Abstract

Research Objectives This study aims to study, discuss Public Service Accountability in Making Motorized Vehicle Number Signs (TNKB) at the SAMSAT Office in Makassar City. This type of research is a type of case study research to collect more on the aspects of the relationship between institutions in fostering street vendors with 4 informants. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, documentation. The results of research conducted at the SAMSAT Office Makassar City. in public service accountability, namely criteria, namely: Procedure, Cost, Duration, Responsiveness, Inhibiting and Supporting Factors. Based on the results of the study shows the accountability of Public Services in Making Motorized Vehicle Number Signs (TNKB) at the Makassar City SAMSAT Office is going well but there are still some that can be handled because the SAMSAT office in Makassar City in making vehicle number signs (TNKB) is accountable according to rules in SAMSAT Makassar City Office.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the implementation of the Sustainable Service program for Artificial Insemination and Cattle Reproduction Disorders at the Livestock and Plantation Service Office of Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative methods by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data obtained from the research results were examined using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and   making conclusions. The results showed that the aspects of (1) communication with the formation of an insemination service team that always coordinated with each other in determining the program implementation strategy. (2) The service team consisted of experts who were competent in handling insemination for resources in implementing artificial insemination and reproductive disorders. (3) Disposition was the attitude of the implementers of artificial insemination and reproductive disorders services who were truly committed to carrying out insemination activities by always conducting deliberations in carrying out. (4) the bureaucratic structure could  be seen from the division of labor of each insemination service team so that the implementation of services was carried out in stages.Keywords: Policy implementation, artificial insemination, and animal husbandry

Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the implementation of non-medical logistics management at the Salewangan Maros General Hospital which discussed the planning function, procurement function, care function and rescue function. This study  used qualitative research with the type descriptive research that did not test certain hypotheses. It  was to find out the logistics management. The results showed that planning function indicators were categorized as good because they were structured. Logistics goods procurement, the implementation of the procurement function had not been well categorized, according to the nature of the procurement was already using direct procurement. Then in the goods maintenance function was effective but did not damage goods that were not suitable for use, the change depends on the procurement process itself. The implementation of the appointment function indicator could not be categorized as good or bad this year, but there had not been a removal of goods.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine how the ability to respond, speed of services, accuracy of serving, accuracy of serving, punctuality of serving and the ability to respond to camplaints at the Larea-rea Class III Port Administration Unit Office In Sinjai Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants were 12 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that how the service delivery process was measured using indicators consisting of responsiveness, speed of service, accuracy of serving, punctuality of service was good. However, in appropriate service indicators, it was necessary to disseminate information so that service users know what was the procedure of the office, and the ability to complaints was still low due to the unavailability of suggestion boxes and inadequate toilet facilities. Keywords:responsiveness, public services, port services

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of land certificate services as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of land certificate service accountability in the National Land Agency of Maros Regency. The results in this study are, 1) the regulatory compliance procedures in the Maros Regency National Land Agency office are good enough because they have been implemented in accordance with predetermined rules, 2) Low-cost public services that every payment made by the community is appropriate with the applicable rules, 3) Compliance with time standards has followed in accordance with applicable procedures, 4) Responsive public services have been carried out to the fullest. The supporting factor is the existence of a harmonious relationship between superiors and employees as well as between employees and the community and the inhibiting factor is timeliness or a long and long duration of time in completing the certificate

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the elite model in the formulation of policies for persons with disabilities ini Bulukumba district. This study used I qualitative research and descriptive research and descriptive type. The number of informants in this study was 10 people. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that people with disabilities special needs, and in terms of bureaucratic services and access to disability also had not been implemented optimally. The Bulukumba Regency DPRD was a actor who fights as an initiator in the formulation of a Perda for persons with disabilities in Bulukumba Regency. This initiation was obtained from the aspirations of people with disabilities who complained about the various services and infrastructure available in Bulukumba Regency. The positive respons from the DPRD was manifested in concrete actions to draw up a draft regional regulation for persons with disabilities in Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out community participation in the development of the Birtaria Kassi tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency. The method used  a qualitative method which explained how the community participates in the development of the Kassi Birtaria tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency. The research informants were 6 people. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that community participation in the development of the Birtaria Kassi tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency, seen from the planning had run well, namely the presence and activeness of the community in providing input during the meeting. Furthermore, the management  was good where the community participates in the construction of facilities and infrastructure and participates in providing services for tourists. Furthermore, in the utilization stage, the community's economy was increasing.

Abstract

Development strategy is the plan of an organization or government in improving the Abstract Development strategy was the plan of an organization or government in improving the performance of quality human resources. This study aimed to find out the strategy of developing a tourism village program in realizing an independent village. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research, to provide an overview of the tourism village program development strategy in realizing an independent village. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Then the data collection techniques used  observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the strategy implemented had not shown maximum results, this was evidenced by the 4 indicators used as follows: (a) HR, tourism village managers who still needed training and coaching; (b) Funds, which were still lacking and had not been channeled directly for the development of existing tourism objects, especially in the lagoon beach tourism of Bontolebang village, which were still lacking in terms of infrastructure; (c) Information and technology, had made efforts to promote through print media, social media and had an official website; and (d) Infrastructure facilities were still lacking in carrying out their role as facilitators. Judging from the lack of available facilities, especially in the tourist village of Bontolebang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the government as a regulator, dynamicator and facilitator in empowering farmer groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. Researchers use phenomenological types to find out what problems occur and develop information and obtain data obtained by researchers during in-depth interviews. The results showed that related to the Government's Role in Empowering Farmer Groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency, it had not been fully implemented optimally. it's just that the implementation is not entirely good because there are still those who have not carried out the rules in accordance with applicable regulations. The government as (2) dynamo, namely (a) Socialization, (b) Assistance, (c) Training, and (d) Field Visits which also cannot be said to be fully optimal because there are still several obstacles in its implementation. And the Government as (3) a facilitator who provides superior seeds, fertilizers and production facilities has been able to facilitate farming communities quite well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of the tourism apparatus of the West Sulawesi Province.  This research uses  a qualitative description of research with the type of phenomenological research.  Informants in this research are 7 people.  Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation.  The results of this research indicate that the activities of the apparatus resource development program have been carried out and run in accordance with the state civil service management procedures.  It has just a few obstacles in the development activities, namely from the aspects of: a) educational programs of the apparatus regarding the understanding of job duties and still there are some employees who are still confused, b) the training program of the apparatus has not been effective due to lack of interest of businessmeb to follow the activities  training provided by the West Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office.  and c) career development for the apparatus has not been very effective in the process of employee career, sometimes overlapping, and those who are entitled to such ranks or classes and facilities for education and training are only certain people who have emotional closeness with superiors such as family, friends  , or kinship.
