Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Word Of Mouth on Repurchase Interest based on problems regarding competition related to repurchase intention with research objects in the Sidoarjo area. This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method and the number of samples in this study were 116 respondents. This study used a data collection method using a questionnaire and equipped with a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis technique in this study used data analysis method using data instrument test (validity and reliability test), hypothesis testing using partial test (T), multiple correlation coefficient test (R) and multiple determination coefficient test (R2) by measuring through the SPSS statistical application program version 26). The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention and Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the convenience, trust, and security in the decisions to use electronic wallets (Shopee Pay), understanding technology as an intervening variable. The study adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires. The research sample comprises 100 Shopee Pay users in Sidoarjo Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis involves hypothesis testing and processing using SPSS v.25. Findings indicate that convenience, trust, and security, mediated by an understanding of technology, significantly influence the decision to use E-Wallet (Shopee Pay). The study concludes that convenience, trust, and security, through an understanding of technology, significantly impact the decision to use E-Wallet (Shopee Pay). This research is urgently needed due to the rapid growth of electronic wallet usage in the current digital era. Understanding the factors influencing the decision to use E-Wallets (Shopee Pay) provides valuable insights for companies and payment service providers to enhance user experience and strengthen operational sustainability in an increasingly competitive market. Additionally, understanding technology as an intervening variable provides additional insights into consumer behavior related to financial technology usage. Therefore, this research contributes academically and has significant practical relevance for the industry and stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efisien, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang memahami preferensi pelanggan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini kami akan memeriksa penelitian sebelumnya tentang Penggunaan media sosial dalam konteks bisnis, bagaimana hal itu memengaruhi Keputusan pembelian, dan bagaimana persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan penting dalam proses tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik non probabilitiy sampling, yaitu accidental sampling sebagai metode menentukan sampel dengan Jumlah respon sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistic Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dengan program IBM SPSS versi 25. Analisis dalam SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciences) dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu analisis statistik (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (uji t, uji f, uji R dan uji R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara persial menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel Content Marketing (X1), Celebrity Endorsement (X2), dan e-WOM (X3) terhadap keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk di Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Skala Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert, Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Shopee dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah Accidental Sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian, data tersebut diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, dan e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Pernyataan tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil t-hitung Content Marketing sebesar 2,958, hasil t-hitung Celebrity Endorsement sebesar 2,013, dan hasil t-hitung e-WOM sebesar 6,146. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Content Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Celebrity Endorsement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Leadership performance in the family business is the main focus of management as the main controller of business decisions. Leadership competence and managerial skills become a combination whose framework will lead the company to achieve the company's performance goals and bring the company's sustainability. Centralized leadership in the family herbal business and intensive communication are able to build job satisfaction for employees so that closeness is established and reduces the tendency of turnover. However, leadership in the herbal family business also has a tendency to be resistant to change and the disconnection of knowledge sharing from previous successors is an obstacle in innovation. The problem of herbal industry production which tends to fluctuate, requires a compensation system that is able to maintain employee motivation and performance. Variable pay systems in the form of bonuses and incentives are additional income as well as rewards for employee performance. This study aims to provide an overview of the role of leadership in the herbal family business and provide a novelty discourse and synthesis of leadership theory and managerial skills. Managerial leadership is expected to provide an overview of the importance of planning leaders to have managerial skills. Thus the contribution and competence of leaders through managerial leadership will be able to provide job satisfaction for employees. Managerial leadership consisting of leading self and others, providing strategic, Delivering Result, Technical Skill and Conceptual Skill will help facilitate the optimization of leader performance and communication.

Abstract

Awareness and concern for handling waste by the people of Sumberwekas Hamlet, Lumbangrejo Village, Kec. Prigen, Kab. Pasuruan looks still very lacking. This is marked by the habit of burning waste that is still inherent in the community in managing waste. Even though it is clear the impact of the pollution left behind. Especially with the increasing number of waste cases causing concern among the public. This concern can be reduced by raising public awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in its place and sorting waste. The results achieved from this activity are that the community is expected to begin to understand the importance of managing waste and reducing the volume of household waste expenditure and can increase youth participation to encourage healthy living and generate income. This study aims to determine the public's perception of the waste management program, from the program aspects, namely, socialization, providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as sorting, composting, and recycling waste.

Abstract

Recruitment are steps in searching, finding, bringing in, and ensuring a number of individuals from outside and from within the company as candidates for workforce with certain privileges in accordance with the designated of the organization's human resource policies. HR placement is planned so that the organization can maximize the capabilities of the individual in order to achieve the goals of the organization's goals. In order for recruitment and placement of human resources to run better and produce candidates who are more competent and able to adapt more quickly to organizational culture, the Myers - Briggs personality test can be a solution in finding employee candidates. Through this test, the University is able to find out the personality types of employee candidates, so that Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo can find employee candidates who are in line with the organizational vision and mission, and as well as candidates who are energetic and / or willing to be active in the union.This study uses an analytical technique in the form of an interactive analysis model with the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo as the object of research, where all permanent employees who work in the office of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo campus 1 are the samples.

