This study aims to determine the employee recruitment process at Villa Song Broek, the obstacles faced in the process of recruiting employees at Villa Song Broek, and the solutions to overcome the obstacles that occur in recruitment at Villa Song Broek. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were the villa owners, managers, and employees at the villa. The object of this research is the implementation of recruitment at Villa Song Broek. Collecting data using interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that in the implementation of recruitment at Villa Song Broek, there were several stages of the recruitment process that were different from the theory of the supposed recruitment process. In the recruitment process at the villa, there are no stages such as determining the basis of recruitment, identifying vacant positions, seeking job information through job analysis, and selecting candidates.

The kind of this exploration was study hall activity exploration (vehicle) in two cycles. The subjects of this review were 21 understudies of class X IPS MA Hidayatullah Jembrana. The object of this examination was the comprehension of understudies' ideas in the field of monetary learning through the use of issue-based learning. The instruments used to gather the information in this review were the type of perception sheets on the execution of financial learning, composed tests, and documentation. The information investigation procedure utilized is illustrative and quantitative examination. The consequences of the review demonstrated that learning financial matters with an issue-based learning approach can work on how understudies might interpret ideas in financial aspects of learning. In carrying out this research activity, the objectives were to test: (1) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge on student entrepreneurial interest, (2) the influence exerted by social media on student entrepreneurial interest, and (3) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on student entrepreneurship interest. This type of research uses causalitative research. The population used was in the form of students from the Faculty of Economics who had succeeded in obtaining existing entrepreneurship courses in the 2019 to 2022 school year with a total of 1,842 people, so that the sample was ultimately used with a total of 329. The sample technique that the researchers used was a simple random sampling technique. The method used in carrying out the process of data collection activities is in the form of a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. In the final stage of testing the hypothesis in the form of a t-test and F-test, which are processed with the help of an application called SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of research activities show that (1) entrepreneurial knowledge has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, (2) social media has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, and (3) entrepreneurial knowledge and social media have an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student interest in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to examine the effect of education level, motivation, business capital, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of culinary sector MSMEs in the Buleleng Sub-district, both partially and simultaneously. The design of this study is causal quantitative. The population in this study was 168 MSMEs in the culinary sector with 63 respondents. The sample determination used a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire distribution method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant effect of education level; (2) there is a significant effect of motivation; (3) there is a significant effect of business capital; and (4) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of culinary sector MSMEs in Buleleng District, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and digital payment on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace by students of the Faculty of Economics, Undiksha. This research is quantitative causal research. The population used in this study was a student of the Faculty of Economics, semester 1.3, 5, and 7, a total of 2,747 students. The sampling technique used in this study was Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 190 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is a double linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions, (2) digital payment variables have a significant and positive influence on buying decisions, and (3) digital marketing and digital payments simultaneously have a positive, significant impact on purchase decisions.

This research aims to examine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for iPhone brand cellphones among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were active students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The sampling technique used in this research was nonprobability sampling, or saturated sampling, so that the sample used was 96 students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The data collection method in this research uses the observation method and interview method as well as the questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS version 25 for Windows program. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that (1) price has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone brand cellphone among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone brand cellphone among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, and (3) price and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone brand cellphone among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at UD. Asih Konveksi, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population used is all employees at UD. Asih Konveksi. The sample used in this study was to use saturated samples or by making all the population into samples, namely 42 people. The type of data used is quantitative data with secondary and primary data sources. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interview, and also a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and price, partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones at the Pelangi Ponsel Store in Tabanan. This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population used is consumers who have purchased and used Oppo cellphones in the city of Tabanan. The sampling used was a purposive sampling technique, so the sample used was 100 respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data, and the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection methods use questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data processing uses the help of the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that (1) brand image has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Oppo cellphones at the Pelangi Ponsel Store in Tabanan, (2) price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Oppo cellphones at the Pelangi Ponsel Store in Tabanan, and (3) brand image and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an Oppo cellphone at the Pelangi Ponsel Store in Tabanan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation and interest on the learning outcomes of economics of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. This study involved all XI IPS students totaling 38 population. The sample used a saturated sampling method considering the limited population. Data collection, namely documentation and questionnaires, was then analyzed using descriptive and multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests and t-tests and F-tests assisted by SPSS. The results are: (1) learning motivation influences learning outcomes; (2) interest influences learning outcomes; (3) learning motivation and interest simultaneously influence learning outcomes. Overall, learning motivation and interest contributed 88,9% to learning outcomes, while the rest was influenced by other factors, namely 11,1%.
