Abstract

Problem solving is the main focus in learning mathematics at the primary and secondary school level. Prospective teachers must be prepared as well as possible as problem solvers and problem solving instructors. The purpose of this study was to describe the prospective teacher's ability to make a problem solving question based on category of good mathematical problem solving questions. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative.The research subjects were students of semester VI of the 2019/2020 academic year of the IAIN Takengon Mathematics Education Study Program. Based on the research results, it shows that the subjects in general already understood the theory of problem solving , but this understanding did not always directly proportional to the ability to make a mathematical problem solving question.

Abstract

The assessment system needs to be adjusted to the development and needs to control the quality of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of the curriculum assessment system in class VII mathematics subjects in MTsN 1 Takengon and its constraints. Using descriptive qualitative methods with interview guideline instruments, observation, documentation. The validity of the data by engineering triangulation and data analysis based on Miles and Huberman's theory. Based on the results of research, teachers have applied the principles of assessment, an assessment mechanism that includes making minimum completion criteria (KKM), the existence of an assessment plan written in the learning implementation plan. In addition, teachers conduct an assessment of attitudes, knowledge, skills in the form of assessment including daily assessment, self-assessment, test, midterm assessment (PTS), final assessment (PAS) which is finally processed into report card scores. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by teachers need to learn to convert grades in processing report cards.

Abstract

Lingkungan pembelajaran bukan sekedar melihat aspeng fisik atau ruang saja tetapi juga aspek sosial dan psikologi. Literatur budaya gayo yang merupakan mata kuliah wajib di IAIN Takengon sebagai bagian dari etnopedagogi, penting untuk memperhatikan lingkungan pembelajarannya agar tujuannya tercapai. Dikarenakan yang mengikuti perkuliahan bukan hanya dari etnis Gayo tetapi juga ada etnis yang lainnya, untuk itu diperlukan penilaian terkait lingkungan pembelajaran etnopedagogi literatur budaya gayo. Agar tercapai diperlukan instrumen untuk mengukurnya yang didalamnya terdapat dimensi agar dapat dikembangkan pada instrumen yang utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi systematic literature riview (SLR) dengan menganalisis isi artikel yang sesuai dengan kata kunci yang diinginkan dari hasil penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Didapatkan 13 dimensi pada instrumen lingkungan pembelajaran literatur budaya gayo yaitu membantu/ramah, memahami, menghormati pendapat orang lain, kebebasan siswa, penghormatan keberagaman, keterlibatan siswa, penguatan identitas, pembelajaran kontektual, otoritas guru, integrasi budaya lokal, sumang dan mukemel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi matematis siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Desseminate) yang dimodifikasi sampai pada tahap Develop saja.  Penelitian ini mengambil sampel siswa SD yang tersebar di wilayah Riau yang berjumlah 113 orang dan DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 176 orang siswa (62,97 % perempuan dan 37,03% laki-laki) ) yang berasal dari 4 SD yang berbeda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuisioner dan  tes. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar validasi soal dengan skala likert dan soal literasi matematis berbentuk pilihan ganda dan essay. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni untuk Analisis hasil lembar validasi soal menggunakan indeks V Aiken sedangkan analisis butir soal menggunakan model Rasch. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data , diperoleh bahwa ke-10 soal dinyatakan valid dan reliabel berdasarkan item fit, wright map, person separation index dan fungsi informasi butir. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa instrumen ini dapat secara akurat untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi matematis siswa SD khususnya pada tingkat kemampuan tinggi dan rendah sedangkan unutk kemampuan moderate kurang relevan karena tidak ada butir yang memiliki taraf sukar sedang.

