Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial condition of the Blue Bird Tbk company for 2018 - 2022 using the Altman Z-Score Bankruptcy Prediction Analysis with a modified formula. The data analyzed is secondary data in the form of company financial report data for 2018 - 2022. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach and documentation data collection. The research results show that in the Modified Altman Z-Score, PT Blue Bird Tbk for 2018 - 2022 is predicted to be Non Financial Distress, this indicates that there are no financial difficulties faced by the company.

Abstract

Perkembangan keterampilan motorik kasar yang optimal memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti kemampuan anak untuk menguasai gerakan kompleks yang umumnya sulit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kota Medan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan dengan cara mengamati secara langsung dan sistematis fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas anak dalam kelompok usia tersebut menunjukkan perkembangan yang sesuai dengan standar yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan keputusan No. 467/KMK.01/2014 mengenai pengelolaan kinerja di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan. Salah satu upaya manajemen kinerja yang dilakukan Kementerian Keuangan adalah dengan melakukan penerapan sistem Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pada tahun 2015. BSC sendiri berperan membantu mengubah tujuan strategis menjadi tindakan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk membantu organisasi meningkatkan kinerja. Hal ini dilakukan dengan dasar empat perspektif yang dimiliki BSC, yaitu perspektif financial, customers, internal process, dan learning and growth activities. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Balanced Scorecard mempengaruhi manajemen kinerja di Kementerian Keuangan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi literatur atau kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan menelusuri berbagai sumber, antara lain buku, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai penerapan kebijakan sistem Balanced Scorecard dalam manajemen kinerja Kementerian Keuangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem Balanced Scorecard sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik dan cukup menunjang pencapaian visi misi Kementerian Keuangan. Adapun hal tersebut didasarkan pada skor sebesar 3,35 dari skala 1-5 yang diperoleh Kementerian Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi dan proses dalam membangun brand yang efektif pada produk Astanana. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti mewawancarai owner pemilik brand astanana secara langsung. Dengan melakukan wawancara dan analisis, peneliti berhasil memperoleh hasil data yang mendalam, menggambarkan perspektif dan pengalaman langsung dari responden terkait dalam membangun brand. AstaNana lahir dari perpaduan filosofi budaya lokal dan visi modern untuk menciptakan produk yang tidak hanya berkualitas tetapi juga menyampaikan pesan positif kepada pelanggan. Ide Awal dan Inspirasi Brand terinspirasi oleh kebutuhan akan produk yang tidak hanya fungsional namun juga memiliki nilai emosional. Para pendiri AstaNana ingin menciptakan sesuatu yang lebih dari sekedar produk fisik: simbol harapan dan kebahagiaan bagi pelanggannya. Hasil menunjukan bahwa bisnis kripik pisang Astanana memiliki potensi besar, namun perlu strategi tepat agar berkembang pesat. Strategi tersebut antara lain mempertimbangkan logo yang menarik dan kemasan yang eye-catching untuk menonjolkan kualitas dan keunikan kripik pisang, meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dengan manfaatkan media sosial untuk menjangkau target pasar, eksplorasi lebih banyak varian rasa baru, juga inovasi produk untuk mempertahankan daya tarik. Selain itu, kerja sama dengan influencer makanan juga bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan strategi yang tepat dan konsisten, AstaNana bisa menjadi brand kripik pisang terkemuka. Kata Kunci: strategi bisnis; membangun brand; astanana   Abstract This research aims to examine the strategies and processes in building an effective brand for Astanana products. The method used is a qualitative approach where the researcher interviewed the owner of the Astanana brand directly. By conducting interviews and analysis, researchers succeeded in obtaining in-depth data results, describing the perspectives and direct experiences of respondents related to building brands. AstaNana was born from a combination of local cultural philosophy and a modern vision to create products that are not only of high quality but also convey a positive message to customers. Initial Idea and Inspiration for the Brand was inspired by the need for a product that was not only functional but also had emotional value. AstaNana's founders wanted to create something more than just a physical product: a symbol of hope and happiness for its customers. The results show that the Astanana banana chips business has great potential, but it needs the right strategy to grow rapidly. These strategies include considering an attractive logo and eye-catching packaging to highlight the quality and uniqueness of banana chips, improving marketing strategies by utilizing social media to reach the target market, exploring more new flavor variants, as well as product innovation to maintain appeal. Apart from that, collaborating with food influencers can also be a consideration to expand market reach. With the right and consistent strategy, AstaNana can become a leading banana chip brand.  Keywords: business strategy; building brands; astanana

