Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the ethical principles of employee service at the fish landing base office at the kassi Kajang port. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. This study used qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and dokumencation. The results of this study showed that the service ethics of employees at the PPI office was not entirely good. This could be seen from several aspects, such as the honesty of employees in providing administrative payments, which stiil received negative responses from fishermen because the payments were quite expensive. Then the integrity in the processing of the permit was still changing where it was carried out and the third was the superiority of the employee that had not been seen by fishermen. The rest of the principles werw good principles of loyalty because it could be said that 24 hours of service, then the principle’s attention was to know complaints from fishermen and finally the principle of respect, which was very respectful in service.Keywords: Service ethics, Employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi BPD membahas dan menyepakati rancangan peraturan desa dengan kepala desa, pelaksanaan fungsi BPD untuk menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat desa, pelaksanaan fungsi BPD untuk mengawasi kinerja kepala desa Bonto Padang, Kecamatan Kahu, Kabupaten Bone. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik dan analisis past time melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) belum berjalan optimal. kehadiran BPD belum membawa aspirasi masyarakat pada saat musyawarah karena BPD belum bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Ethics of Public Service in the Mangalli Village Office, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). The results of the study show that service ethics based on rights agreements have been going well because they have served the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics. The service ethic, namely justice here, has been well implemented by serving the community in a friendly manner. Furthermore, loyalty in the form of special honorary employees remains loyal to the agency regardless of how much salary they receive. And for accountability, it has not been fully implemented properly where employees arrive late to the office and go home before the set hour and employees who are still on an honorary status do not come to the office every day, so the service does not go well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to staretegi services in the national unity body and takalar district politics in order to realize effective administrative services. The number of informants in this study was 8 (eight) people. By using interview data collection techniques, observations, documentation, company documents, and literature studies. The results showed that the administrative service strategy in the national unity agency and takalar district politics can be seen from the aspects of 1) community service attributes have been said to be effective, this can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure that are sufficient, 2) aspects of the approach to improving services cannot be said to be effective, this is because employees are still slow in completing correspondence which is influenced by lack of human resources, 3) the management implementation aspect also cannot be said to be effective, this is because the training for employees in the KESBANGPOL agency in Takalar Regency is still lacking, and the 4th aspect) of the feedback system has been said to be effective, namely from the skills of the Head of the National Unity Agency and Takalar Regency Politics in understanding the obstacles experienced by the community

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the policy-making strategy taken by Customs regarding the circulation of illegal goods that continues to occur in Nunukan Regency. The number of informants in this study were 6 (six) people. By using data collection techniques interviews, observations, documentation, company documents, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that, policy making is carried out by the Customs and Excise, namely following the regulations that have been set by the local government. This is the main reference for the performance of customs in carrying out their duties so that the smuggling of illegal goods does not continue to occur in border areas, especially in Nunukan Regency. The policy-making strategy carried out by Customs regarding cross-border licensing in border areas, especially Nunukan Regency follows the process stages of 1) Identification of Problems, the initial action taken by customs in making policies is to carry out sea patrols at each entry and exit of goods. 2) Situation analysis and problem formulation, situational analysis of traffic problems by collecting information including types and forms of illegal goods distribution activities. 3) Development and Analysis of Alternatives, development of alternatives and analysis by seeking alternative policies based on program evaluations that have been carried out. 4) Decision Making, decision making on illegal goods by customs officers in accordance with local government regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of land certificate services as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of land certificate service accountability in the National Land Agency of Maros Regency. The results in this study are, 1) the regulatory compliance procedures in the Maros Regency National Land Agency office are good enough because they have been implemented in accordance with predetermined rules, 2) Low-cost public services that every payment made by the community is appropriate with the applicable rules, 3) Compliance with time standards has followed in accordance with applicable procedures, 4) Responsive public services have been carried out to the fullest. The supporting factor is the existence of a harmonious relationship between superiors and employees as well as between employees and the community and the inhibiting factor is timeliness or a long and long duration of time in completing the certificate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the government as a regulator, dynamicator and facilitator in empowering farmer groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. Researchers use phenomenological types to find out what problems occur and develop information and obtain data obtained by researchers during in-depth interviews. The results showed that related to the Government's Role in Empowering Farmer Groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency, it had not been fully implemented optimally. it's just that the implementation is not entirely good because there are still those who have not carried out the rules in accordance with applicable regulations. The government as (2) dynamo, namely (a) Socialization, (b) Assistance, (c) Training, and (d) Field Visits which also cannot be said to be fully optimal because there are still several obstacles in its implementation. And the Government as (3) a facilitator who provides superior seeds, fertilizers and production facilities has been able to facilitate farming communities quite well.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini  bertujuan guna mengetahui bagaimana  staretegi pelayanan di badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik   kabupaten takalar agar terwujudnya pelayanan administrasi yang  efektif. Adapun jumlah informan pada penelitian ini   adalah 8 (delapan) orang. Dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dokumen perusahaan, dan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pelayanan administrasi di badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik kabupaten takalar dapat dilihat dari aspek 1) atribut layanan masyarakat sudah dikatakan efektif, hal ini bisa dilihat dari sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup memadai, 2) aspek pendekatan untuk penyempurnaan layanan belum bisa dikatakan efektif, hal ini dikarenakan masih lambatnya pegawai dalam menyelesaikan surat menyurat yang dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya SDM, 3) aspek implementasi manajemen juga belum bisa dikatakan efektif, hal ini dikarenakan pelatihan untuk para pegawai di badan KESBANGPOL kabupaten takalar kiranya masih kurang, dan aspek ke 4) system umpan balik sudah dikatakan efektif yakni dari kecakapan kepala badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik kabupaten takalar dalam memahami kendala yang dialami oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to ascertain the strategy employed by the General Election Commission to enhance voter participation in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study included a total of 8 informants. This study employs a qualitative research methodology. The research is based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory, which incorporates Normative Strategic, Ideal Strategy, and Factual Strategic. The research findings indicate the presence of a normative strategy, specifically demonstrating the diligent efforts of the KPU to establish norms among the residents of Makassar City in order to facilitate the peaceful conduct of elections. (b) The optimal approach demonstrates the effective execution of the KPU's responsibilities towards the community, enabling the community to express their desires through general elections by exercising their right to vote. The factual approach demonstrates the KPU's ongoing efforts to engage in outreach activities at both the sub-district and sub-district levels, as well as through the media. As election organisers, it is imperative that we enhance our pool of skilled personnel in order to cultivate proficient organisers, boost voter engagement, and improve the overall quality of our operations.
