Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were 95 respondents who bought at Surabaya Choie Dimsum. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data was obtained from questionnaires and tested with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The significant increase in the amount of text data makes the reasons for applying the classification to the text very clear. The manual classification process carried out by humans is very inefficient and ineffective. This limitation opens up great opportunities for the development of automatic text classifications. In the case of article classification, it is more relevant to use multi-label classification, because an article can be categorized into multiple labels. Many approaches can be used to implement a multi-label classification of text. The supervised-learning method in the field of machine learning is a popular method for this problem. In the review conducted, there were journals that carried out a comparative analysis of the supervised method in the multi-label classification. Based on the review conducted, the AdaBoost Algorithm gives better results than other algorithms. Many approaches can be used to implement a multi-label classification of text. In the review conducted, some journals carried out a comparative analysis of the supervised method in the multi-label classification. Based on the review conducted, the AdaBoost Algorithm gives better results than other algorithms. Based on research conducted by the AdaBoost algorithm, it gives more optimal results on the dataset with TF-IDF weighting than TF. The results of accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure given are higher when compared with the comparison algorithm used. The computing time used by the AdaBoost algorithm is faster than the comparison algorithm used.

Abstract

Lemmatization is a process to extracting root word from an affixed word with the aim of reducing variations of the word into the root word. Previous researches on extraction of root word in Balinese Language has been done with rule- based methods to remove affixes from words. The weakness of the rule-based method is that it must comply with the set of rules provided. However, writings in Balinese often contain typographical errors because speakers tend to write words according to how the word is spoken instead of following the correct rules. In this research, we apply the Levenshtein distance method to overcome the aforementioned shortcoming. After all the rules applied to a given word fail, the Leven- shtein distance method is used to list all words that are ”close”. Next, we select the closest word as the root word of the given input. Based on the experiments, our proposed method achieved an accuracy of 96.01 %.

Abstract

Understanding the factors that influence brand loyalty is crucial because it enables businesses to devise effective strategies to retain customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image on brand loyalty through brand love among consumers of Panasonic electronic products in Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with the participation of 96 respondents. Structural equation modeling analysis is used as the analytical technique. The research results indicate that brand image influences brand loyalty for Panasonic electronic products; in other words, the better the brand image, the higher the brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand image affects brand love, meaning the better the brand image, the greater the increase in brand love. It was also found that brand love influences brand loyalty, meaning that an increase in brand love leads to an increase in brand loyalty. This study also reveals that brand love mediates the effect of brand image on brand loyalty for the Panasonic electronic product brand. Understanding the influence of brand image on brand loyalty through brand love for Panasonic electronic products has practical implications that can assist in managerial decision-making, especially in brand management. It will consider factors that can enhance brand love, given that it mediates the influence of brand image on brand loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui Nilai Tri Hita Karana belum bisa ditanamkan secra optimal di SMK N 3 Singaraja, (2) menganalisis peran guru pendidikan agama hindu dalam mengimplementasikan Tri Hita Krana sebagai upaya membangun nilai karakter siswa di SMK N 3 Singaraja, (3) menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap Tri Hita Karana sebagai landasan budiperkerti dalam Agama Hindu di SMK N 3 Singaraja.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah SMK N 3 Singaraja, sedangkan subjeknya yaitu guru agama hindu kelas XI TIPTL. Data dalam penyusunan penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Tri Hita Karana belum bisa ditanamkan secara optimal di SMK N 3 Singaraja karena faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. (2) Peran guru pendidikan Agama Hindu dalam mengimplementasikan Tri Hita Karana sebagai upaya membangun nilai karakter siswa di sekolah ditananamkan dengan mengintegrasikan ke setiap materi pembelajaran, pengembangan budaya sekolah, dan melalui kegiatan ekstra kurikuler. (3) Persepsi siswa terhadap Tri Hita Karana sebagai landasan Budipekerti dalam Agama Hindu mendapat respon yang baik sebab siswa memperoleh manfaat dari  pembelajaran Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

To increase the ability of micro businesses to compete and develop, strength is needed in adapting to the internal and external environment. For this reason, it is necessary to improve their managerial abilities in controlling the environment in a focused manner. For this reason, expertise and strength are needed to adapt to the internal and external environment. To prove this, a survey was conducted on 43 samples of micro business actors in four sub-districts in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java with a total population of 1,020 business units. The four sub-districts include Prambon, Porong, Jabon and Krembung. Based on the results of data and information collection in the four sub-districts, the results showed that micro business actors have weaknesses in three main areas in the process of developing their business management, namely 8.77% are unable to collaborate with business mitra usaha, 12.39% are less able to implement sales networks , and the last 23.62% problem is inability or lack of expertise in utilizing technological advances in developing businesses. Four sub-districts were chosen because they have the highest number of micro business activities compared to other sub-districts. The data collection process is via Microsoft Forms which can be operated via instant messaging through communities and business communication media. To overcome the three main obstacles above, continuous synergy and training is needed from related parties which includes business management development training, training on cooperation opportunities with business mitra usaha, and training on technology adoption that supports business processes. These 43 micro business actors have innovation value from the products they produce and can be developed further to improve their business. Their products consist of packaged food products, clothing products, craft products, herbal or health products, and beverage products

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.