Abstract

Background – Currently, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector are seeking to capitalize on the widespread appreciation for regional products that are embedded in the cultural fabric of Indonesian society. Likewise, in the Sidoarjo area, a multitude of culinary MSME owners are trying to attract consumers by offering products that offer typical flavors native to their respective regions. Aim – The aim of this research is to determine operational cost tests, price tests and product quality tests to increase the income of MSMEs Design / methodology / approach – This research method is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 research sample respondents, namely culinary MSMEs in Sidoarjo, with each variable measured using certain statement items. Findings – The findings of this research indicate that culinary MSMEs in Sidoarjo need to focus more on pricing strategies and improving product quality to increase their income. Operational cost efficiency does not necessarily contribute significantly to increasing revenue, possibly because human resources are an obstacle. This research provides important insights for MSME players and stakeholders in formulating effective business strategies, by emphasizing the importance of price and product quality in influencing income. Conclusion - The three variables studied were Operational Costs (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3), only the Price and Product Quality variables showed a positive and significant impact on Income Increase (Y) among culinary MSME actors in Sidoarjo. Research Implication – This research was carried out to determine whether operational costs incurred could be more effective and have a positive impact on productivity and income. Abstract

Abstract. The objective in this Abdimas is to provide governance assistance and the implementation of management functions at each mosque activity. The implementation method is to choose partners who have problems with the management and implementation of mosque management, being our initial partner is the Salahuddin mosque which is in the Puri Suryajaya residential complex area of Sidoarjo, while the second partner of this abimas is the Sido Nur An Nur mosque. This partner was chosen because the Salahudin mosque and An Nur Sidoarjo mosque had problems both in the governance of the mosque and in its financial management. In addition, the two mosques are quite active in organizing religious activities and relatively large amounts of funds are collected, but the difficulties in managing them. We strive to overcome the problem by offering several solutions as follows: (1) Developing professional organizational structures and clear Job Disks in the mosque organization. (2) Making a strategic plan for activities for mosques in the future (3) Making SOPs for each type of activity. Output targets for this activity are (1) Creation of good mosque governance and organizational structure and Job Desk (2) Creation of clear SOP activities (3) Creation of Strategic Plan for mosque activities within the next 5 years. In the next stage the workshop or training followed by 10 mosques was attended by the chairman of takmir and treasurer of the mosque. Providing assistance and guidance in the field until the partners are truly able to carry out administrative and financial reporting activities.Abstrak. Tujuan dalam Abdimas ini adalah melakukan pendampingan Tata Kelola dan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada setiap kegiatan masjid. Metode pelaksanaanya adalah memilih mitra yang mempunyai masalah terhadap tata kelola dan pelaksanaan manajemen masjid, menjadi mitra awal kami adalah masjid Salahuddin yang berada di kawasan komplek perumahan Puri Suryajaya Sidoarjo, sedangkan mitra ke-2 dari abimas ini adalah masjid An Nur Sidoarjo. Dipilihnya mitra ini karena masjid Salahudin dan masjid An Nur Sidoarjo mempunyai masalah baik dalam tata kelola masjidnya maupun dalam pengelolaan keuangannya. Selain itu kedua masjid ini cukup aktif dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan keagamaan dan dari kegiatan tersebut terhimpun dana yang relatif besar, namun kesulitan dalam pengelolaannya. Kami berusaha untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan menawarkan beberapa solusi sebagai berikut: (1) Menyusun Struktur Organisasi yang professional serta Job Disk yang jelas pada organisasi masjid tersebut. (2) Membuatkan Rencana Strategis kegiatan untuk masjid di masa depan (3) Membuatkan SOP untuk setiap jenis kegiatan. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah (1)Terciptanya tata kelola masjid yang baik beserta struktur organisasi dan Job Desk (2)Terciptanya SOP kegiatan yang jelas (3) Terciptanya Renstra kegiatan Masjid dalam waktu 5 tahun ke depan. Pada tahap berikutnya workshop atau pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 10 masjid masing-masing dihadiri oleh ketua takmir dan bendahara masjid. Melakukan pendampingan serta pembinaan dilapangan sampai mitra benar-benar mampu melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi dan pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. Using the technique of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT WIN MED INDONESIA. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that individual characteristics, compensation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. The variables that have the most significanteffect on employee job satisfaction are the work environment.
