Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance allowances and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Community and Village Empowerment, Bima Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire as the main instrument. The study population consisted of 62 employees, with a sample of 34 civil servants determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that performance allowances have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, performance allowances and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 2 Woha. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 39 orang responden. Istrumen penelitianyang di gunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda . hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) =  0,884 nilai t-hitung komunikasi (X2)= 12.414 dan t-hitung inovasi (X3)= -1.290 dengan rumus df=n-k-1= 39-3-1=35 dan pengujian dilakukan dengansignifikan level 5% (a=0,05) sehingga di peroleh nilai t-tabel  1.689 , maka H1 ditolak ,H2 diterima dan  H3 ditolak artinya kepemiminan transformasional dan inovasi tidak berpengaaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di sma negri 2 woha sedangkan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 2 Woha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetesi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 guru dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 guru ASN di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner dan studi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial kompetensi terhadap komitmen kerja guru,  terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru, terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of teamwork and work facilities on employee work productivity at the Soromondi District Office, Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 58 employees consisting of 37 Civil Servants, 6 Government Employees with Work Agreements, 5 Regional Honorary Employees and 10 non-permanent employees. The sample in this study was 37 civil servants with a sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of teamwork and work facilities on employee work productivity at the Soromondi District Office, Bima Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork (kerjasama tim) komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatka dan Statistik Kota Bima. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 72 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sejumlah 32 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya disiplin kerja yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun secara simultan teamwork (kerjasama tim), komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kota Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bima Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. The population consisted of 67 employees, and a sample of 38 civil servants was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all items were valid and reliable. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work ability also shows a positive and significant impact. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.967, meaning that 96.7% of job satisfaction variation is explained by motivation and work ability. These findings confirm that enhancing employee motivation and competence is a strategic factor in improving job satisfaction and performance in public sector organizations.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower the community in developing the boat dock area in Darussalam Village as a sustainable ecotourism area. The method used in this activity is direct outreach to the community and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results obtained show that the pier in Darussalam village has the potential to be developed into an ecotourism area based on its potential. This is also supported by the enthusiasm of the village community in managing the environment sustainably. There is a need for collaboration in developing ecotourism areas so that they can support improving the economy of the surrounding community. This service can indirectly increase community knowledge in managing natural resource potential, foster a mindset to collaborate to form a community that has the potential to increase community economic income, and create initiatives to form tourism awareness community groups as an effort to manage the sustainable environment.

Abstract

Women play an important role in economic development and improving household welfare. However, obstacles such as fear of starting a business, lack of understanding about business opportunities, business development, lack of entrepreneurial creativity, and lack of skills in producing home industries cause many women in Rabakodo Village to not have a business. Rabakodo Village is one of the central trading villages and there is several natural potentials that can be processed and developed. Observations made on the potential of natural resources have not been able to improve people's lives due to the lack of community skills in processing local products that have selling value. The aim of the training is to explore and hone women's abilities and provide encouragement and motivation for women to be able to run businesses independently. The results of observations and analysis reveal that empowering women through training and mentoring can help women earn better incomes and strengthen their position in the family and society. It is hoped that the training that has been provided can help the community to improve the economic welfare of their families.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilakukan di wilayah Salama kelurahan Na’e pada pengusaha kue tradisional khas Bima dimana hal ini bermula karena sejak dahulu wilayah salama merupakan salah satu daerah yang memproduksi dan menjual kue tradisional Bima sejak dulu. Namun hingga sekarang tidak ada peningkatan kualitas pada produk yang di jual masyarakat, hal ini diakubatkan karena pengemasan produk yang masih menggunakan plastic mika dan semua produk yang di jual tidak memilki brand ataupun merek sehingga tidak ada peningkatan penjualan. Maka dari itu hal pada kegiatan PKM ini di lakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi mitra terkait peningkatan kualitas kemasan, pengelolaan keuangan dan digital marketing sebagai permulaan yang setelahnya dilakukan pendampingan dari hasil pelatihan. Yang pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan penyerahan alat teknologi untuk mendukung kegiatan penjualan produk mitra sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan mitra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the employee's work ability has a partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV.jaya Abadi Kota Bima, to find out work motivation has a partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV Jaya Abadi Kota Bima, to determine employee work ability and motivation. work has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. Questionnaire research instrument. The scoring technique used in this research questionnaire is a Likert scale. The population in this study were 59 employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. The sample in this study were 59 permanent employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City with the sampling technique used, namely the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, f and t test with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows. The results showed that work ability had no partial effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation partially affected employee job satisfaction, work ability and work motivation had a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction at CV.