Abstract

Penciptaan karya fesyen merupakan suatu aktivitas kompleks yang di dalamnya melalui beberapa tahap, seperti eksplorasi ide untuk memperoleh sumber inspirasi dalam penciptaan karya. Kasada merupakan salah satu intangible heritage berupa tradisi melarungkan sesajen ke kawah Gunung Bromo yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Suku Tengger. Kasada merupakan peristiwa unik yang masih eksis, dilakukan sebagai simbol rasa syukur dan doa agar Gunung Bromo selalu memberi kedamaian dan hasil bumi yang berlimpah. Kasada dipilih sebagai ide pemantik dalam penciptaan karya fesyen ready to wear, ready to wear deluxe, dan semi couture dengan menggunakan trend fesyen 2023/2024 Rural dan style quirky bohemian dalam gaya ungkap metafora yang didasari dengan kata kunci terpilih, didukung dengan metode penciptaan Frangipani dan konsep fesyen berkelanjutan. Koleksi busana ini diharapkan dapat menambah refrensi kepustakaan mengenai Kasada serta dapat memperkenalkan salah satu tradisi Nusantara kepada masyarakat sehingga budaya Nusantara tidak luput dari perhatian masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

Penciptaan karya fesyen merupakan suatu aktivitas kompleks yang di dalamnya melalui beberapa tahap penciptaan, seperti eksplorasi ide hingga nantinya mempromosikan karya fesyen. Lukisan Pasar Bali, 1955, merupakan salah satu mahakarya dari maestro seni lukis Anak Agung Gede Sobrat yang dapat dijadikan sumber inspirasi dalam pemciptaan karya fesyen. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mewujudkan dan mengetahui proses penciptaan karya busana dengan ide pemantik lukisan Pasar Bali sebagai inspirasi karya busana dengan berkolaborasi dengan Tudisign. Penciptaan karya didukung oleh metode penciptaan busana yang terinspirasi dari tahapan penciptaan Frangipani yang disusun oleh Tjok Istri Ratna Cora Sudharsana. Lukisan Pasar Bali mengalami transformasi melakui gaya ungkap analogi ke dalam karya busana ready to wear, ready to wear deluxe, dan semi couture, dengan gaya busana exotic edgy. Koleksi busana Bhumi Tejasuini menghasilkan busana ready to wear pria dengan tiga potong busana, yaitu atasan, outer, dan celana; busana ready to wear deluxe wanita dengan tiga potong busana, yaitu dress, outer, dan rok lilit; serta busana semi couture wanita dengan tiga potong busana, yaitu kemeja, dress, dan rok obi. Koleksi busana Bhumi Tejasuini ini diharapkan dapat menambah refrensi kepustakaan dan memperkenalkan salah satu maestro seni lukis nasional, Anak Agung Gede Sobrat, kepada khalayak umum.

Abstract

Seni kriya merupakan sebuah karya yang menekankan keterampilan tangan dalam proses berkarya dan mengutamakan bentuk-bentuk dan kerajinan yang diciptakan dengan fungsi tertentu, persoalan magang/praktik kerja mbkm ini, bertujuan ingin mengetahui keberadaan eksistensi perusahaan yang ada di PT. sraya bali style. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, partisipasi, dokumentasi. Dalam pengumpulan data ini berharap mendapatkan pengetahuan adapun gambaran terkait pengolahan bahan, proses pembuatan, dan perwujudan. Hasil dari kegiatan magang/praktik kerja di PT. Sraya Bali Style dapat menjadi sebuah metode dalam berkarya dengan penerapan alih pengetahuan, alih keterampilan, dan alih teknologi. Kesimpulan dalam Pengayaan dilakukan di perusahaan PT. Sraya Bali Style sebagai tempat dilaksanakannya kegiatan magang/praktik kerja dengan ini penulis mandalami semua pengatahuan yang ada terutama pada tehnik ukir tradisional yang ada di perusahaan tersebut sehingga penulis bisa menciptakan sebuah karya yang diterapkan pada hiasan dinding dengan motif ornamen madura.
