Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan di jelaskan secara terperinci cara pemanfaatan Autocad Civil 3d V.2019 dalam desain dan modelling perencanaan jalan. Mulai dari tahap pengolahan data hasil pengukuran menjadi kontur tanah, penentuan trase jalan, penentuan potongan memanjang dan melintang jalan, perhitungan galian dan timbunan untuk penyusunan anggaran biaya konstruksi. Data pengukuran menggunakan data ukur Proyek Pengembangan Pembangunan kawasan Geothermal Pangalengan Bandung. Perencanaan jalan dengan Autocad Civl 3d menggunakan kriteria desain sesuai ASHHTO 2011 dengan V kecepatan rencana = 60 km / jam, e max = 6 %. Dengan titik awal pada koordinat X = 790788 Y = 9206110 dan koordinat akhir X =7907110 Y = 9205336, dengan R= 200 m. dengan lengkung tipe Full Circle pada titik P2 dan lengkung SCS pada titik P3. Hasil desain Alinyemen Horrisontal dan Vertikal Dari hasil tersebut diarapkan mampu memberikan gambaran alternative pengolahan data ukur dan desain jalan dengan cepat dan tepat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak AutoCad Civil 3d v 2019.

Abstract

Damage to the roof frame construction can have an impact on other components, for example if the roof frame sags resulting in the roof covering becoming loose resulting in a leak, the leak can impact the ceiling, causing moldy damage to the worst case, collapsing. So it is necessary to ensure that the roof frame construction is always in a reliable condition, so that it does not endanger the building occupants. The method used in this research is a case study method, a model of the damaged steel roof frame construction will be made, Then a visual inspection will be carried out until further inspection. Based on the results of a visual inspection of the truss frame construction, it was found that there was a deflection in the lower frame of 4mm, there was rust which reduced the thickness of the elbow profile by 0.51mm, and the loss of some of the bolt connections was 20bh. The results of the inspection were then carried out with a strength analysis, it was found that based on the deflection results it was still below 9.33 mm, it was still safe, based on rust damage, a strength reduction of 13.31% was obtained, while based on the loss of some of the bolted connections, a strength reduction of 23.81% was obtained. Then a direct loading test was carried out on the construction of the truss frame after it had been conditioned to experience damage, capable of withstanding a maximum point load of 249 kg, where the test results experienced a decrease in strength from the plan and were still greater than the inspection results. So it can be concluded that the method for checking the construction condition of steel truss frames for deflection, rust conditions and joints can be used as a guide because the results are close to the actual conditions. The intensity of damage that occurred in the truss frame construction was categorized as light damage, because the decrease in strength that occurred was 23.81% smaller than 35%.

Abstract

Urban farming is an effort to maintain resilience in the capital city of Central Java. The Semarang City Government continues to be committed to improving the quality of regional development with benchmarks from aspects of development achievement, quality aspects, document preparation aspects, and innovation aspects. In 2023, the Semarang City Government will carry out program innovations such as the Food Startup Challenge, Urban farming Corner, Rumah Gizi Pelangi Nusantara, and Sekolah Berkebun which will be included in the assessment of the Regional Development Awards (PPD) for Regency/City at the Central Java Province level. In carrying out this innovation, the Semarang City Government also encourages the involvement of all levels of society, especially women's groups and children through the curriculum in schools. This urban farming can support nutritional improvements for stunted children in the City of Semarang. As is known, the City of Semarang has succeeded in scoring a hat trick as the first best city in the Regional Development Awards or PPD for 3 consecutive years (2019, 2020, 2021) both at the Central Java Province and national levels. One of the activities that can support the urban farming program is the availability of green houses for plant nurseries in the RT, RW, and sub-district sectors. The construction of green houses for nurseries is very important for the community, especially residents of RT 06, Meteseh Village, so that they can produce plant seeds independently and can carry out planting activities or movements carried out by the Semarang city government

Abstract

Pekerjaan Bendungan XYZ Paket 1 (satu) mempunyai 5 (lima) pekerjaan utama yaitu: timbunan inti, timbunan filter halus, timbunan random kasar, timbunan filter kasar dan timbunan rip – rap. Analisis progres fisik pada pekerjaan tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya keterlambatan. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan program bantu Microsoft Project didapatkan progres rata – rata aktual dan sisa adalah pekerjaan timbunan inti sebesar 941 m3/hari dan 1861 m3/hari, timbunan filter halus 180 m3/hari dan 554 m3/hari, timbunan random kasar 9020 m3/hari dan 9754 m3/hari, pekerjaan timbunan filter kasar 0 m3/hari dan 178 m3/hari, pekerjaan rip – rap 32 m3/hari dan 381 m3/hari. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produktifitas rata – rata aktual lebih kecil dibandingkan produktifitas rata – rata sisa, sehingga proyek berpotensi mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk mengejar keterlambatan dapat ditambah jumlah alat berat dan sumber daya lainnya, serta target waktu pelaksanaan proyek dapat tercapai apabila target progres sisa per hari dapat tercapai.
