Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of tamas handicraft businesses in improving family welfare. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are 20 tamas artisans in the village of Depeha. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with 20 informants. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings indicate that the tamas handicraft business, carried out by housewives, can help improve their families' welfare, even though the income from the tamas handicraft business is still below the primary income of the artisans' families. These results are significant for tamas artisans, particularly in increasing knowledge in the field of more effective processing and marketing, so that the obtained results can be maximized, which will certainly impact the welfare of the artisans' families.

Abstract

This research examines acts of violence by the "Gank Gaza" group in Bali, highlighting legal dynamics and challenges in effective law enforcement. The study analyzes a series of cases involving the group's violence, identifying the patterns and motivations behind their actions. Through a juridical-sociological approach, this research evaluates the response of law enforcement officials, highlighting structural and operational weaknesses that hinder optimal handling. The results of the analysis show the need to increase law enforcement capacity through special training, strengthening intelligence, and collaboration between institutions. The study also emphasizes the importance of preventive approaches, including youth empowerment programs and community awareness campaigns, to address the root causes of gang violence. Thus, this research provides strategic recommendations to strengthen the legal system and create a safer environment in Bali.

Abstract

The lack of parental attention to children's character education makes parents' parenting patterns less than optimal, so children's interest in learning decreases, which causes student learning outcomes not to meet the KKM at school. Therefore, this research aims to partially and simultaneously examine the influence of learning interests and parenting patterns on the economic learning outcomes of class XI students. This type of research is causal research. The population in this research was 107 students, and the sample used was 84 students. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test was processed using the SPSS 20.0 for the Windows program. This research shows that interest in learning and parenting patterns partially and simultaneously influence students' social studies learning outcomes, which are expressed at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on this, it is concluded that formal education must also be balanced with informal education provided by parents through good parenting. This will increase students' interest in learning so that student learning outcomes will improve. This research provides theoretical implications that the solution to increasing student interest in learning and learning outcomes can be done by applying informal education to balance formal education.

Abstract

The focus of the study in this paper is the legal aspects of coastal land control by foreigners in Bali to benefit the tourism business. In analyzing these legal issues, the author uses empirical legal research methods with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, a sociological approach, and a case approach. Based on the theory of authority, the theory of expediency, and the theory of legal protection as an analytical knife, the tourism business in Bali cannot be separated from the existence of foreigners. Similarly, the control of coastal land in Bali-pun does not escape the control of foreigners, both through legal investment and some illegal, by utilizing mutually beneficial cooperation between residents and with prajuru Indigenous Villages on the basis of sharing profits.It is in this philosophy that the principle of good faith in investing is reflected so that the possession of coastal lands by foreigners for the benefit of the tourism business is obliged to respect this very noble principle; however, in empirical facts, it turns out that the control of coastal lands in Bali by foreigners under the guise of mutually beneficial cooperation is likely to harm the use of indigenous villages in carrying out the religious values attached to these coastal lands. So that in this case, the concept of mutually beneficial cooperation is contained in the lousy faith of foreigners to control the land of Bali to get personal benefits at the expense of Balinese nature wrapped in mutually beneficial Works.

Abstract

This empirical legal research examines the implementation of grants for the distribution of marital properties through conciliation agreements, focusing on the differences between Balinese customary law and societal practices. The study aims to identify legal issues and contribute ideas to improve the implementation of marital joint property distribution through conciliation agreements. Employing a statutory, case-based, and sociological approach reveals that parties who have undergone a divorce can waive court orders and distribute joint properties through conciliation agreements in accordance with Balinese customary law. In this context, the position of husband and wife in marital property is considered equal. However, the study clarifies that the distribution of joint marital properties through conciliation agreements does not automatically transfer ownership unless the joint property is in the form of land rights. In such cases, a deed of grant prepared by a Land Deed Conveyancer (PPAT) is required to transfer ownership to each party and minor children. This process ensures legal certainty in the rights of each party involved. The study highlights the importance of understanding the specific legal requirements for transferring ownership of different types of joint properties. It emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to achieving fairness and clarity in marital property distribution through conciliation agreements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari atas permasalahan kurangnya media pembelajaran sebagai sumber belajar dalam menguatkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Lukisan wayang kamasan sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal di Provinsi Bali khususnya di Kabupaten Klungkung belum banyak digunakan sebagai salah satu media dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yang sedang gencar-gencarnya diupayakan terkait dengan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar, 2) untuk mengetahui validitas inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar, 3) untuk mengetahui efektivitas inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation dan evaluate). Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan subjek penelitian teknik quota random sampling dengan jumlah sekolah sebanyak 24 sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar. Hasil penilaian ahli isi pembelajaran sebesar 92,19% (sangat baik), hasil penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 90% (sangat baik), hasil penilaian ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 96% (sangat baik). Hasil uji coba perorangan sebesar 89,88% (baik), hasil uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 93,85% (sangat baik), hasil uji coba lapangan sebesar 92,19% (sangat baik). Hasil uji efektivitas memperoleh nilai thitung = 43,352 sedangkan ttabel = 2,069. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berupa lukisan wayang kamasan efektif diterapkan dalam menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD.