Abstract

Kindergarten is a form of preschool education that provides early education programs for children aged four years until they enter primary education. At this stage, students are still focused on playing. For this reason, teachers must have the ability to design a learning process that suits the students' conditions, but problems are found. Where teachers still experience difficulties in making appropriate central media, with central media teachers can make the learning process like playing but there is a process of transferring knowledge to students. Because of the importance of central media at the Kindergarten Level, the service TEAM carries out training in making central-based media in Kindergarten TK IT Az-Zahra. The service method uses the ABCD method. The results obtained from this activity are that teachers are able to create center-based media well and center-based learning media has advantages such as being able to build children's knowledge which is explored by the children themselves. By playing they gain knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most effective digital promotion strategy for increasing customer retention at Beauty Clinics. Five main criteria are set as the basis for assessment, namely engagement rate, content relevance, platform reach, customer feedback responsiveness, and conversion rate. This study involved five alternative digital promotion strategies: (1) interactive social media campaign, (2) digital loyalty program, (3) collaboration with influencers, (4) segmented paid advertising, and (5) SEO and website optimization. The assessment was conducted by five experts in the fields of digital marketing and beauty clinic management, utilizing a 4-point Likert scale. TOPSIS analysis was conducted through the stages of decision matrix normalization, weighting, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, and calculating Euclidean distance and preference values (Closeness Coefficient). The results showed that the interactive social media campaign strategy obtained the highest Closeness Coefficient value of 0.812, followed by the digital loyalty program (0.748) and collaboration with influencers (0.691). Meanwhile, the SEO website optimization strategy obtained the lowest value (0.581). These results indicate that a direct social interaction-based promotional approach is more effective in increasing customer loyalty in the service sector.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika penting dimilki oleh seluruh siswa termasuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar, karena dapat membantu dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman dan kehidupan sehari-hari yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan validasi instrumen kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa secara psikometrika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu mixed method dengan jenis sequential exploratory yang didahului metode kualitatif dan setelah itu dikuatkan dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model rasch yang merupakan bagian dari teori respon butir (IRT) pada teori tes modern melalui aplikasi winstep. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa pada proses pengembangannya secara kualitatif, instrumen ini sudah sesuai antara indikator pemecahan masalah matematika dengan capaian dan tujuan pembelajarannya. Kemudian secara kuantitatif menurut pakar instrumen soal kemampuan masalah matematika sudah valid yang berarti telah layak untuk  digunakan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan ujicoba lapangan pada 163 responden siswa kelas V di Jakarta Timur yang menghasilkan bahwa instrumen telah memenuhi persyaratan model rasch IRT dan dapat digunakan pada kemampuan siswa rata-rata sekitar -1 logit sampai 0 logit.

Abstract

The importance of quality assurance in education in achieving the National Education Standards cannot be overstated. This study explores the potential of integrating the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) as a strategy to enhance the quality of education in MAN 14 Jakarta. A qualitative research approach was adopted, with data collected through document review, observation, and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that the alignment between SPMI and SPME is evident in three primary domains: (1) the utilization of internal evaluation outcomes to bolster accreditation readiness, (2) the implementation of accreditation recommendations to catalyze continuous enhancement, and (3) the cultivation of a data-driven quality culture. This integrated approach has contributed to enhanced accreditation performance, fortified teacher capabilities, and cultivated an inclusive learning environment. Nevertheless, there are still some challenges to be addressed, such as the limited resources available for monitoring and a certain degree of resistance to change. In order to address these issues, this study proposes two solutions. Firstly, it suggests increasing human resource capacity. Secondly, it suggests integrating technology into the quality monitoring process. The findings of this study provide practical guidance for madrasahs that wish to strengthen their quality assurance systems in order to achieve excellence in education.   Keyword SPMI, SPME, accreditation, quality assurance

Abstract

This paper provides an overview of Televisi Edukasi, a Television program and channel developed by the Ministry of Education and Culture to provide learning support. Televisi Edukasi has been active for a long time in Indonesia that can reach remote and outer areas with the help of satellite transmitters. Has content for educational and teaching activities as well as information about the policies of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Televisi Edukasi content can be used as content or learning material in the classroom, for the deepening of learning material either done in class with the subject teacher, studying at home under the guidance of the teacher or independent student learning. The government utilizes Televisi Edukasi to support learning that took place during the Covid Pandemic 19 period. With the help of Relay from TVRI, students can watch learning shows that have been made by Televisi Edukasi. However, efforts need to be made to increase the utilization of Televisi Edukasi programs both during the Pandemic and post-pandemic periods, as in fact there are still many limitations that occur so that education has not been optimally utilized in Indonesia both in structured learning activities and also in student independent learning activities.
