terutama untuk STARS yang mengacu pada Uniform Interface, Connectedness, Self-Describing Messages dan Stateless Interactions.Kata Kunci : web Service, Restful, Sistem Informasi, Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

XYZ is one of the branch offices of banking subsidiaries in Indonesia that focuses on providing leasing facilities, investment and working capital. As a company, PT. XYZ is inseparable in the use of information technology which gives rise to various possible risks that exist. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of information technology risk management in PT. XYZ. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help PT. XYZ in identifying possible risks that occur to the company, as well as actions that must be taken in the face of such risks. The framework used in this study is the ISO 31000 framework. Based on the results of this study, 13 possible risks that have low risk levels (R01, R02, R03, R04, R05, R07, R08, R12, R13, R15, R16, R20 and R21 ), 6 possible risks that have medium risk levels (R06, R09, R10, R11, R14 and R18), as well as 2 possible risks that have high risk levels (R17 and R19). In addition, a risk treatment proposal was produced that can be used as a reference by PT. XYZ to minimize losses caused by these risks.

Abstract

PT. Bangkit Anugerah Bersama is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on distributing medical devices to various pharmacies in major cities in Indonesia, in carrying out its business processes PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama has implemented information technology and continues to grow to create innovations. innovation in utilizing technology, in this case, it is necessary to design IT governance at PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama, so this research was made which aims to design IT governance using COBIT 2019 so that business processes and IT implementation can run in harmony. The method used in this research is descriptive by conducting interviews with IT staff at PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama. The analysis of the design of information technology governance in this study uses a design toolkit that includes 10 design factors from COBIT 2019. Based on the research conducted, it produces a design of information technology governance with a total of 4 domains that are important for the company, this is taken from sub-sections that have value ≥ 50 of them are BAI06, BAI03, BAI11 and BAI02.
