Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death in women worldwide. Early detection through Sadari (Breast Self-Examination) relies heavily on an individual's understanding of risk factors. Adolescent girls are a target group for health education strategies to prevent delayed diagnosis in the future. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of adolescent girls regarding breast cancer risk factors at Mas Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jayaan. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at Mas Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jaya, with a sample size of 20 female students. The sample size was selected using the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique, which involves random sampling without regard to strata within the population. This method is used when the population is considered homogeneous. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed univariately to determine frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a knowledge level in the poor category, with the results obtained amounting to 5.6 (46.66%). Most respondents were unaware that disease and menstrual disorders are risk factors for breast cancer. Furthermore, respondents had not received information about breast cancer from health professionals. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of adolescent girls about breast cancer risk factors in Mas Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jaya remains in the poor category. More intensive promotional efforts are needed from schools and health professionals through counseling or digital information media to increase awareness of adolescent girls regarding breast health.

Abstract

Ketersediaan data regional yang akurat dan administrasi lingkungan yang teratur sangat penting untuk mendukung pelayanan publik di tingkat kecamatan. Di Padukuhan Madigondo, peta regional yang ada sudah usang dan penomoran rumah belum terorganisir secara seragam, sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pengumpulan data penduduk dan penyampaian layanan. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketertiban lingkungan melalui pemetaan kecamatan dan penomoran rumah secara sistematis disertai dengan pengumpulan data penduduk. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi lapangan, koordinasi dengan pejabat kecamatan dan pemimpin lingkungan, pengolahan peta digital menggunakan AutoCAD dan CorelDraw yang didukung oleh citra Google Earth, dan pemasangan langsung nomor rumah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peta cetak yang diperbarui berhasil dipasang di tujuh pos keamanan, nomor rumah dipasang di 209 rumah, dan data kartu keluarga beserta jumlah anggota keluarga didokumentasikan secara sistematis. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa program tersebut secara efektif meningkatkan identifikasi alamat dan memperkuat ketertiban administrasi lokal di Padukuhan Madigondo. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi pemetaan regional dan penomoran rumah memberikan manfaat praktis untuk pengelolaan data lingkungan dan mendukung pelayanan masyarakat yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Background: Low exclusive breastfeeding rates are driven by maternal stress, fatigue, and low confidence, which hinder milk production. Non-pharmacological interventions are essential to enhance production. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in nursing mothers. Method: The study design used a quasi-experimental two-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 32 breastfeeding mothers with infants aged 0–6 months, selected using consecutive sampling, with 16 respondents in each intervention group. The hypnobreastfeeding and oxytocin massage interventions were given for 15–20 minutes per day for 10 days. Breast milk production was measured through the frequency of urination and the increase in infant weight. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test. Results: The results showed the average weight of infants in the hypnobreastfeeding group was 5826.255 grams, while that in the oxytocin massage group was 6080.00 grams (p=0.001). The frequency of urination in the hypnobreastfeeding group was 8.71 times and in the oxytocin massage group was 8.81 times (p=0.000). Conclusion: Hypnobreastfeeding and oxytocin massage are effective in increasing breast milk production, but oxytocin massage results in a higher increase in infant weight gain, making it more recommended to support successful breastfeeding.

Abstract

Research This aim optimizing assessment based on character in learning Sociology through Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was implemented in two cycles against 30 students class X of Swadhipa High School Natar , South Lampung. Every cycle covering stage planning , action , observation , and reflection with intervention in the form of learning collaborative and projects based issue social assessors indicator Work same , responsibility responsibility , empathy , honesty , and caring social . Data collected through observation sheet evaluation characters , and documentation , then analyzed in a way descriptive quantitative and qualitative . Research results show improvement significant internalization character student from 60.7% in Cycle I to 82.0% in Cycle II, exceeding criteria success (≥75%), with Work The same as aspect highest (86.7%). Findings This confirm that assessment is based on character effective in strengthen strengthening character student in learning Sociology . Implications study This show that application of assessment based on character can become an assessment strategy integrative alternative for teachers in evaluate at a time grow values social student through learning contextual and reflective in the classroom.

Abstract

Despite numerous studies showing correlations between various factors and biology learning outcomes, comprehensive synthesis on the specific role of intrapersonal intelligence in biology education remains limited, particularly regarding the psychological mechanisms underlying this relationship. This study aimed to systematically review and synthesize existing research on the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and students' biology learning outcomes in schools. This systematic review analyzed ten national and international research articles published between 2020 and 2025, obtained from the Google Scholar database. The findings reveal a consistent positive correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and students' biology learning outcomes across various educational levels, with correlation coefficients ranging from r = 0.35 to r = 0.47. Furthermore, the review highlights several psychological and pedagogical mechanisms, including internal motivation, metacognitive regulation, reflective problem solving, and adaptive learning, through which intrapersonal intelligence enhances learning outcomes. These results emphasize the importance of integrating intrapersonal intelligence development into biology instruction to foster students’ autonomy, motivation, and conceptual understanding. The practical implication suggests the need for educators to design reflective and self regulated learning strategies to optimize biology learning performance.Abstrak. Studi yang ada telah menunjukkan korelasi antara berbagai faktor dengan hasil belajar biologi, namun sintesis komprehensif mengenai peran spesifik kecerdasan intrapersonal dalam pendidikan biologi masih terbatas, terutama terkait mekanisme psikologis yang mendasarinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau dan mensintesis secara sistematis penelitian yang ada mengenai hubungan antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dan hasil belajar biologi siswa di sekolah. Tinjauan sistematis ini menganalisis sepuluh artikel penelitian nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, yang diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar. Hasil tinjauan mengungkapkan adanya korelasi positif yang konsisten antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dan hasil belajar biologi di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, dengan koefisien korelasi berkisar antara r = 0,35 hingga r = 0,47. Selain itu, tinjauan ini menyoroti beberapa mekanisme psikologis dan pedagogis, termasuk motivasi internal, regulasi metakognitif, pemecahan masalah reflektif, dan pembelajaran adaptif, sebagai jalur peningkatan hasil belajar. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan pengembangan kecerdasan intrapersonal ke dalam pengajaran biologi untuk meningkatkan otonomi, motivasi, dan pemahaman konseptual siswa. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya pendidik merancang strategi pembelajaran reflektif dan teregulasi diri guna mengoptimalkan kinerja belajar biologi.