Abstract

Purpose:This study aims to determine and analyze the normative authority of notaries in assisting the establishment of startups according to the Notary Law and to determine and analyze the role of notaries in guaranteeing the legality of documents and preventing internal conflicts.Methodology:The method used is a normative juridical approach with a study of laws and notarial practices. This research is classified as normative legal research. According to Peter Mahmud Marzuki, normative legal research is a process to find a legal rule that causes conflict, as in this research, namely in Article 1 Paragraph (1) of the PT Law does not include the term startup or explain the special characteristics of digital startup companies.Findings: The research results show that notaries play a strategic role in the startup legalization process, from verifying the parties' identities and drafting the deed of incorporation to drafting the founder's agreement. The absence of notary intervention at this early stage has the potential to create legal loopholes and corporate disputes. Therefore, strengthening the role of notaries through affirmative policies within the OSS system and increasing notaries' legal capacity in the digital sector is necessary.Implication This research is expected to have an impact on increasing legal certainty in the field of startup establishment in Indonesia, including in relation to strengthening the position and role of notaries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan batako dengan metode target costing dan penerapan target costing dalam menetapkan biaya produksi batako, serta penerapan target costing dapat meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi batako pada UD Darma Yasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah UD Darma Yasa sebagai lembaga bisnis yang beralamat di Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode target costing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari perhitungan sebelum penerapan target costing didapatkan total biaya per biji batako sebesar Rp.1.929,75, sesudah penerapan target costing total biaya per biji batako sebesar Rp.1.808,7. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan target costing biaya produksi batako lebih efisien jika dibandingkan dengan yang dilakukan perusahaan saat ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the reaction of investors on Indonesia Stock Exchange to the inauguration of the 8th President by observing whether there were any significant differences in abnormal returns and stock trading volume activities before and after the event. The observation period used in this study was 10 days, with details of each 5 days before and after the President's inauguration event that occurred on 20 October 2019. This research was quantitative research and used daily transaction data on the market capital as a secondary data source. The samples used were companies that were included in the LQ45 stock index for the period August 2019 - January 2020. A non-parametric test in the form of Wilcoxon test was used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study showed that there were no significant difference in abnormal return and stock trading volume activity in the period before and after the event. This was evidenced by the probability value above the significance level of 5%. Thus, the results of this study were stated that there was no reaction from the investor related to the event of the inauguration of the 8th President in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa Trans Gianyar ditinjau dari dimensi keamanan, keselamatan, kenyamanan, keterjangkauan, kesetaraan dan keteraturan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP yang menggunakan angkutan siswa Trans Gianyar berjumlah 3.811 orang. Sampel berjumlah 97 orang dan diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi keamanan memperoleh skor sebesar 2.124 berada pada kategori sangat setuju, persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi keselamatan memperoleh skor sebesar 4.148 berada pada kategori sangat setuju, persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi kenyamanan memperoleh skor sebesar 1.642 berada pada kategori sangat setuju,  persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi keterjangkauan memperoleh skor sebesar 1.411 berada pada kategori sangat setuju, persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi kesetaraan memperoleh dengan skor sebesar 868 berada pada kategori sangat setuju, dan persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan angkutan siswa ditinjau dari dimensi keteraturan memperoleh skor sebesar 2.099 berada pada kategori sangat setuju.