Abstract

Santong Mulia Village is one of 10 villages located in Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency which has a high risk of earthquake disasters. To face earthquake disasters, disaster preparedness and mitigation are needed. The method of activity carried out is conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and socialization. Participants in community empowerment activities are the hamlet head of Santong Mulia village, the Village Disaster Preparedness Team (TSBD), BPD and the community. The activity was carried out on Tuesday 9 January 2024 at the Community Evacuation Center (PEM) building in Santong Mulia village. This activity aims to increase preparedness capacity and increase community participation in disaster mitigation, especially earthquakes. The result of this community empowerment activity is increased awareness and preparedness of the Santong Mulia Village Community regarding disaster mitigation. Activities that have been carried out include socialization regarding village disaster documents, destana development, inclusive disaster management and earthquake-resistant houses. The results of data processing from 10 respondents showed that before holding the socialization, 54% of the community already had knowledge about disaster preparedness and mitigation, while the other 46% did not have the knowledge. This happens because of the lack of education to the public regarding disaster preparedness and mitigation. After holding the outreach, the community's knowledge regarding disaster preparedness and mitigation changed to 100% of the community having knowledge about disasters and disaster mitigation. The relative growth results show an increase in public knowledge regarding disasters and disaster mitigation by 85.19%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan kemudahan digital payment secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan populasi usaha percetakan, perdagangan, dan kuliner di kota Makassar dan sampel 32 respoenden yang memiliki usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di kota Makassar. Data yang diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskrptif dan analisis statistic inferesial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel literasi keuagan dan kemudahan digital payment berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kota Makassar.

Abstract

Marriage in Islam is more than just a legal bond between a husband and wife—it also represents deep religious, social, and moral values. This study explores the practice of contractual marriage (nikah mut’ah), a subject that has been debated by Islamic scholars and legal experts for centuries. Using a literature review, the research examines various sources that discuss the differing views of Sunni and Shia scholars on the legality and social impact of this practice. The study reviews classical Islamic law, which views marriage as a permanent union meant to establish a family based on peace (sakinah), love (mawaddah), and compassion (rahmah). In contrast, some Shia interpretations allow temporary marriages under certain conditions that suit social needs. A comparison of regulations in countries such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia shows that temporary marriage contracts have different legal and social effects. For example, in Indonesia such contracts are not recognized because they conflict with national laws and traditional family values. The findings reveal that contractual marriage affects not only legal rights but also has psychological and social consequences, particularly for women and children who may face stigma and discrimination. The research contributes by examining the balance between rights and obligations in such marriages and calls for a reevaluation of Sharia principles in the light of modern social changes to better protect vulnerable groups.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest in accessing social media on the concentration levels of Information Systems students from the 2023 cohort at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical approach and correlation analysis. Data were obtained from questionnaires voluntarily completed by 50 students. Each respondent provided a score for their interest in accessing social media (scale 1–5) and a daily concentration level score (scale 1–5). The collected data were processed using percentage analysis to observe the distribution of both variables, followed by correlation analysis. The results showed that most students fell into the moderate (30%) and high (20%) categories of social media interest. Meanwhile, concentration scores were predominantly in the moderate (22%) and high (20%) categories. A negative relationship trend was found between interest in accessing social media and concentration level; students who reported very high interest tended to have lower concentration levels, and vice versa. These findings are consistent with literature stating that social media is a major source of distraction that can reduce academic performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that high usage of social media has the potential to decrease students' concentration in daily activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Economic Policy Uncertainty (EPU) on banking risk perception in Indonesia. The data used is panel data from 48 commercial banks during the period 2007 to 2023. The analysis method used is panel data regression with Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) approach and processed using EViews software. The results showed that the variables of EPU, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, Return on Assets (ROA), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a significant effect on the perception of banking risk. An increase in EPU has an effect on increasing risk perception, which indicates that banks tend to be more cautious in the face of economic policy uncertainty. In addition, macroeconomic variables such as inflation, GDP, ROA, and LDR also influence changes in bank risk perception. This finding confirms the important role of macroeconomic factors in managing risk and maintaining the stability of the banking sector in Indonesia.
